Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Status gizi dan kesehatan ibu hamil merupakan suatu kondisi penting dalam menentukan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kekurangan asupan gizi, berdampak pada tumbuh kembang janin yang tidak optimal baik fisik, mental dan kecerdasannya. Satu diantara beragam persoalan gizi yang dihadapi ibu hamil adalah Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK). Ibu hamil yang menderita KEK bisa menyebabkan hadirnya gangguan kesehatannya terhadap bayi serta ibu salah satunya berat badan lahirnya rendah bahkan kematian. Tujuan: guna mendapatkan informasi konektivitas kurang energi kronik untuk Ibu hamil lewat kejadian BBLR pada Puskesmas Boru. Metode: Jenisnya penelitian ini Analitik Korelasional dan rancangan Penelitiannya Studi Dokumentasi memakai pendekatan case control. Total populasi adalah total sampel sebanyak 179 orang yang dilakukan pengambilannya memakai teknik total sampling. Uji yang dipakai yakni Fishers Exact Test (alpha 5%). Hasil: dari 152 ibu yang tidak menderita KEK, didapatkan sebahagian besarnya tidak menderita BBLR sejumlah 145 orang (81,01%) dan sebahagian kecilnya menderita BBLR yaitu sejumlah 7 orang (3,91%). Sementara dari 27 ibu yang menderita KEK, dipahami lebih daripada setengah tidak merasakan BBLR sejumlah 18 orang (10,05%) dan kurang daripada setengah merasakan kejadian BBLR sejumlah 9 orang (5,03%). Kesimpulan: Berlandaskan resultan pengujian statistik Fishers Exact Test, dipahami bahwasanya skor p value sejumlah 0,001 lebih kecil daripada skornya α (0,05), atas dasar tersebut bisa dilakukan penyimpulan bahwasanya ada konektivitas antara kejadian KEK untuk ibu hamil dan juga kejadiannya BBLR di Puskesmas Boru. Kata Kunci: Ibu hamil, KEK, BBLR Abstract Background: Nutritional status and health during pregnancy are critical factors in determining the quality of human resources. Inadequate nutritional intake can impact the optimal growth and development of the fetus, affecting physical, mental, and cognitive aspects. One of the nutritional issues faced by pregnant women is Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED). Pregnant women experiencing CED may suffer from health complications for both themselves and their babies, including low birth weight and even mortality. Purpose: To determine the relationship between Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women and the incidence of low birth weight (LBW) at Boru Health Center.Method: This research is an Analytical Correlational study with a Document Study design and a case-control approach. The total population consists of 179 individuals, who were selected using total sampling techniques. The statistical test use the Fisher's Exact Test (with an alpha level of 5%). Results: Of the 152 mothers who did not experience Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK), majority did not have Low Birth Weight (BBLR) with a count of 145 individuals (81.01%), while a smaller number experienced BBLR, totaling 7 individuals (3.91%). In contrast, among the 27 mothers who experienced KEK, more than half did not have BBLR, amounting to 18 individuals (10.05%), while less than half experienced BBLR, totaling 9 individuals (5.03%). Conclusion: Based on the results of the Fisher's Exact Test, the p-value of 0.001 is smaller than the alpha level of 0.05. Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Anemia pada ibu hamil disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu konsumsi tablet Fe yang kurang maksimal, status gizi ibu hamil, penyakit infeksi, perdarahan dan paritas, umur, jarak kehamilan. Dampak anemai pada ibu dapat menyebabkan hambatan pada pertumbuhan janin. Sehingga penata laksaan yang adekuat untuk kejadian anemia sangat diperlukan. Selama ini pemberian tablet fe merupakan program rutin bidan tetapi penyerapan terhadap zat besinya kadang kurang maksimal, sehingga peneliti mencoba jambu biji sebagai sebagai pembantu penyerapan.zat besi. Jambu biji merah adalah buah yang dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin, karena didalamnya terkandung vitamin C yang besar, vitamin C bisa meningkatkan keasaman dalam tubuh yang dapat menyerap zat besi melalui makanan sebanyak 30%. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus jambu biji merah terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil anemia di PMB Aulia Nur Badriah Depok. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian dengan jenis penelitian pre-eksperimetal dengan designs One-Group Pretes-Posttest desaign. Penelitian ini berlokasi di PMB Aulia Depok Penelitian dilakuakm pada bulan April – Mei 2024 dengan total sample 20 orang ibu hamil dengan anemia. Hasil: Kadar hemoglobin responden sebelum pemberian jus jambu biji merah memiliki nilai mean 9,67 gr/dL dan setelah pemberian jus jambu biji merah memiliki nilai mean 11,39 gr/ ada selisih sebesar 1,71 gr/dl dan standar deviasi 0,528. Setelah dilakukan uji statistik dapat dilihat bahwa Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,001 < α 0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh pemberian Jus jambu biji merah dalam menaikan nilai hemoglobin pada ibu hamil anemia di PMB Aulia Nur Badriah Depok. During this time the administration of fe tablets is a routine program of midwives but the absorption of iron is sometimes less than the maximum, so the researcher’s tried guava as an auxiliary absorption. Iron. Red guava is a fruit that can increase haemoglobin levels, because it contains a large vitamin C, vitamin C can increase acidity in the body that can absorb iron through food as much as 30%. Purpose: to determine the effect of giving red guava juice to increase haemoglobin levels in pregnant women anemia in PMB Aulia Nur Badriah Depok. Methods: this research is quantitative research with the type of research with the type of pre-experimental research with designs one-Group Pretes-Posttest design. This study was located at PMB Aulia Depok the study was conducted in April – May 2024 with a total sample of 20 pregnant women with anaemia. Results: haemoglobin levels of respondents before giving red guava juice has a mean value of 9.67 gr/ dL and after giving red guava juice has a mean value of 11.39 gr/there is a difference of 1.71 gr / dl and a standard deviation of 0.528. After statistical tests can be seen that the Asymmp. Sig. (2-tailed) is worth 0.001 < α 0.05. Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Beilakang: Keihamilan meirupakan peiristiwa yang teirjadi pada seiorang wanita. Beibeirapa hal yang tidak nyaman akan muncul beirsamaan deingan peirubahan fisiologis seilama keihamilan seipeirti mual, muntah. Mual dan muntah seilama keihamilan adalah geijala umum dan seiring teirjadi pada trimeisteir peirtama keihamilan. Salah satu peinatalaksanaan untuk meingurangi teirapi non-farmakologis adalah peimbeirian aromateirapi laveindeir. Tujuan: peineilitian ini untuk meingeitahui peingaruh peimbeirian aromateirapi laveindeir teirhadap peinurunan mual muntah pada ibu hamil trimeisteir I di PMB Bojong Geidei Bogor 2024. Meitodei: Peineilitian ini meirupakan peineilitian kuantitatif deingan jeinis peineilitian pre-eksperimetal dengan designs One-Group Pretes-Posttest desaign. Hasil: tingkat mual muntah sebelum diberikan aromaterapi lavender pada 20 Responden sebagian besar 14 Responden mengalami tingkat mual muntah seidang. Tingkat mual muntah seiteilah dibeirikan aromateirapi laveindeir pada 20 Reispondein adalah seibagian beisar 12 Reispondein t mual muntah ringan. Teirdapat peingaruh peimbeirian aromateirapi laveindeir teirhadap tingkat mual muntah pada ibu hamil Trimsteir I di PMB Bojong Geidei Bogor tahun 2024 beirdasarkan hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon dapat dilihat bahwa Asymp. Sig. 2-taileid beirnilai 0,000 < α α =0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada peingaruh peimbeirian aromateirapi laveindeir teirhadap peineiurunan mual muntah pada ibu hami trimeisteir 1 di PMB Bojong Geidei Bogor. Thei ratei of nauseia afteir giving laveindeir aromatherapy to 20 respondents was mostly 12 respondents with mild nausea. There is an effect of lavender aromatherapy on the level of nausea and vomiting in Trimster I pregnant women at PMB Bojong Gede Bogor in 2024 based on the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test, it can be seen that Asymmp. Sig. The 2-tailed is worth 0,000 < α α =0,05. Conclusion: there is an effect of lavender aromatherapy to decrease nausea vomiting in pregnant women trimester 1 in PMB Bojong Gede Bogor. Abstract

perineal injury in puerperal mothers refers to tears that occur in the birth canal, both caused by Labor and episiotomy. This tear can occur spontaneously or through an episiotomy. Perineal care is important to prevent infection, as inadequate care can lead to infection, which is one of the causes of postpartum maternal death. Based on this, the researchers tried an alternative by using betel leaf steeping to accelerate the healing of perineal wounds. This study aims to determine the effect of betel leaf steeping on the duration of perineal wound healing in puerperal mothers in PMB Endang Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. this study uses a quantitative approach with Pre-Experimental design and One-Shot Case Study. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling, with a total of 20 participants. research shows that most postpartum mothers experience rapid perineal wound healing after receiving treatment with betel leaf steeping. The one sample proportion test revealed that 60% of respondents experienced a decrease in perineal injuries after being given betel leaf steeping. there is an effect of betel leaf steeping on long-term perineal injury in puerperal mothers in PMB Endang Pasar Minggu Jakerta Selatan.

Abstract

Anemia adalah suatu kondisi dimana jumlah sel darah merah atau kadar hemoglobin dalam darah lebih rendah dari normal. Salah satu penyebab anemia adalah produksi sel darah merah yang tidak optimal karena tubuh kekurangan nutrisi bergizi yang dibutuhkan. Makanan yang baik harus dikonsumsi selama masa remaja karena ini adalah masa awal persiapan kehamilan. Tujuan kegiatan pemberdayaan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja di desa karang kendal terhadap pencegahan anemia. Metode kegiatan pemberdayaan ini dilaksanakan di desa karang kendal kabupaten boyolali dengan metode penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan remaja melalui diversifikasi produk olahan daun kelor (Moringa Oleifera). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan perhitungan pre test dan post test yang dilaksanakan saat kegiatan yaitu dengan hasil sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan diketahui bahwa pengetahuan remaja yang mendapatkan kategori baik sebesar 25% dan setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan meningkat menjadi sebesar 55%. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan remaja di Desa Karang Kendal serta cara pencegahan terhadap anemia melalui produk olahan daun kelor (Moringa Oleifera)

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi tentang pemanfaatan kaldu tulang (bone broth) sebagai Makanan Pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran para kader Aisyiyah di Desa Wonorejo mengenai pentingnya gizi seimbang bagi pertumbuhan anak. Analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa kondisi ekonomi masyarakat cenderung menengah ke bawah, dengan mayoritas ibu muda memiliki tingkat pendidikan hanya hingga SMP. Keterbatasan fasilitas kesehatan serta minimnya akses informasi gizi turut memperburuk angka kasus stunting, yang mencapai 60 anak dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Program ini mencakup edukasi tentang cara membuat kaldu tulang yang higienis dan bergizi, serta penyediaan bahan informasi dalam bentuk e-book. Metode penyuluhan melibatkan pelatihan langsung dan demonstrasi, diikuti dengan sesi tanya jawab interaktif untuk memastikan peserta memahami setiap tahapan. Evaluasi menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta yang merasa terbantu dengan materi yang disampaikan. Dengan peningkatan pengetahuan yang diperoleh, para peserta diharapkan mampu menerapkan tips dan trik pembuatan kaldu tulang secara mandiri di rumah, sehingga dapat berkontribusi dalam mengurangi angka stunting di Desa Wonorejo.

Abstract

Stunting is a growth disorder in children under five years old caused by chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections. This condition is characterized by stunted growth in height in children under five years of age due to long-term malnutrition. The problems identified in Sanggrahan Village are related to health problems due to a lack of understanding about nutrition, family health, knowledge, environment, attitudes and behavior regarding stunting which is still a priority program. 18 children under five with stunted growth were found in Sanggrahan Village. This research aims to implement the One Team One Family method in an effort to reduce the prevalence of stunting and build empowered villages. Through an individual approach, families of stunted toddlers receive intensive assistance in the fields of nutrition, health and childcare. The research results show that the one team one family method is effective in increasing family knowledge about stunting, improving nutrition for toddlers and encouraging children's growth and development. Apart from that, this assistance is expected to be able to empower families and communities in overcoming stunting in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Prevalensi dismenore di Indonesia sebanyak 107.673 wanita (64,25%), dimana 59.671 wanita (54,89%) menderita dismenore primer dan 9.496 wanita (9,36%) menderita dismenore sekunder. Sementara itu angka kejadian dismenore di wilayah Jawa Tengah mencapai 56%, dan di Kabupaten Klaten mencapai 68,4%. Dismenore yang terjadi pada remaja mengakibatkan terganggunya aktivitas sehari-hari. Air kelapa hijau dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif untuk penanganan dismenore secara non-farnakologi. Air kelapa hijau mengandung kalsium, magnesium yang dapat mengurangi ketegangan otot dan vitamin C yang membantu mengurangi rasa sakit akibat kram menstruasi dengan cara menghambat enzim cyclooxygenase, yang berperan dalam penurunan prostaglandin. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air kelapa hijau terhadap penurunan dismenore pada remaja. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre-experimen design tipe one group pretest-posttest. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 25 remaja putri dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan lembar kuisioner NRS, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil: Berdasarkan uji analisis menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test didapat nilai singnifikasi 0.000 (p <0.05) yang berarti Ha diterima. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh pemberian air kelapa hijau terhadap penurunan dismenore pada remaja.

Abstract

Undernutrition significantly impacts child development in Indonesia, with a prevalence of 17.1% among toddlers. Malnutrition in early childhood has severe consequences, including increased mortality, higher healthcare costs, and impaired cognitive development. This study investigates the potential of nutrient-rich mung bean porridge to improve weight gain in malnourished toddlers, addressing a critical public health challenge. Recognizing the crucial role of nutrition in early childhood, this study investigates the potential of mung bean porridge as a nutritional intervention to improve weight gain in malnourished toddlers receiving treatment at PT. Sumur Pandanwangi Clinic. Mung beans are a rich source of essential nutrients, including carbohydrates and protein, making them a promising candidate for addressing nutritional deficiencies in this vulnerable population. This study aimed to determine the effect of mung bean porridge on weight gain in malnourished toddlers treated at PT. Sumur Pandanwangi Clinic using a pre-experimental framework with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. A total of 20 research participants were selected using Consecutive Sampling. Weight measurements were obtained using a digital scale, and observations were recorded on standardized sheets. The data collected were analyzed using the Paired-t Test. The study found that the average weight of toddlers before receiving green bean porridge was 10,955 grams. After consuming the green bean porridge, their weight increased to 11,080 grams, marking an increase of 125 grams. Subsequent analysis demonstrated a significant effect of the green bean porridge on weight gain among malnourished toddlers. The findings yielded a p-value of 0.001, which is statistically significant as it falls below the threshold of 0.05. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of mung bean porridge in improving weight gain in malnourished toddlers. The significant weight increase observed among participants provides strong evidence for its use as a cost-effective and locally available nutritional intervention to address undernutrition in Indonesia.

Malnutrition in early childhood has severe consequences, including increased mortality, higher healthcare costs, and impaired cognitive development. This study investigates the potential of nutrient-rich mung bean porridge to improve weight gain in malnourished toddlers, addressing a critical public health challenge. Recognizing the crucial role of nutrition in early childhood, this study investigates the potential of mung bean porridge as a nutritional intervention to improve weight gain in malnourished toddlers receiving treatment at PT. Sumur Pandanwangi Clinic. Mung beans are a rich source of essential nutrients, including carbohydrates and protein, making them a promising candidate for addressing nutritional deficiencies in this vulnerable population. This study aimed to determine the effect of mung bean porridge on weight gain in malnourished toddlers treated at PT. Sumur Pandanwangi Clinic using a pre-experimental framework with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. A total of 20 research participants were selected using Consecutive Sampling. Weight measurements were obtained using a digital scale, and observations were recorded on standardized sheets. The data collected were analyzed using the Paired-t Test. The study found that the average weight of toddlers before receiving green bean porridge was 10,955 grams. After consuming the green bean porridge, their weight increased to 11,080 grams, marking an increase of 125 grams. Subsequent analysis demonstrated a significant effect of the green bean porridge on weight gain among malnourished toddlers. The findings yielded a p-value of 0.001, which is statistically significant as it falls below the threshold of 0.05. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of mung bean porridge in improving weight gain in malnourished toddlers. The significant weight increase observed among participants provides strong evidence for its use as a cost-effective and locally available nutritional intervention to address undernutrition in Indonesia.
