<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the perceptions of disadvantaged women in the city of Medan regarding Sharia rules (Islamic law) on micro-equity financing instruments, mudharabah and musyarakah. This research was conducted through a survey method on 330 questionnaires on members of Islamic microfinance institutions (IsMFI), namely, the BMT Ar-Ridhwan sharia cooperative. The data obtained were analyzed using a structural equation model. The study results reveal that female BMT Ar-Ridhwan borrowers consider the sharia rules of mudharabah and musyarakah to require high moral and ethical values and dynamic payment performance. They know several other basic provisions, such as liquidation of a business, transfer of shares, disclosure of information and termination of business. The overall findings of this study indicate that perceived Sharia rules are similar to those commonly used in general business partnerships between Muslims. It also shows that less fortunate entrepreneurs will accept rules that are easy to understand and benefit their interests. Furthermore, this indicates that the respondents' experience of microfinance and business operations does not significantly influence their perceptions of mudharabah and musyarakah instruments. The findings of this study can help IsMIF BMT Ar-Ridhwan take the initiative to offer mudharabah and musyarakah as micro-equity financing to economically disadvantaged women entrepreneurs.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the character of Indonesia's sharia-based Indonesian human resources in the face of the Asean Economic Community (MEA). The data used is qualitative data, which is data collected from literature and other supporting sources. The approach used is qualitative approach using an in-depth approach to literature studies on aspects of Indonesian human resources based on sharia and MEA. The interesting thing about the findings is the internalization of strengthening tawhid (tawhid) as the main foundation for all practitioners / observers / economic communities consisting of: 1. Traders or entrepreneurs 2.Modal owner 3.Konsumen 4.Buruh.Furthermore, sharia competence and culture strongly support the process of building habits among all parties involved including the government as policy makers; especially those who support the realization of MEA as expected. In addition, the government also acts as a party that recommends rules and regulations. This research is relevant to explain how to build the character of Indonesia's sharia-based Indonesian human resources in dealing with the Asean Economic Community (MEA) in ASEAN. <![CDATA[How does PT. PLN KITSBU measures the performance of human resources. PT. PLN KITSBU utilizes the Employee Performance Information System (SIMKP) application. By using the human resource  scorecard and  AHP  (Analytic  Hierarchy Process)  method,  you can get employee performance evaluations that have never been done in a company. The human resources scorecard method itself is a measurement system that connects human resources with strategy. Then, the AHP method is used to make employee performance decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine employee performance indicators and to find weights from all angles. And suggestions for companies, with which to improve in the future. The research results obtained 18 KPIs from 4 perspectives (including 4 KPIs from financial perspective, 3 KPIs for consumers or consumers, 7 KPIs for internal business  composition and 4 KPIs  for  growth and learning).  From  a financial  perspective,  the weighted score is 3.341 (moderate), customers or consumers are 3.524 (good), the composition of the internal business is 3.357 (moderate), and growth and learning is 3.38 (moderate).]]>

<![CDATA[Perkembangan kecerdasan spiritual dalam diri anak usia dini merupakan topik yang harus diperhatikan guru ketika mendidik anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah proses perkembangan kecerdasan spiritual dalam diri anak usia dini di Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Bandar Parklands Malaysia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang menjelaskan mengenai fenomena yang terjadi pada persoalan yang di teliti. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi di lapangan mulai dari mengamati lingkungan dan kurikulum tadika serta kompetensi pada guru Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Bandar Parklands Malaysia. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perkembangan kecerdasan spiritual dalam diri anak usia dini di Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Bandar Parklands didukung oleh faktor lingkungan sekolah yang Islami serta peran guru yang memiliki kompetensi spiritual dan profesionalisme sebagai pendidik serta kegiatan keagamaan Islam yang dilaksanakan setiap hari di Tadika Al Fikh Orchard Bandar Parklands Malaysia.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini mengkaji metode yang digunakan untuk anak-anak di Al Fikh Orchard Taman Setia di Selangor, Malaysia, untuk belajar tentang wudhu melalui media gambar. Teknik deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Pendidikan wudhu dilaksanakan melalui penggunaan alat bantu visual, seperti poster gambar, dimana guru menjelaskan setiap langkah proses wudhu secara rinci. Setiap minggunya ajaran wudhu diulang-ulang agar anak-anak segera memahami dan menerapkannya. Berdasarkan temuan mereka, peneliti menemukan bahwa meskipun beberapa anak belum bisa berwudhu, ada pula yang bisa berwudhu, dan mereka tampak sangat bersemangat untuk belajar berwudhu. Pengurangan sejalan dan tidak bertentangan dengan Sunnah Nabi.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengabdian adalah bahagian dari kewajiban Dosen dalam mengimplematisasikan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, dimana ia bertugas minimal satu kali dalam setahun Tulisan ini bertujuan melaporkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Majelis Pengajian Amal Bhakti Jalan Bhayangkara - Medan. Pengabdian ini difokuskan pada pengurus dan anggota majelis. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada pengurus dan anggota majelis pengajian mengenai pengelolaan organisasi sosial yang baik. Materi disampaikan dengan metode ceramah,diskusi dan tanya jawab. Pengabdian pelatihan ini diawali dengan penyampaian teori, berupa materi-materi : keorganisasian, kepemimpinan, dan administrasi. <![CDATA[The low level of knowledge and adequate ability of society in managing finances, which will give rise to problems such as debt, inflation and economic instability, is mainly caused by a lack of effective education. Even though sharia financial inclusion is important to increase public awareness and participation in the sharia financial system, sharia financial education is still not widely implemented in Malaysian schools, due to limited resources, teacher capabilities and community awareness. Low levels of public understanding also have an impact on weak self-control abilities and the potential for high levels of debt. This research aims to describe the role of Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard, Malaysia in early sharia financial education. The main focus is to find effective strategies to provide sharia-based financial education to young children and increase sharia financial inclusion in Malaysia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, the research subjects are teachers and children in Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard, Malaysia. The method used in collecting data was through in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation. The data collected shows that the sharia financial education program with a fun and creative approach applied is very effective in describing the level of sharia financial inclusion for young children.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and donation The aim of this research is to find out how work programs and career development influence the performance of Bank Syariah PT employees. BPRS Puduarta Insani Tembung, either in part or all at once. This learning method is associative. The sample taken was 19 people representing the entire workforce. In this research, a questionnaire was used to collect data. The SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) program version 29.00 was used to process research data. The Career Development Variable at PT BPRS Puduarta Insani Tembung Sharia Bank has quite a large influence on employee performance even though it is only partial. The performance of Bank Syariah PT employees is significantly influenced by the Work Program variable and is partially significant. BPRS Insani Tembung Puduarta.
