Abstract

This study aims to find out how community participation in the village of Teteaji, how the construction of farm road infrastructure in the village of Teteaji, and how community participation in the construction of farm road infrastructure. The population in this study was 384 farming communities where the sampling used was Simple Random Sampling, with Simple Random Sampling techniques with a total sample of 79 farming communities, this study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques are used through observation, questionnaires, and library studies. Data analysis techniques used are frequency tabulation analysis, and linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 for windows.The results of this study indicate that the average percentage of community participation in Teteaji Village was 61.6% in the good category and the construction of farm road infrastructure in the Teteaji Village was 70.2% in the good category. To find out the magnitude of the effect of community participation on the construction of farm road infrastructure in Teteaji Village, Tellu Limpoe District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, namely by looking at the value of R2 or R square. The results from the Model Summary table, in this section, the value of R = 0.896 and the coefficient of RSquare determination or R2 are 0.955. This shows that the construction of farm road infrastructure is 89.6% due to community participation while the remaining 10.4% is due to other factors not examined.

Abstract

The level of accountability forand building tax payments in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang District, and to find out the factors that influence the level of community awareness in paying land taxes and Buildings in Damai Village, Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 1,486 where the sampling used was Probability Sampling with a random sampling technique using aformula of Yount 5% with a total sample of 74. This study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistics, data quality test, classic assumption test using SPSS 21 and Likert Scale. The results showed that accountability for land and building tax payments in the peaceful village of Watang Sidenreng sub-district was categorized as "Influential/ significant", from the ANOVA test it was able to calculate 13,325 overall, influential/ significant and the probability was far from 0.05. Furthermore partially t arithmetic (3,650)> t table (1993) means that the level of accountability influences / significantly on Land and Building Tax Payments in Damai Village, factors that influence the level of public awareness in paying Land and Building Taxes in Damai Village Watang Sidenreng District Sidenreng Regency Rappang 60.6% included in the category of "good".

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the aplication of the principles of good governance to village officials in public services in the Ciro-ciroe village, Watang Pulu district, Sidenreng Rappang district and to determine the factors that influenca it. The population of this study was 1356 people, while the research sampel used total probability sampling amounting to 92 people. Data collectiontechniques used in this study are to use observation techniques, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The data collected was then analyzed using frequency and percentage tables. The result sof this study indicate that the principles of good governance apparatus in the village of Ciro-ciroe Kacamatan Watang Pulu, Sidenreng Rappang Regency above, then the average percentage is obtained, namely 78,12%. So it can beconcluded that this indicatoris in the very good category. Public servants of the ciro-ciroe village apparatus Watang Pulu district Sidenreng Rappang district above, then the average percentage result it 69,83%. So it can be concluded that this indicator is in the quite good category. As for the factors that most influenca the application of the principles of good governance to village officials in public services in the Ciro-ciroe village Watang Pulu sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district above, the average percentage result is 71,96%. So it can be concluded that this indicator is in the quite good category.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the coordination function on the implementation of government in Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study were 31 sub-district office apparatus and the head of the Watang Sidenreng sub-district environment, the sampling period used was saturated sampling (census) with the technique of determining the sample if all population members were used as a sample of 31 people, this study used a Quantitative Descriptive Method. Data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and library research. The data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Statistics, Data Quality Test, using the Frequency Table and Likert Scale. The results of this study showed that the influence of the Coordination Function Against Government Implementation in Watang Sidenreng District with a value of 61.41% is categorized as "not good". the factors that influenced the Coordination with the accumulated results of 63.31% or categorized as "Less Influential". So that the Coordination Function Against the Implementation of Government in Watang Sidenreng District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with 60% results with the percentage "not good".

Abstract

Kompetensi pegawai arsip memegang peranan penting sebagai pusat penyedia layanan dokumen atau arsip. Dokumen atau arsip digunakan sebagai alat pengawasan yang sangat diperlukan dalam rangka kegiatan perencanaan, penganalisaan, pengembangan, perumusan kebijaksanaan, pengambilan keputusan, pembuatan laporan, pertanggungjawaban, penilaian dan pengendalian setepat-tepatnya. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada masalah pokok, yaitu kualitas pelayanan pegawai arsip yang rendah. Hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh belum dijalankannya aspek-aspek Kompetensi pegawai secara menyeluruh . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas pegawai arsip terhadap kualitas pelayanan di kantor Unit Pelaksana Tugas Dinas Pendidikan 12 Kecamatan Maritengngae, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mempunyai 2 variabel yaitu Kompetensi Petugas Arsip ( X ) dan Kualitas Pelayanan ( Y ). Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 186 guru yang terdiri dari 127 Sekolah dasar dan 59 guru Taman Kanak-kanak . Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 65 guru yang ditentukan berdasarkan purposive teknik sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai kompetensi pegawai arsip berada pada kategori baik yaitu 78%, kualitas pelayanan juga berada pada pada kategori baik sedangkan pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kualitas pelayanan arsip menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualitas pegawai arsip dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kearsipan. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapakn dapat menjadi rujukan sekaligus memberi informasi kepada pegawai di kantor UPTD lain atau di instansi lain kompetensi sangat berpengaruh untuk meningterhadakatkan kualitas pelayanan kearsipan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Inovasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa Melalui Agile Governance di Desa Sipodeceng Kecamatan Baranti Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan pertimbangan tertentu menggunakan teknik nonprobality sampling yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh 9 orang responden sebagai sumber data dalam penelitian ini. Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan teknik analisis data yaitu menggunakan Nvivo 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Konsep Agile Governance dapat dijadikan sebagai Inovasi Badan Usaha Milik Desa Padaidi di Desa Sipodeceng karena dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bumdes membutuhkan konsep tersebut agar dapat berjalan maksimal secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

In recent years, Indonesian people have been fond of shopping online (e-commerce) through marketplaces, one of which is Shopee. Buying interest is a manifestation of consumer attraction to a company's products or services. This study aims to determine the role of digital marketing in consumer buying interest, especially in the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Sidrap. This study uses a quantitative method. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Sidrap are the population of the study which amounted to 245 people, the total sample used was 15% of the total population or 36 respondents. Data collection uses the questionnaire method. The instrument used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software , this research will be carried out at the Faculty of Economics and Business

Abstract

This study examines the service system and marketing strategies of PT Pegadaian Rappang Branch to increase customer interest. The marketing strategy involves planning, pricing, promotion, and distribution. To remain competitive in the global market, modern marketing techniques such as cross-selling and up-selling are essential. PT Pegadaian Rappang Branch offers pawn-based credit and deposit services.The research targeted potential customers, including educational institutions and local communities, through socialization and promotional activities. These activities were carried out through direct interactions at Pegadaian offices and presentations at educational institutions. The findings indicate that a good service system includes clear procedures, professional staff, and adequate facilities. The socialization and promotion process received positive responses from the audience, who appreciated the assistance in understanding PT Pegadaian's products and financial management. The study concludes that fast and secure financial services, combined with effective marketing strategies and a robust service system, can significantly enhance consumer interest and understanding of PT Pegadaian's offerings. Moreover, these strategies help the company achieve its long-term goals of maintaining its market presence and improving societal welfare.

Abstract

Dari proses penjualan Alfa Shop, promosi secara online juga menambah penjualan yang sudah ada meskipun terbilang tidak sesignifikan promosi secara offline. Dan apabila penjualan dijumlah secara keseluruhan tanpa melihat dari metode promosi yang digunakan, Alfa Shop mengalami peningkatan penjualan dari waktu ke waktu. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi digital marketing pada penjualan online melalui instagram di Alfa Shop dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menarik minat pembeli melalui instagram dengan baik untuk penjualan. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriktif. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan Slovin sebanyak 66 orang pengikut Instagram. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah skala likert.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Strategi Marketing Instagram terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan bisnis Teh Poci “Outlet Aiko” sehingga bisa meningkatkan pendapatan serta dapat memperluas pangsa pasanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 75 konsumen, yang diambil dari konsumen Outlet Aiko selama 1 bulan dengan menggunakan rumus yount dan tehnik random sampling. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuisoner, dan dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi sederhana menggunakan aplikasi IMB SPSS 26. Adapun hasil Uji Parsial yaitu hasil thitung (3,032) > ttabel (1,666) dan angka signifikansi 0,003<0,05. Dari Uji Parsial tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Strategi Marketing Instagram berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada bisnis Teh Poci “Outlet Aiko”. Adapun hasil Uji Simultan yaitu hasil fhitung (9.187) > ftabel (3,972). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Strategi Marketing instagram mempunyai pengaruh secara Bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan pada bisnis teh poci “Otlet Aiko”.
