Abstract

Digital transformation in the health sector has encouraged the adoption of technology-based services to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery, particularly in primary care facilities such as community health centers (Puskesmas). This study aims to design a web-based online health consultation system for UPTD Puskesmas Tiga Balata to provide faster, more efficient, and accessible services. A qualitative research method with an action research approach was employed, utilizing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for system development. The design process included needs analysis, system design using flowcharts, context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams, followed by implementation using PHP and MySQL database. The results demonstrated that the system successfully provided key features such as user login, doctor listings, consultation media, health news, and an online chat system between patients and healthcare workers. System testing was conducted using black box testing, confirming that the application met the defined requirements. This web-based system is expected to be a digital solution that enhances healthcare services, especially in remote areas, and it is recommended for further development into a mobile version to improve accessibility.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit adalah suatu sistem informasi dengan rangkaian proses pelayanan yang terorganisir, mengintegrasikan seluruh alur proses untuk menghasilkan informasi atau data secara tepat dan akurat untuk pelayanan rawat jalan. RSUD Deli Medan sudah memiliki Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit, namun belum terintegrasi antara satu unit dengan unit lainnya dan unit poliklinik masih menggunakan sistem manual atau Rekam Medis berbasis kertas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Deli Medan yang memberikan gambaran integrasi data mulai dari unit pendaftaran, unit poliklinik, hingga unit apoteker. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode FAST (Framework For The Application Of System Thinking) dengan proses tahapan desain sistem. Pengumpulan data berupa kualitatif atau wawancara, pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box Testing, dan bahasa program PHP dengan framework gabungan dan sebagai database MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Umum Deli Medan yang dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan rumah sakit, pengujian sistem yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa semua menu dan alat pada sistem tersebut berjalan dengan baik. Data yang tersimpan telah terhubung atau terintegrasi dengan unit lain, sehingga memudahkan petugas dalam mengelola data terkait pelayanan kepada pasien dan menghasilkan data yang akurat dan berkesinambungan. Dengan kesimpulan dapat diterapkan baik di rumah sakit khususnya untuk peningkatan mutu pelayanan rawat jalan, maupun sebagai bahan masukan referensi pembelajaran dalam perancangan sistem informasi manajemen rawat jalan di rumah sakit

Abstract

Digital transformation in healthcare services demands efficiency and accuracy in patient medical record documentation. One promising innovation is the implementation of voice recognition technology to support the automatic recording of medical data. This study aims to design and implement a voice recognition system within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) application at Klinik Bunda Medical Center in Pekanbaru. The research was conducted from May to July 2025, involving 15 active healthcare professionals as the primary users of the system. The method used was a software engineering approach employing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model, which included interface design, voice recording feature integration, and limited user testing. The implementation results showed a significant improvement in documentation efficiency, with the average documentation time reduced from 6–8 minutes to 4–6 minutes. Additionally, the completeness of SOAP data increased from 73% to 90%. Most healthcare professionals stated that the system made it easier for them to document data without interrupting patient interaction. However, several challenges were identified, such as reduced accuracy in noisy environments and limitations in recognizing local medical vocabulary. In conclusion, the voice recognition system can be effectively applied to improve the quality of medical record documentation at the clinic level, provided that there is adequate infrastructure support, user training, and continuous evaluation. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for developing similar systems in other healthcare facilities to accelerate the digitalization of health services in Indonesia.

Abstract

Jxetis Hxealth Cxentxer has implxemxentxed RMXE (XElxectronic Mxedical Rxecord). The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has been undergoing a trial process since 2016 and was officially implemented in early July 2019. However, researchers identified several challenges in the implementation of EMR, including server downtime issues and incomplete features or menus within the system, resulting in the utilization of EMR not yet being optimal. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of Electronic Medical Records in supporting the effectiveness of outpatient registration services using the DeLone and McLean method. The specific objectives of this study are to analyze EMR implementation based on system quality factors, information quality factors, service quality factors, user factors, user satisfaction factors, and net benefit factors. The results of research on the implementation of RME as a whole are effective. In terms of system quality, all officers can operate RME easily. In terms of information quality, the completeness of the resulting information is more accurate, easy to understand and can make it easier to find patient information. In txerms of sxervicxe qxuality, officxers providxe a qxuick rxesponsxe whxen damagxe occxurs and it is qxuickly rxesolvxed. xusxer satisfaction, thxey arxe still fxxxling dissatisfixed dxuxe to nxetwork constraints and in txerms of appxearancxe thxerxe is still missing contxent, it is advisablxe to add contxent to improvxe thxe qxuality of RMXE. In txerms of bxenxefits, so far RMXE is fxelt to bxe morxe xeffxectivxe and xefficixent in txerms of spxxxd and opxerational costs. Thxe implxemxentation of thxe XElxectronic Mxedical Rxecord (RMXE) as a wholxe is good bxecaxusxe it is sxupportxed by SIMPXUS and PIcarxe, can storxe all patixent data So it can bxe conclxudxed that thxe xeffxectivxenxess of XElxectronic Mxedical Rxecords for oxutpatixent rxegistration services at the Jetis Health Center has bn said to be effective and very helpful in the process of providing services to patixents.
