Abstract

Proyek konstruksi adalah suatu bentuk kegiatan dimana waktu, sumber daya dan biaya dibatasi dan diperhitungkan untuk mencapai hasil berupa bangunan dan infrastruktur. Kegiatan konstruksi tidak luput dari transformasi informasi antar pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Memperoleh informasi yang tepat dan terukur sangat diperlukan sebagai landasan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Di sisi lain, komunikasi yang baik antar pihak terlibat dapat menjadi titik temu atas kesamaan pandangan yang pada akhirnya akan terjalin kerja sama yang baik. Maka dari itu perhatian yang lebih terhadap proses komunikasi yang efektif sangat diharapkan. Pengelolaan komunikasi proyek yang kurang baik hanya akan menambah peluang terjadinya kegagalan suatu proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor dominan komunikasi yang diterapkan pada proyek konstruksi di Kota Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei, kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada kontraktor dengan jabatan direktur, wakil direktur, pelaksana, dan ahli K3. Daftar kontraktor diperoleh dari LPSE Kota Palangka Raya tahun 2022 sampai tahun 2024. Analisis data menggunakan metode structural equation modeling partial least squares dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor laporan kinerja bulanan (kemajuan, perubahan, tenaga kerja, penandatanganan, material dan alat) menduduki peringkat tertinggi dan merupakan faktor paling dominan, dibuktikan dengan nilai sample mean 0,510 dan nilai standar deviasi 0,271.

Abstract

[ID] Suatu keberhasilan proyek konstruksi secara keseluruhan tergantung dari keberhasilan setiap pekerjaan yang ada dalam proyek tersebut, sedangkan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu pekerjaan adalah produktivitas tenaga kerjanya. Produktivitas tenaga kerja akan sangat berpengaruh juga terhadap besarnya keuntungan atau kerugian suatu proyek. Dalam pelaksanaan dilapangan hal tersebut terkadang bisa terjadi dikarenakan tenaga kerja yang kurang efektif di dalam pekerjaannya. Ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman, disiplin, motivasi, upah, usia, dan manajerial terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada proyek pembangunan perumahan di Kota Palangka Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei. Kuesioner disebarkan secara langsung kepada tenaga kerja Mandor, Kepala Tukang, dan Tukang yang bekerja pada proyek pembangunan perumahan di Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan dari bulan November 2023 – Januari 2024 di Kota Palangka Raya. Responden penelitian berjumlah 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling partial least square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengalaman, disiplin, upah, dan manajerial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Sedangkan variabel tingkat pendidikan, motivasi, dan usia tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja konstruksi. [EN] The success of a construction project as a whole depends on the success of each job in the project, while one of the factors that affect the success of a job is the productivity of its workforce. Labor productivity will also greatly affect the amount of profit or loss of a project. In field implementation, this can sometimes happen due to ineffective labor in its work. There are many factors that can affect labor productivity. The objective of study is to develop the influence model of education level, experience, discipline, motivation, wages, age, and managerial on construction labor productivity. Implementation research on housing construction projects in Palangka Raya City. The research method used by conducting a survey distributing questionnaires directly to the workforce of foremen, head builders, and builders who work on housing construction projects in Palangka Raya City. The research was conducted for 3 months from November 2023 - January 2024 in Palangka Raya City. Tthe number of respondents was 100 people. Data analysis using structural equation modeling partial least square. The results showed that experience, discipline, wages, and managerial variables have a positive and significant effect on labor productivity. While the variables of education level, motivation, and age have no positive and insignificant effect on construction labor productivity.

Abstract

Pembangunan proyek konstruksi memiliki dampak positif dan negatif. Dampak negatif untuk lingkungan antara lain limbah hasil proyek konstruksi. Limbah konstruksi merupakan material yang tidak terpakai atau sisa yang dihasilkan selama proses konstruksi. Untuk meminimalisir dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, maka perlu dilakukan pengelolaan limbah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kategori dominan dalam pengelolaan limbah pada tahap konstruksi dan menganalisis perbedaan pengelolaan limbah pada proyek rumah toko dan perumahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan wawancara terhadap pengembang perumahan dan pemilik proyek rumah toko di kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan dari bulan November 2023 – Januari 2024. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 62 responden, terdiri dari direktur, project manager, site manager, site engineer, supervisor, pemilik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan limbah pada tahap konstruksi memiliki indikator paling dominan yang sama pada proyek rumah toko dan perumahan, yaitu: konstruksi dan desain melalui material berdasarkan standar. Hasil uji beda Mann-Whitney adalah =   < nilai  = 1,96 yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan dalam pengelolaan limbah pada proyek rumah toko dan perumahan pada tahap konstruksi.

Abstract

Along with the times, infrastructure development is increasingly complex, especially in terms of road planning. An innovation is needed to face these challenges. Before the introduction of the building information modeling (BIM) method, road planning still used conventional methods. Many studies have revealed that the BIM method is more accurate and superior compared to conventional methods. The PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal (IHM) jetty access road construction package still uses conventional methods in its planning. So the plan for the road construction project was updated by applying BIM technology. The objective of research are  to know implementation of 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM on integration of road redesign. This research was conducted for two months with the location in Penajam Paser Utara Regency. The data analysis technique using the BIM Method consists of 3 stages, namely modeling alignment and profile plans, integration of total costs into the BIM model, integration of work duration into the BIM model. The results of the application of 3D BIM provide a clear initial picture of the shape of the infrastructure to be built, and the application of 4D BIM provides a detailed visualization of construction progress with a 270-day scheduling plan, and the application of 5D BIM describes the cost aspects in an integrated manner with the total planning cost obtained of Rp 166,491,010,588. With the integration of these three dimensions in the BIM model, cost, schedule, and quality estimation becomes more organized and transparent.PENERAPAN BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING 3D, 4D, DAN 5D PADA PERENCANAAN DESAIN JALAN AKSES DERMAGA IHMSeiring dengan perkembangan zaman pembangunan infrastruktur semakin kompleks, terutama dalam hal perencanaan jalan. Perlu sebuah inovasi dalam menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Sebelum dikenalnya metode building information modeling (BIM), perencanaan jalan masih banyak menggunakan metode konvensional. Banyak penelitian yang mengungkapkan bahwa metode BIM lebih akurat dan unggul dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Paket pembangunan jalan akses Dermaga PT. ITCI Hutani Manunggal (IHM) masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam perencanaannya. Maka rencana untuk proyek konstruksi jalan tersebut diperbarui dengan menerapkan teknologi BIM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan BIM 3D, 4D, dan 5D pada redesain jalan yang saling terintegrasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan dengan lokasi di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Metode BIM terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu permodelan alignment dan profile rencana, integrasi total biaya terhadap model BIM, integrasi durasi pekerjaan terhadap model BIM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BIM 3D memberikan gambaran awal yang jelas terhadap bentuk infrastruktur yang akan terbangun, penerapan BIM 4D memberikan visualisasi progres konstruksi secara detail dengan rencana penjadwalan selama 270 hari, serta penerapan BIM 5D menggambarkan aspek biaya secara terintegrasi dengan total biaya perencanaan diperoleh sebesar Rp 166.491.010.588. Dengan integrasi ketiga dimensi tersebut dalam model BIM, estimasi biaya, jadwal, dan mutu menjadi lebih terorganisasi dan transparan.

Abstract

The availability of community facilities that support social, sports, and educational activities is an important need for rural communities, including Bahu Palawa Village, Kahayan Tengah District. This study aims to design a multifunctional building that integrates play facilities, sports, and reading corners as a center for social interaction. The design method includes a participatory approach with data collection through interviews, field observations, and analysis of the needs of the local community. The design results show a building that prioritizes the function of open space for playing, a multi-purpose sports area, and a comfortable and educational reading corner. This design prioritizes desires by utilizing local materials, natural ventilation, and a layout that supports social interaction between residents. This building is expected to be able to improve the quality of life of the community, encourage social participation, and devotion  contributes to the development of villages based on community needs by emphasizing aspects of inclusiveness, inclusiveness, and design efficiency, and has te potential to be a model that can be applied in villages

Abstract

sector. Hotels, as accommodation providers, must implement OHS to ensure a safe and healthy environment for workers and guests, while also boosting productivity. OHS is essential not only during construction but also in the operational phase to minimize risks and incidents that may harm hotel operations. This study aims to analyze OHS hazard risks at Z Hotel, located in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan. The research was conducted from November 28, 2024, to January 18, 2025, through direct observation and interviews with hotel staff, including the Manager, Office Boy, Housekeeping, and Kitchen Staff. Data were analyzed using the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method to identify potential hazards, root causes, and assess likelihood and consequences. Results showed 8 high, 11 medium, and 2 low-risk categories, with 55% categorized as high. Recommendations include the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), installation of safety signs, renovation of high-risk areas, and improvements to acoustics and toilet flooring to reduce potential hazards.

Abstract

The increase in building construction requires the application of more effective and efficient methods to achieve optimal quality, time, and cost standards. One approach that has been widely developed in answering these challenges is Building Information Modeling. The rehabilitation project of the Kalimantan II River Basin Office Building still uses conventional planning without integrating BIM technology. This shows a gap between the potential of BIM and practice in the field, especially due to a lack of understanding of the technology. This study aims to determine the 3D structural model, determine the project schedule planning, and apply 4D BIM to the planning of the structural work schedule for the rehabilitation project for the Kalimantan II River Basin Office Building in Palangka Raya City. This research is a case study. The research was conducted at the Kalimantan II River Basin Office Building in Palangka Raya City along Jl. Tjilik Riwut Km 3.5. Implemented for 5 months, from September to February 2025. The research data are detailed engineering design, time schedule and technical specifications. The data analysis technique uses the building information modeling method. The results of the study showed that there was a 3D model of the building structure with a concrete quantity of 465.83 m³ and reinforcement of 56,364.86 kg. The implementation of 4D BIM with Autodesk Naviswork in schedule planning resulted in a total duration of structural work of 175 days, and produced a scheduling simulation that was integrated between the model and the implementation time. This integration has been proven to provide significant efficiency because it is able to reduce the correction or revision time that is common in conventional methods, while increasing accuracy, transparency, and coordination between parties involved in the construction project.
