Abstrak, permainan tradisional boi dapat diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) pada konsep fisika momentum, impuls, dan tumbukan. Desain penelitian ini adalah One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Penelitian ini berlokasi di SMAN 57 Maluku Tengah dengan subjek penelitian merupakan peserta didik kelas XI IPA yang berjumlah 12 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen tes sebelum dan setelah proses pembelajaran, dan LKPD untuk kemampuan kognitif selama proses. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa sebelum proses pembelajaran 100% siswa belum menguasai materi momentum, impuls dan tumbukan atau berada pada kualifikasi gagal dengan rata-rata capaian 37,9. Selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung, penguasaan materi momentum, impuls, dan tumbukan siswa cukup beragam. 16,7 % capaian siswa berada pada kualifikasi baik, 50,0% capaian siswa pada kualifikasi cukup, dan 33,3% capaian siswa berada pada kualifikasi gagal. Rata-rata capaian siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung sebesar 70,4 dan berada pada kualifikasi cukup. Setelah proses pembelajaran berlangsung, 25% capaian siswa berada pada kualifikasi baik, 33,3% capaian siswa berada pada kualifikasi cukup, dan 41,7% capaian siswa berada pada kualifikasi gagal. Rata-rata capaian penguasaan materi siswa setelah proses pembelajaran adalah 66,7 dan berada pada kualifikasi cukup. Hasil uji peningkatan penguasaan materi menunjukkan bahwa 10 orang (83,3%) siswa mengalami peningkatan penguasaan materi pada kualifikasi sedang dan 2 orang (16,7%) siswa pada kualifikasi rendah. Walaupun masih dalam kategori sedang, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi permainan Boi dalam pembelajaran fisika dapat meningkatkan penguasaan materi momentum, impuls dan tumbukkan siswa SMAN 57 Maluku Tengah.

Community Service (PkM) activities were carried out by providing training to teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Maluku Tengah in Waitomu Hamlet-Negeri Hila. This activity aims to provide insight into the development of teacher professionalism, more specifically how deep the application of CRT in learning activities at school. This activity is expected to encourage teachers to improve their competence and motivation to become professional teachers. The activity was carried out in a structured and systematic manner in the form of providing in-depth material for teachers. The result of the community service is that subject teachers can develop learning tools based on local wisdom, namely CRT, which utilizes the surrounding environment as a learning resource. In addition, 100% of teachers like this activity, this is because there are many training activities both from the center and local governments, but CRT-based training activities are rarely delivered and are even new to teachers. The school hopes that lecturers can continue to provide assistance and training for teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Maluku Tengah by sharing new things so that they can apply them in learning. By embracing CRT in learning, it can create an inclusive, interesting, and empowering learning experience that meets the various needs of all students and helps close the gap in learning

The purpose of this community service is to enhance the capacity of BAN-PDM assessors in Maluku Province through online training on the 2024 Accreditation Instrument. This training aims to deepen assessors' understanding of key aspects of educational accreditation, such as school climate, principal leadership, the role of educators, and the learning process. By integrating online methods, it is expected that this training can address the geographical challenges in the Maluku archipelago and improve the quality of educational accreditation in the region. The results of this training show that online methods are effective in enhancing assessors' understanding of the latest accreditation instruments. Despite facing technical challenges and connectivity limitations, participants demonstrated a significant increase in their understanding and skills related to educational accreditation. The evaluation of the training results indicates that assessors can effectively apply new knowledge in their accreditation practices, making a positive contribution to improving the quality of education in Maluku Province.

Assessment plays an essential role in decision-making related to student success, especially in the Independent Curriculum, which encourages a holistic assessment approach. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the skills of SMA/SMK/MA teachers in Leihitu District in compiling alternative assessments that are able to evaluate various aspects of student competency. This PKM was carried out for two days with training and mentoring methods. The activities were divided into two parts, namely two-day training and the second part was mentoring in compiling assessments. The results of this training showed an increase in teachers' ability to compile alternative assessments from the sufficient category to the good category. This finding confirms that the PKM activity has succeeded in improving teachers' ability to compile alternative assessments in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. These results show the importance of ongoing training for teachers to support the implementation of more effective assessments in accordance with the Independent Curriculum, which ultimately strengthens the quality of decisions related to student learning development.

The implementation of cultural values or traditions of local people in learning is something that is important to be done by teachers today. The use of teaching materials based on Local Wisdom is expected to preserve the positive values of the nation's culture in learning and produce maximum learning outcomes. This study aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective local high school physics teaching model for high school physics teaching and its implications for island-based physics learning in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency using the Plomp model. The research activities were carried out through the stages of development, namely 1) the development of a model of teaching materials for high school physics based on local wisdom in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency, and 2) The validity of small-scale empirical validity (small groups) of the developed model. The results obtained are teaching materials in the form of LKPD Physics High School Momentum and Impulse concepts based on local wisdom “permainan kanikir”.

Practicum in learning physics in the special conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic towards the new normal era can be done both online and offline. The fact shows that the description of the implementation of practicum in high school physics learning in Ambon City during the Covid-19 pandemic does not yet exist. The purpose of this study was to explore the implementation of practicum in high school physics learning in Ambon City during the Covid-19 pandemic as a whole, starting from planning, implementation and practicum results. The results of the exploration are used as the basis for formulating policy recommendations for planning, implementing and evaluating practicum in high school physics learning in Ambon City in the new normal era. Exploration was carried out by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews with 71 teachers. The results of the exploration showed that the planning, implementation and assessment of practicum activities in high school physics learning during the Covid 19 pandemic did not go well. For this reason, it is recommended that training be carried out as soon as possible regarding the planning, implementation and assessment of practicum in physics learning both online and offline so that teachers are ready to carry out practical activities in physics learning to enter the new normal. 21st-century learning should include STEM to grow interested in the Indonesian nation to love and master science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. They are included in it for physics learning. STEM is a practical learning approach because it combines knowledge, mathematics, technology, and techniques. This aim to make students as problem-solvers, inventors, have innovation, independent logical thinking, technological literacy, connect their culture and history with education, and apply their knowledge in real life. Thus, it is necessary to implement STEM-based learning integrated lokal wisdom /culture of the community in which the learners are located. One of the lokal wisdom of coastal communities in Maluku is Timba Laor. This research aims to develop a High School Physics Learning Tool business concept, and STEM-based Energy integrated lokal wisdom Timba Laor in the village of Allang Central Maluku district, a valid, practical, and effective Plomp model. The stages of mining carried out in this research activity are the development of high school physics learning tools business concept and STEM-based Energy integrated lokal wisdom Timba Laor in the village of Allang Central Maluku District. Test models by providing surveys of physics teachers to empirically validate the learning devices that have been compiled, analyzed, and revised. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the STEM-project based learning model to improve students' high-level thinking skills in learning static fluid material in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 8 Ambon. This type of research is quantitative with the research design One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects in this study were 17 class XI MIA students at SMA Negeri 8 Ambon. Research data were collected using test and non-test instruments (LKPD and response questionnaires). The results of the analysis show that the ability to think at a higher level before using the STEM-PjBL model is less qualified with an average achievement score of 25.3. After using the STEM-PjBL model, the qualifications were good with an average achievement score of 74.9. An increase in higher order thinking skills is obtained by normalizing the gain of 0.7 which is in the high qualification. Testing the effectiveness of using the Paired Sample T-Test showed that there was a difference in the average high-level thinking skills of students before and after using the STEM-PjBL model with a Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000, this means that the value is 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the STEM-PjBL model is effective for improving the high-level thinking skills of class XI MIA students in static fluid material

Evidence and real experience in learning through experimental activities in class have not been fully implemented because science learning is still carried out with an expositoric approach as so far often done by teachers. Pattimura University through a teaching assistance program held in 2022 was also carried out at SMP PGRI 2 Ambon, SMPN 8 Ambon, SMPN 3 Central Maluku and SMPN 37 Central Maluku by implementing experiments in learning the concepts of Electricity, Magnetism, Soil and life sustainability and Biotechnology. In this activity, lecturers act as teachers who teach students, while science subject teachers are in the classroom and carry out the process of observing the implementation of learning to learn the experimental process carried out to later be applied in the teaching and learning process. This activity turned out to provide experience for science teachers in preparing themselves for the learning process in their respective classes. In addition, this activity also increases student activities and learning outcomes and increases student mobility in learning science
