Abstract

Pada masa kini pariwisata merupakan sektor unggulan yang membantu peningkatan ekonomi Indonesia. Desa wisata adalah salah satu dari program pemerintah dalam rangka mengembangkan pariwisata Indonesia menjadi unggul. Saat ini Bali sudah memiliki sekitar 238 desa wisata, salah satu desa wisata yang sudah dikenal oleh masayarakat luas akan daya tarik wisata selancarnya adalah Desa Medewi. Kegiatan wisata selancar ini tidak hanya dikenal dikalangan masyarakat local namun telah diakui oleh masyarakat internasional, hal ini dibuktikan dengan seringnya terselenggara kegiatan kejuaran selancar untuk tingkat internasional. Akan tetapi, masyarakat belum optimal di dalam pengembangkan potensi-potensi lainnya yang dimiliki oleh Desa Medewi yang dapat dikemas menjadi suatu paket wisata alternatif yang dapat ditawarkan kepada wisatawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengkaji potensi wisata sekaligus mengembangkan paket wisata yang dapat menjadi aktivitas baru dalam kegiatan berwisata oleh wisatawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dikumpulkan dari data mengenai informasi seperti potensi daya tarik wisata dan persebarannya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain: deskriptif kualitatif yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan potensi Desa Wisata Medewi sebagai bahan untuk pembuatan paket wisata alternatif. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan potensi desa Medewi yang ada, dapat dikemas menjadi tujuh paket wisata baru antara lain (1) Medewi Sunrise Half Day Tour, (2) Education Half Day Tour, (3) Medewi Full Day Tour Activity, (4) Medewi Sunset Tour, (5) Medewi Wellness Activity, (6) Medewi 2D1N, dan (7) 3D2N Medewi.

Abstract

Kenderan Village is a village located in Tegalalang District, Gianyar Regency. This village has several potentials that are an attraction for tourists to visit, such as Manuaba Waterfall and Griya Sakti Manuaba Temple at Tangkas Banjar, Telaga Waja Temple at Kepitu Banjar, Sarcophagus at Batulusu Subak Uma Lawas Kaja Temple, and many more. The purpose of this activity is to conduct pieces of training related to the fields of F&B Service, F&B Product, Housekeeping, and front office, with the main target being the local community involving village heads, tourism village managers, and the head of the Kenderan Village Pokdarwis. This activity is carried out through training and mentoring with workshop methods, guided practices, and comparative studies. The conclusion of these training activities was positive responses from the participants, the Head of Kenderan Village, and the Chair of the Pokdarwis of Kenderan Village and they also wanted this activity to be carried out continuously. In addition, there was an increase in the participants' understanding of their skills, this was seen from the number of those who passed competency certification as much as 81.8% in the areas of Food Service, Food Product, Housekeeping, and Front Office.

Abstract

The present study discusses a SWOT analysis of online reservation applied in HSovereign Hotel, Tuban, Bali. The hotel expects to obtain the easier and faster services in room reservation in hotel sectors by using internet media through online process (e-commerce). However, there are several challenges occur in practice as seen in HSovereign Hotel. As a result, the quality of thereservationservices is considered bad, not professional, and ultimately gives impact upon consumers’ satisfaction. Therefore, the problem that will be observed in the present study is how the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of e-commerce usage in HSovereign Hotel can be identified. A descriptive-qualitative research is the type of the present study. The data of the present studywere obtained from observation, interview, and documentation in order to find out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of online reservation in H Sovereign Hotel. Furthermore, the theories used in the present study are: hotel, reservation, room online reservation, definition of e-commerce, and room occupancy rate. The data were presented in both analytical descriptive and narrative, and also supported by presenting tables, maps, and figures.  Based on the result of analysis, the advantages of e-commerce usage in online reservation services which attracted more residents to come is the effectiveness of online reservation system in H Sovereign Hotel. On contrary, the disadvantages of online reservation relies on its dependency oninternet connection and server system in H Sovereign Hotel. The opportunity can be identified from using online reservation is it could be a media promotion which enables consumers to reserve in the last minute, and the threats found are cancellations ensue and fake bookings that extremely threaten information system of room reservation in H Sovereign Hotel.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini untuk membantu kelompok truna truni pedagang di pasar Sidakarya Denpasar dalam mengatasi 1) Keluahan tamu berkaitan dengan faktor fisik yaitu ruangan yang kurang mendapat pertukaran udara yang lancar, suhu panas atau lembab, pencahayaan yang buruk, dan lantai tidak mudah dibersihkan bahkan licin, 2) Keluahan tamu berkaitan dengan SDM/ anggota kelompok belum memiliki pengetahuan standar dalam penyediaan makanan dan minuman, 3) Belum adanya standar keamanan, kebersihan dan keselamatan dalam bekerja pada kelompok pedagang di pasar Kereneng, 4) Kualitas pelayanan tamu masih rendah. Berkaitan dengan masalah tersebut kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan persoalan tersebut dengan memberikan bantuan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada peserta pelatihan standar penyajian makan dan minum serta mendesain tempat pedagang yang ramah lingkungan dan estetika. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode survey, metode partisipatory rural apprasial (PRA), pemberian Pelatihan, Pendampingan, dan Monitoring. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kelompok truna truni pedagang di Pasar Sidakarya.   This service aims to help the teruna teruni group of traders at the Sidakarya market in Denpasar in overcoming 1) Guest complaints related to physical factors, namely rooms that do not have a smooth air exchange, hot or humid temperatures, poor lighting, and floors that are not easy to clean or even slippery, 2) Guest complaints relate to human resources/group members not having standard knowledge in providing food and drinks, 3) There are no security, cleanliness and safety standards in working in the group of traders at Sidakarya market, 4) The quality of guest service is still low. In connection with this problem, this community service activity provides a solution to resolve this problem by providing knowledge and skills assistance to training participants in serving food and drink as well as designing environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing merchant premises. The methods used are surveys, participatory rural appraisal (PRA), as well as providing training, mentoring, and monitoring. The aim is to improve the quality of service for the first-line group of traders at the Sidakarya Market.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini untuk membantu kelompok pengerajin perak skala mikro di Desa Celuk, Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar Bali dalam mengatasi 1) Kurangnya pengetahuan mitra mengenai kemampuan inovasi; 2) Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai pemasaran secara online. Berdasarkan masalah yang diidentifikasi maka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi agar dapat memperkecil persoalan yang dihadapi dengan memberikan bantuan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada peserta dalam hal peningkatan kemampuan inovasi dan pemasaran menggunakan media sosial. Metode survey digunakan pada PKM ini, yaitu partisipatory rural apprasial (PRA), Pelatihan, Pendampingan, dan Monitoring. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan mutu produk dari segi tampilan dan kegunaan, serta meningkatkan penjualan secara online melalui media sosial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the role of tourists' trust in adventure tourism destination, and brand love for Bali in influencing tourists' attitudes in deciding to make a return visit. This study uses a quantitative design based on positivism. The population is tourists who have carried out alternative tourism activities in an unlimited number. A sample of 120 was selected purposively, collected using a questionnaire. Descriptive analysis using SPSS, and inferential analysis using SEM with Smart PLS software. Based on the analysis, it was found that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence on attitudes, trust, and brand love on the intention to visit again, 2) a positive and significant influence was also obtained on attitudes towards trust; 3) Attitude also had a positive and significant effect on brand love; 4) Trust and brand love were able to significantly mediate the influence of attitude on the intention to revisit. This study only focused on Indonesian tourists so the results could not generalize the overall tourists. Theoretically, this contributes to the enrichment of marketing management, especially the Theory of Planned Behavior. The practical implications for alternative tourism managers are how to make activities very memorable, fun, able to increase tourist confidence, and the role of the Bali brand love is an attraction to increase the intention to visit again
