Abstract

Hospitals, as critical and high-intensity work environments, often place significant pressure on employees. High workloads, such as long working hours, huge responsibilities, and tight time demands, can be the main factors that cause burnout. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of burnout in the financial unit at XYZ Hospital, determine the determinant factors, and find effective strategies to cope with and prevent the negative impact of burnout. This study uses a qualitative approach as a research model. The research subjects/informants in the research were groups that focused on employees in the financial unit. There were four subjects with female staff. The technique used in data collection is interviews. Data analysis uses several stages, including data reduction and conclusion. The study results show that most employees experience high levels of burnout. A high level of emotional exhaustion indicates that employees feel drained of energy and cannot deal effectively with work pressure. High depersonalization indicates a cold attitude towards colleagues and clients. In addition, low self-esteem suggests a lack of satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment at work.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and explain parental involvement in the formation of children's religious character at SDI Al Madina, MI Al Khoiriyyah 2, and SDN Purwoyoso 02 Semarang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to describe parental involvement in the formation of children's religious character at SDI Al Madina, MI Al Khoiriyyah 2, and SDN Purwoyoso 02 Semarang. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation, and analyzed using reduction, display and conclusion techniques. The results show the effectiveness and differences in the approaches used by each school in forming children's religious character. This research succeeded in describing parental involvement in the formation of religious character at SDI Al Madina, MI Al Khoiriyyah, and SDN Purwoyoso 02, including parenting, volunteering, and other school activities. The religious characters that are instilled include diligent prayer, recitation of the Koran, devotion to parents, independence, responsibility, care for the environment, honesty, tabligh, tolerance and discipline. The methods for forming religious character used are habituation, example, as well as advice and motivation. Each school shows similarities and differences in the application of these religious values, but in general the character formed is in accordance with national character and core learning competencies. In conclusion, comprehensive parental involvement is very important in strengthening the habituation of religious values ​​in children.

Abstract

This study discusses the problems of students in online PAI learning. The change from face-to-face learning to online learning is quite difficult to implement. In line with this, this research asks three questions, namely: What are the problems of students in online PAI learning, what factors are behind the various problems of students and what are the implications of the problematics of online PAI learning for students. This research is a field research (field research) with a descriptive approach, data acquisition through: observation, interview, documentation. The results obtained from this study are: the problems of students in online PAI learning, namely: infrastructure problems, namely: Difficulty buying quota packages, internet network constraints, and device availability constraints, structural problems, namely: Difficulty understanding subject matter, lack of parental support, problems culture, namely: difficulty adapting, difficulty using learning applications. The factors behind the students' problems are: Lack of Digital Literacy, Lack of interaction between teachers and students, Uneven distribution of the internet network in the territory of Indonesia, Economic factors of parents, unstable self-regulation, human resource factors of parents. Implications of the Problems of Learning PAI online during a pandemi for students have an impact on: understanding, attitudes and behavior of students.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of teacher competence on organizational citizenship behavior with the variable subjective well-being as an intervening variable in the hope of contributing to improving the quality of Private Tsanawiah Madrasas, especially in Lumajang Regency. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research approach (Patel & Patel, 2019), research that explains the causal relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. Data was obtained from filling out a questionnaire with 101 certified teacher respondents. The research results show that: 1) Teacher work competency does not affect teacher organizational citizenship behavior. 2) teacher work competence has a unidirectional effect on teachers' subjective well-being by 78.9%. 3) Teacher subjective well-being has a unidirectional effect on teachers' organizational citizenship behavior by 61.7%. 4) teacher work competence has a unidirectional effect on organizational citizenship behavior through subjective well-being variables being 48.7%

Abstract

Students in Indonesian boarding schools (pondok pesantren) have longer study hours than those in non-boarding schools. They also interact with the same friends all day. This situation makes them vulnerable to boredom and depression, and they also run the risk of being bullied. Therefore, student well-being in boarding schools needs to be studied further, with peer attachment and academic self-efficacy as predictors. This study aims to examine the effect of peer attachment and academic self-efficacy on the well-being of students attending boarding school. The study uses a quantitative approach with the linear regression method. It involves 284 students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School), aged between 13-15 years old, selected using the stratified random sampling method. The data collection instruments employed were the Peer Attachment Scale, Academic Self-efficacy Scale, and School Well-being Scale. The result shows that peer attachment and academic self-efficacy significantly affect school well-being (p < .01, F = 156.181, effective contribution of predictors = 52.3%). It indicates that peer attachment and academic self-efficacy simultaneously significantly influence well-being among students in boarding schools. Students should improve their peer attachment and increase their academic self-efficacy to live well in boarding schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh phubbing dan kontrol diri terhadap interaksi sosial generasi Z kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, yaitu prosedur pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberikan setiap anggota populasi kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih sebagai sampel. Lalu jenis sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu pendekatan pengambilan sampel yang memperhitungkan faktor-faktor tertentu. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 100 remaja dengan rentan usia 17-24 tahun,. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Phubbing tidak berpengaruh terhadap interaksi social, 2) Kontrol diri berpengaruh positif terhadap interaksi sosial. 3) Phubbing dan kontrol diri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap interaksi sosial. Variabel phubbing dan kontrol diri secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap interaksi sosial pada generasi Z kota Semarang dengan perolehan perbandingan Fhitung 11,485 > Ftabel 3,09 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel phubbing dan kontrol diri memiliki pengaruh sebesar 17,5% terhadap variabel interaksi sosial, dan sisanya 82,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.This study aims to empirically examine the effect of phubbing and self-control on the social interactions of generation Z in Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling technique, which is a sampling procedure that does not give every member of the population the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. Then the type of sampling used is purposive sampling, which is a sampling approach that takes into account certain factors. The research subjects were 100 teenagers with a vulnerable age of 17-24 years, while the data analysis used the SPSS Statistic 23 application. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study are: 1) Phubbing has no effect on social interaction. 2) Self-control has a positive effect on social interaction. 3) Phubbing and self-control simultaneously affect social interaction. Simultaneous phubbing and self-control variables have a significant effect on social interaction in generation Z in the city of Semarang with a comparison of Fcount 11.485 > Ftable 3.09 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The phubbing and self-control variables have an influence of 17.5% on the social interaction variable, and the remaining 82.5% is influenced by other variables not examined.
