Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the effect of Emotional Intelligence Learning Method and the History of Student Learning Outcomes SMAN Jakarta. Metode experimental method used is to design treatments by level 2 x 2 with variable outcome variables studied history and learning methods as well as one independent variable 2 emotional intelligence. The results showed (1) The study of high school students who follow the history of learning methods sociodramatic higher than students who take conventional learning methods, (2) there is a significant interaction effect between emotional intelligence learning methods and learning outcomes history of high school students. (3) for students with high emotional intelligence learning methods sociodramatic better learning outcomes than conventional learning methods, and (4) for students who have low emotional intelligence with conventional teaching methods better learning outcomes than learning methods sociodramatic. It can be concluded that the method of teaching sociodramatic can improve learning outcomes for students with a history of high emotional intelligence.

Abstract

Learning is a process of interaction between teachers and students and the elements in them. The teacher is the most dominant factor that determines the quality of learning. Education is the first step for someone to know something, both himself, the surrounding environment and when interacting with others, with education, a person can become a human who is trained and has skills in life. Especially during this pandemic, which is a widespread effect of the influence of Covid-19, so that distance learning is something that should be done, as a preventive measure from the dangers of the disease. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the E- Learning learning model can affect student learning motivation. The population and sample in this study were students at Islamic Village Senior High School 2020/2021 academic year. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with One-shot case study. Data analysis by calculating the correlation coefficient and its significant test, which is then followed by determining the regression equation. The results of this study indicate that the E-Learning learning model influences student learning motivation.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 that occurred in the 21st century has brought about the needs and challenges of life that are different from the previous century. Changes that occur so quickly and are full of disruption due to the development of information technology require mastery of skills relevant to the needs of the 21st century. One of the skills needed is critical thinking skills. An alternative that can be used in developing critical thinking skills is through case-based blended learning. Through case-based blended learning in social science learning, students can improve their critical thinking skills by seeking and finding knowledge through reality and dynamics in real life, social interaction and collaboration. Abstract

Empowering groups of teachers through learning based on local wisdom is an important step in building student awareness about the need to maintain and protect the environment. By involving local wisdom, students will be able to recognize and appreciate the natural and cultural diversity around them. In the context of environmental preservation, teacher groups are empowered which has implications for creating a young generation who cares and is responsible for the future of the environment.

Abstract

Empowering groups of teachers in creating differentiated learning instruments can provide effective and meaningful learning experiences for each student, considering differences in abilities, learning speed, interests, learning styles and communication styles of each student. With differentiated learning, teachers can accommodate the needs of students who differ between individuals, which has implications for creating equal rights for students in the classroom during learning. The urgency of empowering this group of teachers is that each teacher must be able to apply differentiated learning in the classroom so that students can reach their maximum potential and be motivated in the learning process.

Abstract

Memaknai era revolusi industri 4.0 yang merupakan era transformasi digital maka kegiatan pembelajaran dituntut untuk mengurangi penerapan metode ceramah untuk mentransfer pengetahuan (transfer of knowledge) dan meningkatkan proporsi aktivitas mengonstruksi pengetahuan oleh peserta didik menggunakan media pembelajaran yang inovatif, salah satunya menggunakan media gamifikasi untuk pembelajaran. Berdasarkan fakta di lapangan, tidak semua guru memahami pembuatan media pembelajaran edukatif sebagai media gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran agar mempermudah siswa memahami materi pelajaran dan pembelajaran menjadi menarik dan menyenangkan, sehingga kompetensi guru harus terus diupgrade agar dapat melakukan inovasi dalam pembelajaran. Adapun subjek atau peserta dari kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru dari SMP Negeri 2 Jakarta, sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam upaya meningkakan kompetensi guru tersebut adalah melalui kegiatan pelatihan kepada guru dalam mengembangkan media gamifikasi untuk pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan di era digital. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam dalam mengelola pembelajaran melalui pengembangan dan pengintegrasian media edukatif sebagai gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran serta mampu menumbuhkan motivasi dan kesadaran guru-guru dalam mengemas pembelajaran yang relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi digital dan karakteristik siswa. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan kompetensi peserta dalam hal pengetahuan dan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan media game online sebagai gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran. Kelebihan pengbdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan simulasi dan pembimbingan langsung sehingga peserta dapat secara langsung mampraktekkan penggunaan media game online yang dapat dijadikan sebagai media gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Technological developments have penetrated various aspects of life, including education and learning. The development of digital technology can be utilized to facilitate teachers in the learning process and learning assessment. Therefore, teachers need to adapt and improve literacy in utilizing technology for learning purposes in the digital age. Activities that can guide teachers in improving these competencies are needed through community service activities. This community service activity aims to empower teachers in designing and using Educandy as an interactive and effective diagnostic assessment medium to evaluate students' initial understanding. Through this empowerment activity, teachers are introduced to the concept of diagnostic assessment and the technical steps for creating game-based quizzes through the Educandy platform. The method used is providing training and guidance to teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Jakarta. The results of this empowerment activity not only improve teachers' digital literacy but also encourage innovation in learning strategies that are adaptive to students' needs and increase student interest in participating in learning evaluations through a fun approach.

Abstract

The development of digital technology requires teachers to be able to integrate artificial intelligence into learning. Not all teachers understand the creation of AI-based teaching materials, considering that not all teachers understand and comprehend the methods and mechanisms of using artificial intelligence to assist in learning, especially in creating digital teaching materials. Teacher competencies must be continuously upgraded so they can innovate in learning, considering that the management of learning programs will experience changes along with the development of community culture and technology. Mentoring groups of prospective teachers in creating AI-based teaching materials aims to provide mentoring to groups of prospective teachers in designing and developing AI-based teaching materials as an effort to improve professional competence in the digital era. The methods used in this activity include training, technical guidance, and direct practice with a participatory approach. The results of the activity show an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of AI in education, the ability to design AI-based digital teaching materials, and the growth of creativity and innovation in designing learning that is adaptive to the needs of 21st-century learning.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the beginning of Muhammadiyah's entry in Ciledug, Tangerang City, and its development in the lives of the Ciledug community from 1985 to 2012, as well as the challenges faced and Muhammadiyah's contribution to the welfare of the community in Ciledug, Tangerang. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Respondents in this study were Muhammadiyah figures in Ciledug, leaders of Muhammadiyah institutions, and the community. The results of this study reveal that Muhammadiyah entered the Ciledug Tangerang area around 1958. There are challenges and achievements in the development of Muhammadiyah in Ciledug, Tangerang. The challenges faced by Muhammadiyah in Ciledug, Tangerang are community rejection, such as the prohibition of religious studies, sabotage during the construction of mosques, and the prohibition of schools for children of Muhammadiyah members. The achievements that Muhammadiyah has successfully achieved in Ciledug, Tangerang are contributions through charitable efforts in the fields of da'wah, education, social, and health. Thus, it can be concluded that the difficulties faced by Muhammadiyah in spreading its influence in the Ciledug, Tangerang community did not actually make Muhammadiyah back down from spreading its influence in the Ciledug, Tangerang community. Instead, Muhammadiyah continued to strive to improve the welfare of the community in Ciledug, Tangerang, through charitable activities. Therefore, as it developed, Muhammadiyah was well-received by all levels of Ciledug, Tangerang society. Muhammadiyah then developed into a large organization that continues to this day.

Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas di tingkat dasar memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk keterampilan dan mentalitas wirausaha siswa. Dalam era globalisasi dan tuntutan pasar yang semakin kompleks, penting bagi siswa untuk memiliki kreativitas kewirausahaan yang kuat agar dapat menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Namun, pencapaian kreativitas kewirausahaan yang optimal tidak dapat terwujud tanpa pemberdayaan guru sebagai pelaku utama dalam proses pembelajaran. pemberdayaan guru sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan kreativitas kewirausahaan siswa bertujuan untuk mengubah paradigma pembelajaran menjadi lebih relevan dengan dunia nyata, mempersiapkan siswa untuk tantangan masa depan, serta membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan yang penting dalam menciptakan peluang, inovasi, dan keberhasilan dalam dunia wirausaha. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kreativitas kewirausahaan siswa, maka diperlukanlah suatu pemberdayaan bagi guru-guru SD terkait ketrampilan mengajarnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada kepada kelompok guru Sekolah Dasar di Jakarta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan guru mengenai keterampilan mengajar yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas kewirausahaan peserta didik.
