Abstract

PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal yang merupakan perusahaan dibidang jasa terminal khusus penumpukan kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses kegiatan penerimaan/reciving kendaraan terminal domestik. Dalam kegiatan Operasional di terminal domestik di PT.Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dapat mempengaruhi Kegiatan receiving. Ada beberapa faktor penghambat pada kegiatan operasional ketika proses receiving.Dalam Proses Receiving kendaraan di gate terminal domestik terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat menghambat proses receiving dan perencanaan bongkar muat. Faktor tersebut tentu akan menghambat Proses Receiving dan Perencanaan Bongkar dan Muat sehingga tidak efisien dan memperlambat waktu Proses Receiving di gate dan kegiatan Perencanaan Muat di lapangan terminal domestik.

Abstract

Kegiatan penelitian tugas akhir dilakukan selama melakukan kegiatan praktek kerja lapangan di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Tanjung Priok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh kinerja pelayanan jasa barang terhadap pelayanan jasa kapal, sekaligus sebagai syarat kelulusan Prodi D3 Transportasi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Untuk menyusun tugas akhir ini penulis mengunakan data sekunder yang berupa data Kinerja Operasi pada tahun 2018. Data yang didapatkan tersebut kemudian diolah oleh penulis menggunakan Metode Kuantitaf serta menggunakan rumus Uji T. Hasil dari ouput data yang keluar tersebut didapatkan dari uji T bahwa hubungan antara variabel curah cair (X) dengan variabel effective time (Y) ternyata positif dan signifikan

Abstract

The port has an important role in serving activities in one of the archipelago countries, Indonesia. The availability of services contained in ports for users of port services must be considered by the government which is excepted to be able to try to meet the level of port service performance expected of the high level of satisfaction of users of port service in DKI Jakarta. The policy of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in the field of transportation, especially in the department of transportation, the Unit for Management of water and Port Transportation. The services contained in the port that can be directly felt by users of port services are those that are available at the passenger port. One of the passanger ports in DKI Jakarta that is expected to provide a high level of satisfaction is Muara Angke Passanger Port. This research technique uses survey methods for sampling data, analysis of the discussion using descriptive analysis, gap method by calculating the level of suitability and cartesius diagram. As a result, users of port services are still not maximal in providing services in ports such as there is no service to provide information on emergency health care facilities and there is no convenience service for health services aimed at anticipating healt emergencies, so that users of port service immediateky receive help first.

Abstract

PT. Mustika Alam Lestari is a company engaged in port services, as well as serving physical inspection of behandles. In this activity, there is a relocation of behandle containers, which is the time required for goods owners to move containers from the import field to the behandle field. This activity starts after printing. behandle card.The author took this topic because the relocation of behandle containers often did not meet the set time standards. Because there are several factors that cause these activities do not meet quality objectives. The method used in the preparation of this final task is the interview method, as well as the search of several data sources, it can be concluded why import container relocation activities often do not meet the quality target which is due to the lack of available tools in the field. Therefore, the author tries to analyze this and try to provide input by adding the tools that are in the field so that the target stipulated quality can be in accordance with the target.

Abstract

Transportation is one broad field. Transportation includes 3 (three) areas, land namely land, sea and air. goods delivery using land transportation can be done by one of them using train. When shipping of goods by train, it can be divided into containerized goods delivery and retail or Parcel Ounces. Jakarta Gudang Station serves Parcel Ons delivery, where there are 10 forwarders who came to the contract to ship goods using by train.PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) division of Cargo Transport is one of the companies that is engaged in providing a series for delivery of goods with a fleet of trains. Services provided will affect customer satisfactionwith the services we provide. If the customer is not satisfied with what we provide, the customer will not reuse our services. Of course there are obstacles that cause customers to feel dissatisfied. customer satisfaction level can bemeasured in various ways, one of which is a questionnaire. So far customers are satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Bimaruna Jaya Depot is one of the companies engaged in services related to the handling and stacking of containers. This company is currently experiencing problems regarding employee work productivity which is decreasing from month to month from the achievement target. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work competence and workload affect the work productivity of surveyors in container survey activities at Bimaruna Jaya Depot. The research method used is direct observation to the field, distributing questionnaires to insurveyors and out, estimators, andsupervisors maintenance and repair and interviews with depot managers andsupervisors maintenance and repair. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires and interviews, namely purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that the work productivity of aofficer surveyor can be influenced by competence and workload with targets set by the company.

Abstract

Inventory is one of the fundamental problems in a business. Without inventory, a business will be faced with a variety of problems, for example, not having the option to fulfill client orders that lead to loss of client trust, inhibiting interaction creation, etc. Therefore, this study will analyze the management of ship plate inventory at PT Pengerukan Indonesia. There is a technique used to control the supply of stock, namely the"Economic Order Quantity" (EOQ) method. The method used is quantitative by using two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of this study can produce efficiency of inventory costs where the total stock of uk plate 5mm company as much as 399 sheets and plate uk 12mm 419 sheets and companies make orders as much as 110 times a year. While using the EOQ method the company only orders the purchase of plates as many as 35 times a year with a 10-day message period with a total requirement when ordering as much as 11 pieces for uk 5mm and 12 sheets for uk 12mm and experience cost efficiency of Rp37,280,302. for uk 5mm plates and Rp37,673,245 for uk 12mm plates.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction with the perception of reality or performance of service quality provided by BRT Trans Tangerang in corridor 2. This Final Project was created using the following method is descriptive quantitative. The sample used to prepare this Final Project is amounted to 100 respondents, namely passengers of BRT Trans Tangerang on corridor 2. The results showed that the reality of the service from BRT Trans Tangerang corridor 2 was in a good criteria with an average values of 3,96 while customer expectations of reality/performance of BRT Trans Tangerang corridor 2 service are at a very high criterion with a total average values of 4,51. The results of the overall suitability analysis obtained a level of conformity of 87,6%, the values is still below 100%. This means that the overall service performance of BRT Trans Tangerang corridor 2 too it’s customers in terms of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy is very good but has not fully reached 100% in accordance with customer expectations or interests.

Abstract

Perubahan tata guna lahan baik perubahan kategori maupun intensitasnya akan membangkitkan lalu lintas, sehingga kecil ataupun besar akan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap lalu lintas di sekitarnya.Untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya pengaruh lalu lintas yang cukup besar pada jaringan transportasi di sekitar pembangunan tersebut, perlu dilakukan kajian analisis dampak lalu lintas (Traffic Impact Analysis). Analisis dampak lalu lintas atau sering disebut Andalalin adalah suatu studi khusus yang menilai efek-efek yang ditimbulkan oleh lalu lintas yang dibangkitkan oleh suatu pengembangan kawasan terhadap jaringan transportasi di sekitarnya. Pembangunan gedung baru di beberapa bagian kawasan kampus A Universitas Negeri Jakarta seperti, pembangunan gedung kuliah baru di beberapa fakultas, dan pembangunan gedung baru lainnya diperkirakan akan berpengaruh terhadap volume dan sistem pergerakan lalu lintas dibeberapa jaringan jalan dalam kampus dan jaringan jalan sekitar kampus A Universitas Negeri Jakarta diantaranya adalah ruas Jalan Rawamangun Muka sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian analisa dampak lalu lintas (Andalalin). Ruas jalan Rawamangun Muka, adalah pintu masuk dan keluar dari kawasan kampus A UNJ, maka di ruas jalan ini sering terjadi kemacetan pada jam puncak pagi, siang dan sore hari. Kondisi yang sama terjadi pula di ruas jalan dalam kawasan kampus. Pada jam-jam tertentu sering terjadi kemacetan.

Abstract

Gudang merupakan salah satu bidang usaha yang dijalankan oleh PT. Bimaruna Jaya dengan menyediakan layanan seperti kegiatan bongkar atau muat barang hingga penyediaan tempat penyimpanan. Keberlangsungan dari setiap pekerjaan tentunya harus didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni dengan keterampilan yang terjamin dan saling keterkaitan. Namun diperlukan pengetahuan yang cukup untuk merancang pengelolaan dan perencanaan sumber daya manusia, yang ditujukan supaya dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas. Tetapi kenyataannya setelah dilakukan perhitungan, untuk beban kerja Kepala Gudang, tiga 3) Operator Forklift, dan tiga (3) TKBM masuk ke dalam kategori implikasi normal/fit (inload). Sementara untuk dua (2) Tally man dan satu (1) Admin Gudang mengalami beban kerja yang berlebihan (overload). Melalui hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) bahwa diperlukan pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang pendistribusian beban kerja secara merata (dengan syarat tertentu). Lalu perhitungan ini juga ditujukan untuk menyimpulkan rumusan mengenai optimalisasi pengelolaan tenaga kerja yang nantinya akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan produktivitas dari karyawan Divisi Gudang Free Zone PT. Bimaruna Jaya.
