Abstract

program initiated by the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia with a service purchase scheme from operators both from private companies and state/regional owned companies with a work contract system for a predetermined time. The Ministry of Transportation provides requirements for operators to meet minimum service standards and standard operational procedures in providing these services. The accountability and sustainability of this program is still a serious consideration. The Buy The Service scheme was implemented in 2020 in 5 old cities, namely Denpasar, Palembang, Surakarta, Medan and Jogjakarta and in 2021 followed in 5 new cities, including Banyumas, Surabaya, Bandung, Banjarmasin and Makasar. Accountability is a very important aspect from the procurement process to program implementation because it uses the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). With large initial capital, this program is a tough challenge for BTS service operators. Purchases of vehicles, IoT (Internet of things) equipment, bicycle racks, workshop and office equipment and other facilities that have been prepared by Operators and Regional Governments will certainly be in vain and detrimental to many parties if the continuation of this program is stopped. It is hoped that commitment from all stakeholders can collaborate with each other in the ongoing process of this buy the service program.

Hemorrhagic stroke is a type of stroke caused by a rupture of blood vessels in the brain that can threaten the lives of patients. Mortality and morbidity caused by hemorrhagic stroke are higher than ischemic stroke. This study aims to determine what risk factors cause hemorrhagic stroke. Methods: This study is a quantitative analytical study with a case-control study design conducted at Banyumas Regional Hospital. The study sample consisted of 100 case samples of hemorrhagic stroke patients and 100 control samples of ischemic stroke patients using random sampling techniques. This study was conducted in September-October 2024. The variables studied were age, gender, ancestry, history of hypertension, history of DM, dyslipidemia, smoking habits, diet, physical activity, obesity, and control compliance. The research data consisted of secondary data obtained from the medical records section of Banyumas Regional Hospital and primary data obtained through interviews using questionnaires. Data analysis used SPSS 23 software with univariate tests, bivariate with chi-square, and multivariate with logistic regression to calculate the odds ratio (OR). Results: The average age of the study respondents was 57.4 years and female. Variables that influenced the incidence of hemorrhagic stroke were non-compliance with control (p-value 0.000 and OR of 4.869), history of hypertension (p-value 0.004 and OR of 3.110), and poor diet (p-value 0.015 and OR of 2.204). Variables that did not influence were age, gender, heredity, history of DM, dyslipidemia, smoking habits, physical activity, and obesity. Conclusions: Patients who have a history of hypertension, poor diet, and are not compliant with medication controls are at greater risk of suffering from hemorrhagic stroke. Abstract

The menstrual cycle is the time between the beginning of menstruation in the previous period and the onset of the next period. One of the factors that affect the menstrual cycle is nutritional intake and nutritional status. This study aims to determine the importance of nutritional intake and nutritional status on the menstrual cycle in adolescents. This article uses a selection method based on the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) diagram, in accordance with the inclusion criteria and predetermined keywords, and identified 10 articles to be analyzed. Based on the 10 articles analyzed, it was found that most show the importance of nutritional intake and nutritional status in affecting the regularity of the menstrual cycle. Several articles also demonstrate a relationship between both micro and macro nutritional intake and nutritional status on the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls. Nutritional intake and nutritional status play an important role in the regularity of adolescent menstrual cycles. These findings have important implications for public health policy, suggesting the need for comprehensive nutritional education programs targeting adolescent girls, healthcare providers, and educators. The evidence supports the development of school-based nutrition interventions and clinical guidelines for managing menstrual irregularities through nutritional approaches. Moreover, there is a clear relationship between nutritional intake and nutritional status and the menstrual cycle.
