Abstract

PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a company engaged in the seafood industry. The company has been exporting processed products to several countries including: USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, Japan etc.The company's goal is to achieve a target value of export transactions by year. To determine the attainment of the objectives of the company divisions and the related directors always conduct regular meetings. However, the data presented at the meeting is still shaped table data and just in the previous period, so it does not correspond to the needs of the board of directors for the data tables presented uninformative and real time.Visualization Dashboard Application for Export Transactions on PT. Kelola Mina Laut is a software that can provide the information value of the ratio of export transactions by year, by state, by product category and by customer with the target at a certain period in real time. Information is presented in a visual form such as pie charts, rod and line. This application is built for ease of directors and marketing division in knowing the difference between the value export transaction with a target value of exports in a given period.

Abstract

CV. Kariyono Mandiri is a company engaged in trade and services under the name Optik Airlangga. The company has four (4) Optical branches, namely the Srikana branch as the central branch which is located at Jl. Srikana no.36 Surabaya, Royal Plaza Surabaya branch, Pandaan branch and Krian branch located on Jl. Basuki Rahmat no. 49 Krian. There is a problem where so far the sales data reported to optical owners is only limited to sales reports, there is no classification of data such as valid goods which are categorized into sub-categories (frames, lenses, accessories) so that optical owners find it difficult to determine which items should be reordered. . To overcome the problems at Optik Airlangga, an application is needed that can help record sales transactions, provide a recap of sales data without having to wait for reports from each branch, and can help optical owners by providing information in the form of best-selling items, total branch sales, and items with profits. that can be used as a consideration for the purchase of goods. After carrying out the stages from analysis to deployment, an application is produced that can record sales transactions, manage master data in the form of item data, item categories, employees, branches. The application provides transaction data that is paid off / not paid off. The application created has also provided a dashboard that provides information on low stock items for cashiers and admin staff. The application displays a dashboard for owner users that displays a graph of the number of sales for each branch, a graph of the best-selling items, and the items with the greatest profits.

Abstract

UD Chandra Group is a manufacture company which focused in selling softcase. The brand which is developed is ultimate brand. The brand has already dotted throughout Indonesia such are Surabaya, Jember, Banyuwangi, Kediri, Malang, Madiun, Yogyakarta and other big cities. There two types of softcase, double type and single type which each size are 10 inch, 11.6 inch, 12 inch and 14 inch. Until now, in purchasing raw materials, the company refers to customer demand from the previous transaction and the waste stock in bond. Therefore, the company has not supplied the raw materials optimally yet. However, raw materials control application is needed to overcome the problem in supply the raw materials. Raw materials inventory control application provides some menu for calculate forecasting customer demand, including method such as Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) method, Double Exponential Smoothing (HOLT) method and Triple Exponential Smoothing (WINTER) method. That prediction methods are used to predict the customer demand in the future and provide the number of raw materials for the next period. The number result is used as the reference to process the calculation of reorder point (ROP). Reorder point is used to determine the raw materials reorder.

Abstract

PT Sucofindo ( Superintending Company Of Indonesia ) working in the area of inspection ( commercial ) , audit ( project ) , testing ( project ) , analysis ( laboratory ) , certification services ( project ) , and training service ( project ) .Activities new orders were done of administration has decreased in competence services inspection .One of the causes was the absence of information that supports the process of the order in disallow module loading .The information of them information status order and selection task .To overcome the problems built an application web-based that can be used to re tracking status order .This application can be accessed by head of the assignor work ( head of ptk ) and other interested parties via web so that it can be display information status order and provided information about invoice and certificates on time , meanwhile, the process task in employees can was in full. Based on the results of the trial that has done together with pt sucofindo the branch of surabaya , the application was able to display information the status of the order started order accepted until order finished .In addition the application evaluation can provide status so that the service order inspection services can run a maximumKata Kunci : Order, Application, Tracking, PT Sucofindo.

Abstract

E-Commerce is often called an online trading is the process of deployment, purchasing, sales, marketing goods and services via the Internet between the consumer to consumer (C2C), or an agency to consumers (B2C). E-commerce increasingly widespread popular Indonesian society, a variety of emerging e-commerce led to competition between e-commerce becomes very tight. For an e-commerce website can survive in the competition, or in order to become a popular e-commerce websites, each e-commerce website should be able to have a quality website. Quality website will result in the increase of sales transactions of the e-commerce. This research was conducted to determine an e-commerce website that is qualified with the goal to analyze the influencerof thesquality of service and quality of website information on the quality of e-commerce websites. This study uses data collection techniques such as questionnaires and had obtained a sampled of 110 respondents. The process of analysisx usedt in this study is the beginning of the validity and reliability, followed by a multiplez regressiont analysish. The resultsk of thishstudy indicatemthat thed variable Service Quality does not affect the variable Website Quality whereas Information Quality significant and positive impact on the e-commerce Website Quality.

Abstract

Manajemen persediaan adalah sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk mengelola persediaan barang. Mengelola bagaimana mengklarifikasi dan menjaga akurasi catatan persediaan barang. Tujuan dari manajemen persediaan barang untuk mengurangi keterlambatan pengiriman barang serta dapat memastikan adanya suatu persediaan melalui safety stock. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri kuliner khususnya bagian manajemen persediaan antara lain tidak ada perhitungan permintaan stok barang, tidak ada pengelolan safety stock, dan tidak terdeteksinya antara data pengiriman dan data stok awal. Pengendalian stok barang menggunakan safety stock bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah stok aman dalam gudang. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui jumlah pengadaan ulang mengunakan reorder point. Sehingga dapat menghemat waktu, meminimalisir kesalahan dalam persediaan barang, dan dapat mengetahui kelayakan kondisi barang. Hasil dari penelitiannya berupa sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan manajemen persediaan, sehingga dapat mengendalikan persediaan barang dengan stok kosong menjadi turun 95%, atau tinggal hanya 5% saja.

Abstract

UMKM Batik Tulis Al Barokah merupakan salah satu UMKM yang mengalami penurunan penjualan sebagai dampak dari pandemi Covid19. Oleh sebab itu solusi yang diberikan adalah pembuatan Aplikasi Batik Online Shop pada UMKM Batik Tulis Al Barokah. Permasalahan berikutnya adalah pelaku UMKM Batik Tulis Al Barokah belum dapat mengoperasikan Aplikasi Batik Online Shop, sehingga pada pelaksana Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) memberikan pelatihan mengoperasikan Aplikasi Batik Online Shop kepada pelaku UMKM Batik Tulis Al Barokah secara daring dan luring. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Tahap persiapan berupa observasi dan instalasi, tahap pelaksanaan berupa pelatihan mengoperasikan aplikasi, dan tahap evaluasi berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelaku UMKM Batik Tulis Al Barokah untuk mengetahui kebermanfaatan dari pelatihan. Hasil dari tahap evaluasi diperoleh bahwa pelatihan Aplikasi Batik Online Shop sangat bermanfaat bagi pelaku UMKM Batik Tulis Al Barokah.
