Abstract

Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) is one of the alternative non-rice carbohydrates that is very beneficial for health because of its high starch, fruit, vitamins, and minerals. In West Golewa District, Ngada Regency, the research objective is to overcome stunting by developing purple sweet potatoes as the main ingredient for food diversification. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with a survey starting by determining the location, variables, and data collection. The results showed that the growth of sweet potato as the main component of food diversification to combat stunting has produced purple sweet potato flour products. The results of purple sweet potato flour are processed into various processed products that are given to stunted children, and these processed products are very much liked by stunted children. The use of purple sweet potato raw materials into purple sweet potato flour products is economically profitable and beneficial for health and is very much liked by the community for processed products.

Abstract

Pengembangan usaha kerajinan bambu melibatkan berbagai strategi dan langkah untuk memaksimalkanpotensiproduk bambudanmeningkatkankeberhasilan usaha.utamanya atausuatu usaha yang menghasilkan suatu produk yang digunakan sebagai sarana atau input dalam usaha pertanian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap pengembangan usaha kerajinan bambu di Kecamatan Golewa dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha kerajinan bambu di Kecamatan Golewa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif,Jenis penelitian deskriptif yaitu suatu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan informasi melalui wawancara, mengambil gambar, mengidentifikasi, membuat perbandingan dan menentukan sesuatu untuk menghadapi suatu masalah serta untuk menetapkan rencana atau keputusan pada waktu yang akan datang data diolah menggunakan Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa. Faktor yang mempengaruhi usaha kerajianan bambu di kecamatan Golewaadalah antra lain,faktor internal dan faktor eksternal diamana faktor internal meliputi kekuatan ( strenght) dengan skor tertinggi 0,62 meliputi ketersedian bahan baku yang melimpah dan lokasi usaha yang strategis. Kelemahan (weaknes) dengan skor paling tinggi yaitu 0,31 meliputi keterbatasan tenaga kerja. Sedangkan untuk faktor eksternal meliputi peluang (opportunities) dengan skor tertinggi 0,62 meliputi lokasi usaha merupakan tempat kunjungan wisata, ancaman (threats) dengan skor tertinggi 0,46 meliputi akses jalan menuju bahan baku belum maksimal sehingga strategi yang sesuai adalah strategi intensif dan Strategi integrasi. Strategi intensif memerlukan bermacam usaha yang intens untuk meningkatkan posisi persaingan dengan produk yang sudah ada berupa penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar dan pengembangan produk. Strategi Integrasi menghendaki agar perusahaan melakukan pengawasan yang lebih terhadap distributor,pemasok atau para pesaingnya.Strategi Integrasi meliputi integrasi kedepan,integrasi kebelakang dan integrasi horizontal. klasifikasi dari strategi strategi intensif dan integrasi Pengembangan usaha kerajinan bambu melibatkan berbagai strategi dan langkah untuk memaksimalkanpotensiproduk bambudanmeningkatkankeberhasilan usaha.utamanya atausuatu usaha yang menghasilkan suatu produk yang digunakan sebagai sarana atau input dalam usaha pertanian. Abstract

Currently, the government is encouraging land conservation and land rehabilitation efforts, such as reforestation and reforestation. Intended to maintain soil fertility, restore critical land, and improve water management. To achieve this goal, damaged land can be repaired by preserving bamboo plants as reforestation and rehabilitation plants. By preserving bamboo, damaged land will function properly again in a relatively short time, so that natural resources of forests, land, and water can be utilized properly. The purpose of this community service is to strengthen the soil structure through bamboo planting in Ubedolumolo I Village, Bajawa District, Ngada Regency. The method of implementing this community service activity is a survey and direct planting in the field in several locations in Ubedolumolo I Village which has a land area for cultivating bamboo plants as an effort to preserve through land rehabilitation and soil conservation in the area around the springs and rivers of Ubedolumolo I Village. The results of community service show that planting bamboo can improve and strengthen the soil structure and increase water debit in the spring and river areas. The bamboo lestari foundation plays an active role in bamboo cultivation as an alternative to strengthening the soil structure to be better

Abstract

Nginamanu Village has superior potential in the agricultural sector and the livestock sub-sector which is the main source of income for the community. This potential has not been utilized optimally due to the limited knowledge and skills of the community in the management of their natural resources. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to empower the farming community in Nginamanu Village and improve the quality of human resources to be able to manage and develop local potential in a more productive and sustainable manner. This activity involved students from the Agrotechnology and Agribusiness Study Program, accompanied by lecturers from both study programs as facilitators and resource persons. The methods used in this activity include community empowerment through a participatory approach, the formation of local work teams, community-based training, and ongoing mentoring in the field. The training materials include modern agricultural cultivation techniques, agribusiness management, processing of agricultural products, and institutional capacity building of farmer groups. In addition, training was also provided on the development of environmentally friendly household-scale farms. The results of the activities show a significant increase in community knowledge and skills, which is reflected in increasing agricultural productivity, the use of appropriate technology, and growing awareness of the importance of efficient farm management. The community is able to apply the training materials through direct practice on their respective farms. On the other hand, this activity is a medium for the implementation of knowledge and field experience for students, strengthening their active involvement in village development. This PKM activity proves that synergy between universities and village communities can be a driving force in improving welfare based on local potential.

Abstract

Borong 1 Public Vocational High School is one of the schools supported by Michael D. Ruslim from the Astra Education Foundation in East Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This school was prepared to become a leading school in East Manggarai with assistance from the Flores Bajawa Agricultural College. The aim of the workshop and product identification assistance in the agribusiness department of food crops and horticulture is to prepare teachers to educate students with factory-based learning. The results of this identification will be internalized and then used to develop a harmonized curriculum that will be used as learning material at SMKN 1 Borong with the name BMW Curriculum (work, continuing studies, and entrepreneurship). The method used in this community service includes workshops and mentoring for target teachers. From the results of this community service, it can be concluded that this coaching was quite successful, as the workshop participants were very enthusiastic about the training activities. This can be seen from the percentage of target teacher attendance, which reached 100%, along with the presence of supervisory coordinators who supported this program. Apart from that, the results of the assistance show that the superior products that are characterized by the characteristics produced are tomatoes, cassava tubers, quality pineapples, superior coffee beans, and quality cocoa beans. Abstract

Research on Supply Flow Performance Management in the Bajawa People's Coffee Production System was carried out in Ngada Regency, with the aim of finding out the relationship between cooperation and the performance of the Bajawa coffee supply flow, knowing the relationship between information sharing and the supply flow performance of Bajawa coffee and knowing the long-term relationship with Bajawa coffee supply flow performance. Many factors can influence the performance of supply flow management in companies, including information sharing, long term relationships, and cooperation. The method used in this research is to analyze the relationship between the dependent variable (cooperation, information sharing and long-term relationships) and the independent variable (Bajawa coffee supply flow performance). From the results of the multiple linear regression analysis carried out, it shows that: the long-term relationship variable has the greatest influence on the Bajawa coffee SCM performance variable (dependent) with a coefficient value of (0.047), then the cooperation variable with a value of ( 0.019 ), and which has a The smallest influence is the information sharing variable (0.018). This means that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.
