Abstract

Kereta api merupakan salah satu mode transportasi yang diminati oleh masyarakat Indonesia karena relative cepat, mudah dijangkau dan dan mempunyai daya angkut yang besar. Dalam hal operasionalnya, rel kereta api pasti bersinggungan dengan jalan raya dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah yang menyangkut aspek keselamatan dan keselamatan transportasi, diantaranya kemacetan dan kecelakaan. Sering terjadinya kecelakaan di perlintasan sebidang disebabkan karena ketidakdisiplinan para pengguna jalan ketika melintasi perlintasan sebidang kereta api. Salah satu hal yang perlu didisiplinkan adalah mengenai kesadaran dan peran masyarakat akan keselamatan dan keamanan transportasi. Kecelakaan pada kereta api tidak hanya merugikan pengguna jalan tapi juga dapat merugikan pihak PT KAI dan juga para penumpang yang menggunakan jasa kereta api tersebut. Maka dari itu diperlukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat khususnya pengguna jalan yang melintasi perlintasan sebidang agar mempunyai sikap disiplin dalam berkendara dan juga menaati rambu-rambu disekitar perlintasan untuk menjaga keselamatan diri dan keselamatan perjalanan sepur.

Abstract

Safety is one of the attributes of transportation in general and road transportation or traffic and road transportation in particular. Safety is something that is priceless, but few people are aware of maintaining their own safety. Road traffic safety is a condition where everyone avoids the risk of accidents during traffic caused by human, vehicles, roads and environment (RI Law No 2, 2009).  Many high school students violate traffic rules and lack understanding of traffic norms. Such as breaking traffic lights or running lights, driving a motorbike/car without a driver’s license, pillion not using a helmet, not turning on the lights during the day, not using a seat belt while driving. Because the understanding of the traffic norms in high school students has a big impact, according to the conditions that are increasing day by day, for this reason we propose participation in the form community service program in the form safety road socialization to students in grade 11 and 12 at SMAN 8 Jakarta. The socialization was carried out by explaining the importance of understanding traffic norms and obeying traffic regulations. Through this community service program, it is hoped that it can arouse the awareness of the hearts of students to increasingly obey traffic rules and understand more about traffic norms.

Abstract

Airlines in Indonesia compete each other to attract people's attention to use their services. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of perceived quality and brand image on the purchase decision of Sriwijaya Air airline tickets for the period January - July 2022. This study uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with 120 respondents and the data were processed using SPSS version 26. Data were analyzed by validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2), t test, and F test. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion for perceived quality and brand image on purchase decision, the t test shows that tcount > ttable which states that the perceived quality and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase desicion for Sriwijaya Air airline tickets. F test show that the value of Fcount > Ftable partially perceived quality and brand image has a positive and significant effect on the purchase desicion for Sriwijaya Air tickets.

Abstract

Throughout 2023, Motorcycles became the highest contributor to accidents. Accidents are caused by the problem of indiscipline of motorists while driving, which begins with the behavior of violation of the order of passing traffic, and most of the victims are motorists who are still of productive age or students. So this community service aims to socialize the safe limit of motorcycle speed in students public high school 62, Jakarta. With the method of lectures, questions and answers, conducting pre and post-test, demonstrations and practice are given in the presentation of materials and pictures. The result of socializing the safe limits of this motorcycle speed was obtained a satisfaction score of 65% with a rating scale both for the facilitator and 65% for the material provided. The participants of the socialization understood the material provided by the speakers, this can be evidenced by the post-test results, which showed an average good score above 90%. Suggestions for future socialization can be organized with a longer duration, additional props and participants get a guide book.

Abstract

The purpose of this research article is to find out whether there is an influence between variables in this study. This study used a quantitative research approach. The population consisted of 65 supervisors, whose online questionnaire was distributed to several manufacturing companies in Jababeka in January – February 2024, resulting in 65 responses. The sample size remains 65 supervisors. The collected data was analyzed through multiple regression analysis using SEM PLS series 4. Before conducting data analysis, several tests were carried out to determine the significance between variables both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is more instrumental in shaping organizational commitment than training. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to leadership development as one of the strategies to increase the level of employee commitment to the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to help hypotheses for future authors in determining research related to human resource management. The research article on the analysis of mentoring and coaching on productivity mediated by organizational commitment is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are using literature studies or conducting literature reviews of relevant previous articles. The data used in this study are secondary data, which are sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Mentoring affects Organizational Commitment; 2) Coaching affects Organizational Commitment; 3) Mentoring affects Productivity; 4) Coaching affects Productivity; 5) Organizational Commitment affects Productivity; 6) Mentoring affects Productivity through Organizational Commitment; and 7) Coaching affects productivity through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of service quality and level of consumer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya, which operates as a clean water provider for West Jakarta. The researcher applied a descriptive methodology with multiple regression analysis techniques, where the main data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. The results of the analysis revealed that there was a positive influence of the service quality variable on consumer loyalty with a value of 0.126, while the customer satisfaction variable showed a more significant impact with a value of 0.167. When these two variables were tested simultaneously, it was found that they contributed 64.4% to the formation of customer loyalty, while the other 36% was influenced by variables outside the research. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that improving aspects of service quality and customer satisfaction has a real impact in building consumer loyalty. Thus, it is recommended that company management pay special attention to the development of these two aspects as a strategy to maintain and increase customer loyalty

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana rekrutmen dan seleksi crew PT Java Marina Indoensia terhadap kinerja crew di kapal bendera Korea Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah hasil dari kuesioner crew PT Java Marina Indonesia tahun 2022, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 38 crew. Metode kuantitatif ini dilakukan melalui alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis rekrutmen memiliki nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,423 > 2,028) maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima, yang diartikan rekrutmen bepengaruh terhadap kinerja crew. Sedangkan seleksi memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,886 > 2,028) maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima, yang diartikan bahwa seleksi bepengaruh terhadap kinerja crew. Dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 58,3% yang artinya variabel Rekrutmen (X1) dan Seleksi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Crew (Y) sebesar 58,3% dan sisanya 41,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.
