Abstract

Content marketing merupakan suatu yang dimulai dengan pembuatan, menampilkan dan menerapkan konten yang disukai, menarik serta relevan untuk audiens. UMKM Manda Cake menjadikan instagram sebagai salah satu platform media sosial paling efektif untuk melakukan kegiatan content marketing, yang saat ini telah memiliki lebih dari 22.000 pengikut dan 728 postingan. Konten yang disajikan melalui instagramnya berbentuk konten video yang memiliki keterangan dan caption tentang usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganlisis content marketing melalui instagram dalam menciptakan customer engagement. Locus penelitian ini adalah UMKM Manda Cake Jl. Letnan Murod Lr Flamboyan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 35 responden. Kriteria responden yang dipilih adalah pria dan wanita umur 20-40 tahun yang menjadi pengikut aktif akun resmi instagram Manda Cake. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi content marketing dalam indikator reader cognition, sharing motivation, persuasion, dan decision making sudah dilaksanakan sangat baik dengan tingkat persentase sebesar 88%. Konten-konten Manda Cake mampu membentuk dimensi customer engagement yaitu keterlibatan perilaku, konsumen mudah mengingat Manda Cake Ketika ingin membeli produk cake.

Abstract

A corporation is a business entity whether as a legal entity or not a legal entity, but within it there is an organizational management structure and runs its business through its management.This research focuses on three problems, namely how corporations are defined, what the subject of criminal law is like in Indonesia, and what the position of corporations are as subjects of criminal law and their responsibilities in criminal law in Indonesia. This research uses normative research methods which refer to research and literature related to the problems studied. This research concludes that the position of corporations in criminal justice also varies. These positions include the following: (1) as the author of a criminal act, (2) as a tool for committing a criminal act, (3) as the object of a criminal act. The concept of criminal law regarding corporate responsibility is experiencing development. Models of corporate responsibility as time goes by, namely: (1), legal fiction theory, (2) ultra virez doctrine, (3) identification theory, (4) strict liability, (5) vicorious liability, (6) successful liability, (7) delegation theory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity of procedures for developing game-based math students’ worksheets that are integrated with local wisdom. The type of research is called Research and Development (R&D) with reference to the ADDIE model with five development steps, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Burau with the research subjects of the seventh grade students. To find out the product validity, the researchers distributed a questionnaire to the material experts, media experts, and teachers. The results showed that the worksheet category was valid for use in learning, including the assessment of material experts (80.4%) in the valid category, media experts (91.3%) in the very valid category, and subject teachers (82.6%) in the valid category. The game-based worksheets can be implemented by utilizing them as supporting media for integer material and supporting the creation of a conducive atmosphere. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur validitas pengembangan LKS matematika berbasis games method diintegrasikan dengan kearifan lokal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengacu pada model ADDIE dengan lima langkah pengembangan yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Burau dengan subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VIII. Untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk, peneliti menyebar angket kepada ahli materi, ahli media, dan guru mata pelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS termasuk kategori valid untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran dilihat dari penilaian ahli materi (80.4%) dengan kategori valid, ahli media (91.3%) kategori sangat valid, guru mata pelajaran (82.6%) kategori valid. LKS berbasis games method dapat diimplementasikan dengan dimanfaatkan sebagai media pendukung pada materi bilangan bulat dan mendukung terciptanya suasana kondusif.

Abstract

Financial literacy is an important skill for Generation Z, especially SMK students who are preparing to enter the workforce or continue their higher education. At SMK Negeri 2 Penukal, Pali Regency, South Sumatra, class XII students majoring in Software Engineering and Nursing Assistant wanted to improve their knowledge of finance through a community service program. The activity took place in a one-day intensive session, involving 50 students through an interactive approach that included lectures, group discussions, and practical workshops. With pre-test and post-test scores increasing by 38%, the evaluation results showed significant improvement. In addition, 85% of participants demonstrated basic skills in digital money management and a better understanding of investment basics. Despite the limited time, the program successfully provided Generation Z with essential financial decision-making skills, in line with their unique career prospects in technology and healthcare.

Abstract

Metode Acitivity Based Costing merupakan salah satu upaya meningkatkan akurasi informasi biaya dari sistem akuntansi biaya konvensional. Sedangkan metode Job Order Costing merupakan cara penghitungan harga pokok produksi untuk produk yang di buat berdasarkan pesanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Job Order Costing dalam menentukan harga sewa Ballroom Ilaya Hotel and Resort Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Activity Based Costing dalam menentukan harga sewa Ballroom Ilaya Hotel And Resort Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah harga sewa Ballroom Ilaya Hotel and Resort Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Perhitungan harga sewa ballroom dengan menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing dalam menentukan harga sewa ballroom lebih efektif, akurat dan sesuai dibandingkan dengan metode Job Order Costing

Abstract

In order to realize government goals, it is necessary to measure performance to evaluate whether operations are being carried out successfully or unsuccessfully in line with the aims and objectives of the government. Examining the description and financial performance of the Palembang City Government's budget realization report is the goal of this study, as determined by financial ratios and the value for money method in 2019–2023. The method of analysis in this research uses quantitative descriptive method. Researchers collected data using literature review and documentation methods. Tools to analyze financial performance using the value for money method, specifically in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and economics, while the financial ratio approach is in terms Regarding the level of decentralization in finance, the degree of reliance on local funding, the effectiveness of PAD and the ratio of capital expenditure to the Budget Realization Report. The results of the Palembang City Government have provided information on budget realization reports openly and honestly to the public, seen from The economic approach of value for money in 2019-2021 is quite economical, while in 2022-2023 is less economical, is classified according to its efficiency as being less effective and efficient in 2019–2021 is categorized as quite effective, while in 2022-2023 is categorized as effective. With the financial ratio approach, the Palembang City Government is determined using the level of fiscal decentralization in 2019-2020 which is categorized as moderate, in 2021-2023 which is categorized as quite good, Regarding the Palembang City Government's level of regional financial reliance in 2019–2023, it is classified as moderate, Regarding the efficacy of PAD in 2019–2020, which is deemed ineffective, in 2021 which is less effective, in 2022 which is very effective, in 2023 which is considered effective. And calculated by the ratio of capital expenditure illustrates instability with an average of 21.68%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of visual content on social media on Generation Z's purchase decisions, with brand engagement as an intervening variable. The population in this study consists of Generation Z in Palembang City, totaling 135 individuals. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, with criteria for Gen-Z individuals aged 12-27 years, social media users, and those who have made purchases through social media. This study employs a quantitative method with SmartPLS 3.0 as the analysis tool to test the relationships between the proposed variables. The results show that visual content has a significant effect on purchase decisions, both directly and indirectly through brand engagement as an intervening variable. Brand engagement is proven to mediate the relationship between visual content and purchase decisions. These findings highlight the importance of managing creative and relevant visual content for brands to build emotional connections with Generation Z, thus driving purchase decisions. This study offers practical implications for marketers to enhance social media-based marketing strategies to more effectively reach Generation Z.

Abstract

Secara umum, minat beli adalah kecenderungan konsumen untuk membeli suatu merek atau mengambil tindakan yang berhubungan dengan pembelian yang diukur dengan tingkat kemungkinan konsumen melakukan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand, Kemasan, dan Ketersediaan Barang secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Minat beli pada Cosmetic Y.O.U di Evora Pasaraya Bandung. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 sampel pada Cosmetic Y.O.U di Evora Pasaraya Bandung yang beralamat jalan T.P Rustam Effendi 17 Ilir kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik incidental (accidental). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode Deskriptif dan Verifikatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapat, Kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial variabel Brand, Kemasan, dan Ketersediaan Barang memiliki Pengaruh terhadap Minat beli. Secara Simultan didapat kesimpulan bahwa variabel bebas (Brand, Kemasan, dan Ketersediaan Barang) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat (Minat beli) pada Cosmetic Y.O.U di Evora Pasaraya Bandung.

Abstract

Leaf Area Index (LAI) has an important role in defining the health of mangrove forest. Remote sensing images able to estimate mangrove LAI, especially through semi-empirical approach. This approach needs appropriate selection of sample location and value distribution for both modelling and accuracy assessment purposes. However, both aspects are often neglected when selecting the sample for modelling. This research aims to explor and analyze the LAI field sample collected to answer (1) if the spatial and (2) value distribution of modelling samples affect the accuracy of mangrove LAI estimation. The method used was by developing regression models between Soil-Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI) pixel values derived from ALOS AVNIR-2 image (10m) and field LAI measurement using LICOR LAI-2200. The modelling samples were selected randomly and purposively through three simulations based on spatial distribution and value range of the samples. The accuracy of the estimation was assessed using 1:1 relationship plots and Standard Error of Estimate (SEE). The research results show that the accuracy of LAI estimation is dependent to the spatial distribution and the range value of the modelling samples. High estimation accuracy achieved when the sample location for modelling is evenly distributed and covers the range of the field sample values.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa baru di STTMI Bandung. Pelaksanaan dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan metode ceramah yang dipadukan diskusi dan tanya jawab, sehingga mahasiswa dapat memahami nilai Pancasila secara kontekstual dan mengaitkannya dengan pengalaman akademik maupun sosial sehari-hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mulai memahami dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila, termasuk toleransi, musyawarah, tanggung jawab, dan kesadaran kebangsaan, dalam interaksi di kampus. Edukasi ini membantu mahasiswa melihat Pancasila bukan sekadar teori normatif, tetapi pedoman hidup yang relevan dan aplikatif. Temuan kegiatan menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan edukatif yang komunikatif dan berkelanjutan, serta merekomendasikan pelaksanaan edukasi nilai-nilai Pancasila secara rutin sebagai strategi pembinaan karakter mahasiswa sejak awal perkuliahan.
