Abstract

ABSTRACT Tenebrio molitor is an insect larvae that has the potential as a protein source for poultry feed. However, no exploratory research has been found on the quality of poultry meat reared with feed containing these insect larvae. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the hedonic and hedonic quality characteristics of fresh and boiled chicken meat in terms of color, texture, aroma and taste of broiler chicken fed with Tenebrio molitor meal. This research method is experimental using a completely randomized design (CRD). As a treatment, there were two types of feed, namely feed containing 5% MBM as control (R0) and feed containing 5% Tenebrio molitor meal (R1). The treatment was repeated five times, ten chickens for each replication. The results of hedonic and hedonic quality observations were analyzed descriptively. Based on hedonic quality characteristics; the color of the raw meat is redder, the aroma is less fishy, and the taste of cooked meat is more savory. And, in hedonic; broiler chicken that is fed a feed containing Tenebrio molitor meal is preferred by the panelists. So it can be concluded that broiler chicken meat that is fed with Tenebrio molitor meal is better than chicken meat that consumes MBM. Key Words: Chicken meat, Hedonic,Tenebrio molitor

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of daily body weight gain (PBBH) in mice given feed containing commercial feed mix maggot flour. The material used in the study was 60 mice that were not differentiated by gender. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with unidirectional pattern. The provision of maggot flour in commercial feed was divided into four types of treatment. Each treatment level received three replications, with each replication consisting of 5 mice. If there was an influence on the treatment, the Duncan Multiple Range Test was performed. The followings were the treatments used in the study: P0: 100% commercial feed without maggot flour, P1: commercial feed 95% + 5% maggot flour, P2: commercial feed 90% + 10% maggot flour, P3: commercial feed 85% + 15% maggot flour. The research lasted for approximately 30 days, starting from September 4 to October 6, 2020, at the Basic Laboratory of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Islamic University of Lamongan. The results showed a significant effect between treatments (P <0.05) and (P <0.01). The best treatment resulted in the increase of daily body weight gain (PBBH) was P1 (0.35 gr / head / day ± 0.10), P0 (0.29 gr / head / day ± 0.05), P3 (0.20 gr / head / day ± 0.08) , P2 (0.10 gr / head / day ± 0.05). This study concludes that the application of mixed maggot flour as feed to the growth of mice's body weight is the addition of 95% of commercial feed and 5% of maggot flour.

Abstract

Financial report is data which can provide an illustration and information. The information that is given is a description of enterprise at some point or another certain or at a particular period. Financial report is an analysis used to know the meaning of set forth in the number that such financial statement so that beneficial for the users. In addition, by analyzing the influence of an financial report can be seen divorce or funding murabahah and musharakah in effecting company profitability. This research attempts to answer the question of how the influence of murabahah financing to profitability in BPRS Madinah Lamongan, how the influence of musharakah financing to profitability in BPRS Madinah Lamongan, and how the influence of murabahah financing and musharakah simultaneously on the profitability in BPRS Madinah Lamongan. This research is quantitative model which describes the phenomena of objects research and take conclusions  based on figures the statistical analysis. Data collection is carried out by interviews from employees of BPRS Madinah Lamongan and documentation with the methods for data collection of financial report BPRS Madinah Lamongan 2014-2017 Period. The results of research shows that first, murabahah financing has an influence on the profitability in BPRS Madinah Lamongan 2014-2017 period. It is otherwise based on the partial test. Second, musha>rakah financing has no influence to profitability in BPRS Madinah Lamongan 2014-2017 period. It is otherwise based on the partial test. And third, murabahah financing and musharakah together fit to influence to profitability in BPRS Madinah Lamongan 2014-2017 period. Abstract

Black soldier fly (BSF) larvae have cellulosic activity in the presence of bacteria in their intestines, organic waste recycling activities using the bioconversion method, bioconversion as a change of organic waste into biomass thro- ugh a fermentation process involving living organisms. Generally, the organisms that play a role in this bioconver- sion process are bacteria, and Hermetia illucens larvae as bioconversion agents of fermented water hyacinth are combined with fruit waste and used as a growing medium. Hermetia illucens larvae with feeding treatment P0 = 100% fruit waste, P1 = fruit waste 25 % + 75% fermented water hyacinth, P2 = 50% fruit waste + 50% fermented water hyacinth, P3 = 75% fruit waste + 25% fermented water hyacinth, larvae used are 6 days old, for all treatmen- ts using 50g Larval mass weight. The results showed that. P3 = 75% fruit waste + 25% fermented water hyacinth produces the highest average weight of the final mass of larvae, namely 124.62 (gr), average feed consumption of 72.72%, average ECD and WRI values of 10.98% and 10.38%. The mixing level of water hyacinth and fermented fruit waste in treatment 3 showed an effective result as a growing medium for Hermetia illucens larvae.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Chicken Cemani is a local Indonesian chicken that has been worldwide. The potential of Cemani chicken is very good, apart from being a chicken used for traditional ceremonies, Cemani chicken has good production potential and has very large export prospects. However, the population is still limited causing many requests that cannot be fulfilled. Maintenance that has not implemented an integrated and traditional supply chain system causes the development of Cemani chicken agribusiness to be slow. The supply chain management system (SCM) is an integrated marketing system that includes the integration of products and actors to provide satisfaction to customers. In the Cemani chicken commodity, the actors and those involved are not clearly known. This study aims to determine the actors involved in the Cemani chicken supply chain and to find out the product flow, as well as the finances contained in the supply chain in Pakis, Malang, East Java. The study was conducted at the Cemani chicken farm in Pakis, Malang, East Java. The location selection was done purposively based on the consideration that the center of the Cemani chicken farm in Indonesia was in Pakis, Malang City, East Java. The research was conducted in November 2020. The research method used is a descriptive survey method. The method of determining respondents is purposive sampling which is based on the supply chain of a farm owned by Mr. Ihsan and Mr. Sigit. Determination of the respondents of traders and consumers in this study was carried out by snowball sampling, namely tracing the supply chain channels of the livestock owned by Mr. Ihsan and Mr. Sigit from traders to consumers in the Java area. Respondents in this study were 2 breeders. The data for product flow obtained were analyzed descriptively while for financial flows were analyzed using margin and efficiency analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the actors in the supply chain of grade I and grade I Cemani chickens are breeders, traders in the city, traders outside the city and consumers. There are three marketing channels in the marketing supply chain for Cemani chicken in Pakis Malang City, namely channel I consisting of Breeders → Traders Outside Malang City → Traders in the City → Consumers. Channel II consists of Farmers → Traders in the City → Consumers and channel III consists of Farmers → Consumers. Sales use online and offline systems. The flow of finance where the selling price is the highest is the out-of-town traders belonging to Mr. Sigit at a price of Rp. 350,000 – Rp. 531,250 / head with the age of 2-5 months. The most efficient marketing channel is that farmers distribute directly to consumers. Keyword : Products flow, financial flow, local chicken

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terwujudnya Desa Mandiri Sampah untuk menjadikan Desa Sekaran mampu mengelola dan mengolah sampah sendiri serta terciptanya nilai ekonomis bagi masyarakat. Bank Sampah yang terbentuk, menjadi salah satu solusi untuk efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan sampah skala rumah tangga. Bank sampah bertujuan untuk mereduksi sampah yang dihasilkan masyarakat secara terintegrasi sebagai bagian dari mata rantai siklus sampah anorganik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksaanaan adalah program metode Community Developmen yaitu dengan melibatkan peran aktif masyarakat dan khalayak sasaran serta sumber daya local yang terdaat di lokasi program yang dimulai dari tahapan sosialisasi, dan pendampingan dari awal tahapan program sampai pasca program. Bank sampah berhasil didirikan dengan strategi pengolahan sampah 3R dengan tujuan agar masyarakat mampu mengubah imajinasi sebian besar orang terhadap sampah yang tidak memiliki nilai ekonomi. Selain itu terciptanya sitem aplikasi digital yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam pengangkutan dan pengolahan sampah. Keunggulan dari penggunaan sistem aplikasi ini adalah dapat mempermudah pendataan sampah yang akan disetorkan dan juga lebih praktis.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim pengabdi memiliki tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat Deket Kulon, Lamongan pentingnya konsumsi makanan bergizi dan seimbang khususnya penderita stunting. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Balaidesa Deket Kulon kabupaten Lamongan. Pengabdian diawali dengan survey dan analisa lokasi sosialisasi, pelaksanaan sosialisasi dengan pendekatan ceramah dan penyuluhan tentang konsumsi telur fungsional guna mempercepat penurunan stunting di Kabupaten Lamongan. Telur fungsional mengandung kaya asam amino dan asam lemak yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penderita stunting. Telur fungsional memiliki fungsi untuk menghasilkan histamin, neurotransmitter yang penting untuk respons imun, pencernaan, menjaga kesehatan jantung dan hati, serta meningkatkan fungsi sistem kekebalan tubuh dan sistem saraf pusat, selain itu untuk memproduksi protein di dalam tubuh. Protein ini yang akan bekerja untuk membangun berbagai jaringan yang penting bagi tubuh, seperti otak, otot, darah, dan organ-organ lainnya. Asam lemak berfungsi untuk Menjaga kesehatan, fungsi otak, jantung, mata, tulang sendi Menurunkan risiko kanker serta meningkatkan fungsi kognitif serta pembentukan otak secara menyeluruh pada otak anak. Fungsi dari kandungan nutrisi yang ada telur fungsional dapat memenuhi kebutuhan penderita stunting
