Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the value of integrity and gender in ethical behavior. This studyuses a framework of ethical theory to explain the personal aspect in infl uencing ethical behavior. Respectivevalues of integrity, gender, and ethical conduct have measurements. Research method used survey by sendingquestionnaires to the active workers in college and banking. This survey was preceded by the implementationof focus group discussion to learn about the value of integrity and understanding of the application of applying agender perspective. The main data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the respondents who worked as alecturer at universities and employees working in banking. The main data obtained by distributing questionnairesto the respondents who worked as a lecturer at universities and employees working in banking. Total of 300questionnaires were distributed. Number of questionnaires were used for further analysis was 278. The resultsshowed that the value of integrity affect ethical behavior for both lecturers and banking employees, but onlygender infl uence on the ethical behavior of employees in banking.Keywords: value of integrity, gender perspective, ethical behavior

Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze the internal aspects of individual consumer to perceive the massive prestige brands. The brand chosen was influenced by conspicuousness, uniqueness, functional value, extended-self, hedonism, exploration, value consciousness, vanity. The research used quantitative approach by conducting a survey college students, workers and housewives. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, but only 243 questionnaires were used for further analysis. The data were analyzed by multiple regressions. Conspicuousness consumption had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively and it was significant. Uniqueness had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively but it was not significant. Extended-self had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively and but it was not significant. Hedonism had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively and it was significant. Exploration had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively and it was significant. Consciousness value had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands negatively and it was significant. Vanity had an effect on purchasing of massive prestige brands positively and it was significant.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu aspek pengembangan pembangunan yang mampu mendongkrak perekonomian sebuah wilayah, tak terkecuali di pedesaan. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengembangan pembangunan di sektor kepariwisataan seyogyanya mengikutsertakan peran dari seluruh pihak yang ada. Masyarakat lokal yang ada didesa adalah salah satu unsur penting dan utama untuk bersama-sama dengan pemerintah serta unsur swasta lainnya, bergandengan tangan dalam rangka melaksanakan dan mendukung pengembangan sektor kepariwisataan di desa. Begitu pula dengan pergururan tinggi, sebegai centre of excellence, maka teori kelimuan yang berkembang harus bisa bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan PkM (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat) perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan serta jalan keluar terhadap setiap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masayarakat. Desa Cinta Karya yang terletak di Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran adalah salah satu desa yang memiliki panorama alam yang sangat indah, termasuk area pertanian dengan sistem mina padi, kehidupan masyarakat setempat yang masih tradisonal, serta wisata susur gua dan wisata air terjun yang sangat mengagumkan, membuat Desa Cita Karya memiliki potensi yang cukup besar untuk dapat dijadikan sebagai desa wisata unggulan di Kabupaten Pangandaran. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa kendala yang ada didalam pengembangan desa wisata di Cinta Karya, diantaranya belum adanya roadmap yang jelas pengembangan Desa Cinta Karya untuk menjadi desa wisata, serta masih belum terbentuknya penguatan jejaring kemitraan seluruh masayarakat desa untuk mau terlibat didalam pengembangan desa wisata. Oleh sebab itu, dalam rangka mendukung upaya pengembangan Desa Cinta Karya menjadi desa wisata, maka Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Paramadina melakukan Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan mengusung tema “Pengembangan Desa Wisata Berbasis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Lokal Di Desa Cinta Karya – Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Pangandaran – Jawa Barat.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the implementation of e-government of the users. The users were the citizen of Bogor City and the government officers in Bogor Government. The implementation of e-government was related to the website application of Bogor Government. The users were considered as the important thing because they could understand and comprehend the benefit of government website and the effectiveness of egovernment implementation. The focus of the study was the implementation of the theory of technology acceptance model. The concept involved the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use, and the subjective norm. The model of TAM was extended by involving the perceived risk to clarify of the acceptance of e-government use. The research method was to collect the data and used the survey for distributing the questionnaires of 414 citizens as the respondents in Bogor City. The research result showed that the perceived use influenced the use of the website but it was not significant; meanwhile the perceived ease of use, the perceived risk and the subjective norm influenced the use of the website significantly.

Abstract

There has been a significant increase in tea production in West Java Province, where data from the Central Bureau of Statistics shows that West Java has become the largest tea producing province, with a production volume of 82,100 tons, equivalent to 66.92% of total tea production in Indonesia. In addition to being the largest tea producer, West Java also has the largest tea plantation, covering an area of 78,500 hectares. Seeing this phenomenon, this study aims to determine the effect of social media and price on purchasing decisions for “Solo Tea” tea drinks in Jakarta City. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, where questionnaires will be distributed to residents of Jakarta City. Based on this, the data used in this study is primary data, which will be processed using SPSS Version 26 and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to determine the effect of each variable. The results of this study indicate that social media variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and price variables also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, when viewed simultaneously, social media and price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for “Solo Tea” tea drinks in Jakarta City.

Abstract

Through seminars and leadership training, the goal of this community service project is to identify an effective leadership model that will enhance the work ethic of Jumantik employees in Setu Village, East Jakarta. Participating in the Effective Leadership program in enhancing work ethics were 100 Jumantik cadres from the village, the heads of the Development of Family Welfare of Setu Village, Cipayung District, and RW in the Setu Village neighborhood of East Jakarta. Lecture and coaching techniques are used in the training process. As a result of this training, a leader must employ effective leadership techniques to enhance work ethic when overseeing Jumantik cadres. To improve the motivation, accountability, and discipline of Jumantik cadres, one successful leadership model employs a transformational and participatory leadership style. This approach encourages open communication and fosters a sense of belonging among the cadres. It has been demonstrated that cadres who regularly monitor mosquito larvae perform better under leadership that offers clear guidance, emotional support, and active involvement in decision-making. Furthermore, the training emphasizes the importance of collaboration and teamwork, which are essential for achieving common goals. Jumantik cadre supervisors are advised to participate in leadership training since effective leadership would facilitate the development of a more inclusive and cooperative leadership model. Thus, it is anticipated that the effective sub-district eradication of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) will be facilitated by the adoption of the appropriate leadership paradigm, ultimately leading to healthier communities and improved public health outcomes. This is expected to make the public more vigilant and protected from potential online fraud in the future. Furthermore, increased legal literacy is expected to create a safer and more trustworthy digital transaction ecosystem for all parties.

Abstract

Dalam era industri 4.0, transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan mutlak bagi perusahaan untuk tetap kompetitif di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang pesat. Perusahaan yang melakukan transformasi digital menunjukkan komitmen untuk terus berinovasi dan menjadi pilihan utama bagi konsumen, khususnya di sektor keuangan dan investasi yang sangat bergantung pada pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia (MASI), sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang investasi, terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi melalui implementasi sistem digital yang terintegrasi guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional, sesuai dengan regulasi dari otoritas terkait seperti Bursa Efek Indonesia, OJK, dan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan transformasi digital di PT MASI dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Fokus utama penelitian terletak pada persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan kebergunaan sistem digital yang diterapkan perusahaan dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan, riset pasar, dan pelayanan nasabah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses transformasi digital di PT MASI diterima secara positif oleh para pemangku kepentingan internal, didorong oleh dukungan manajemen, keterlibatan karyawan, serta infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai. Teknologi digital terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi layanan, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam hal integrasi sistem dan peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Secara keseluruhan, PT MASI berada pada jalur yang progresif dalam membangun ekosistem digital yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Masuknya produk tekstil bermotif Nusantara asal Tiongkok—berbiaya rendah, produksi masif, dan distribusi cepat—menekan ekosistem tenun Manggarai (NTT) pada dimensi harga, persepsi keaslian, serta kesinambungan rantai pasok bahan alam. Artikel ini menyintesis temuan wawancara dan observasi lapangan menjadi suatu kerangka strategi praktis. Kontribusi utama—dan kebaruan—artikel adalah implementasi strategi 7 pilar secara bertahap yang hasilnya menawarkan jalur diferensiasi yang tidak bergantung pada perang harga, sekaligus menjaga keberlanjutan sosial-budaya Manggarai.
