Abstract

This research aims to describe the influence of social capital on the level of performance of Puri District Office employees. Social capitalin this case, it is capital that occurs both in individuals, groups and organizations in building social interactionsIn it, a sense of trust is built to carry out mutually beneficial cooperation to develop individuals, groups and othersorganization. The theory used in this research is Robert D Putnam's theory regarding social capital which has elements of social networks, trustand the norms contained therein. And this research method is quantitative research using a case study approach with typesassociative research. This research uses Pearson product moment correlation analysis techniques with validity, reliability and normality tests. Abstract

Narcotics and dangerous drugs (narcotics) in Indonesia in recent years have become a problemserious and reached an alarming condition and became a national problem. There is a need for socialization and rehabilitationcarried out by the government to eradicate drug users or dangerous drugs. To eradicate drug users,The government needs to make policies that will become the basis for the government to eradicate drug users. Through the Narcotics AgencyNationally (BNN), the government can reduce the number of drug users by achieving the eradication of all drug users inIndonesia. Mojokerto City BNN policy implementation as measured using Merilee S. Grindle's theory is related to sizesuccessful implementation of Mojokerto Mayor Regulation Number 12 of 2008 concerning the Mojokerto City Narcotics Agency which was followed byMojokerto City Government. Regional Regulation Number 25 of 2019 which then becomes a guideline for the creation of policy programsprevention of eradication of drug abuse and illicit trafficking (P4GN) and carried out by the City National Narcotics Agency (BNN)Mojokerto. Abstract

In providing services to the public, the government is expected to be able to carry out/carry out its duties and authority effectivelywell and not abuse his position and is expected to be able to uphold the values and norms that exist in society, whichusually called Morals. Apparatus/employee discipline is a benchmark in realizing good bureaucracy (Good Gavernance), because the main functionapparatus/employees are to serve the public and also prioritize the public interest rather than their own interests. As isThe morals and code of ethics of Civil Servants can make officers/employees more efficient and responsible for the tasks and authority they are given.to him, the government administration process will also be able to run smoothly if the behavior of the apparatus follows moral values.Based on research results obtained through several informants, government morals can be seen in the implementation of the codeCivil Servant (PNS) ethics with program efforts that can create good conditions. The results of the research prove that qualityand the quantity of human resources possessed by apparatus/employees is still low and is also hampered by several other factors. As isIt is hoped that the programs being implemented will provide an increase in the quality of human resources in the future so that services are betterprovided will run well and the public will feel satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

To increase regional incomeThe regional government of Mojokerto City has innovated to reduce the prevention of corruption by providing an E-Retribution application with the name RejoAngurimpi. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the implementation of the Rejo Angurimpi policy on controlling market traders inMojokerto City. In principle, the implementation of a policy is a means for a policy to achieve its objectives. The methodused by researchers is a quantitative method using data analysis using the Shapiro Wilk normal test, validity and reliability and regression t test.The policy implementation regression coefficient (X) gets t count 5.193 > t table 2.035 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 it can be concluded thatthe policy implementation variable (X) normally influences the trader control variable (Y). With a population of 269 traders,then using the Yamanane formula with a sampling error of 5%, the researcher obtained a sample of 35 respondents

Abstract

Government human resources (HR) have enormous potential for economic growth and prosperity. The competitiveness and capacity of a village can be increased with the help of highly educated and superior quality personnel. The role of local government in planning and managing development programs to optimize village potential is very important. To optimize development, collaboration and coordination of government human resources is required. The purpose of monitoring and evaluating development programs is to ensure alignment with established goals. Human resource management which focuses on planning and utilizing human resources is very important for achieving the organization's vision and mission. Sarirejo Village, Mojosari District has quite large potential for developing human resources (HR). This recognition cannot be separated from the productive efforts of Sarirejo residents in improving educational achievement. Sarirejo Subdistrict has the potential for MSME growth. Sarirejo Subdistrict has held various skills development training activities for the community, including socialization on making halal certificates to develop existing MSMEs so that they can transition into the medium business category. In the digital era, human resource development also requires collaboration between management, employees and digital platform service providers. Collaboration is critical to the successful implementation of digital HR administration.

Abstract

Village development is a process that involves various parties to improve the quality of life of the community through the development of physical, social, economic, and environmental infrastructure. Synergy is needed to achieve common goals, with collaboration producing greater effects. Although it offers benefits, there are challenges that must be faced, but in Cinandang Village, Dawarblandong District, the implementation of synergy between the village government and the community is very significant. In village development, it is important to involve all elements of society, including women's groups, youth, and the elderly. The qualitative descriptive approach is a research method often used in the social sciences and humanities, focusing on understanding social phenomena through the collection of data that is not quantitatively measurable. This method aims to describe and understand certain phenomena through the subjective views of participants using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. For example, in a partnership, one party may focus more on short-term profits, while the other is more concerned with long-term sustainability. Abstract

This study aims to describe how to optimize the role of the village consultative body in supervising village funds in Sumuragung Village, Sumberrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The Village Consultative Body is an institution that carries out government functions whose members are representatives of the village population based on regional representation and are determined democratically. The implementation of village fund supervision by the BPD has the aim of making the village clean without any fraudulent practices of corruption, collusion, and nepotism. The theory used in this study is to use the eight principles of Good Governance by UNDP (United National Development Programs). In this study, the method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, the author can conclude that the BPD in Sumuragung Village has carried out its role quite optimally in accordance with the mandate of the Law and Regional Regulations of Bojonegoro Regency, although of the eight indicators of the principles of Good Governance by UNDP, the Sumuragung BPD can only carry out seven indicators for that it is necessary to conduct another evaluation by the Sumuragung Village BPD

Abstract

In the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, many aspects have changed, especially the government aspect. The government is required to issue the latest policies regarding the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic itself. In the village ministry, the village ministry issued the latest policy, namely Permendes No. 6 of 2024 which was not followed up by the village government, in this case the Baureno village government issued several policies. The benefits of this study itself are as information material to find out and analyze the Implementation of Permendes No. 6 of 2024 in the Priority Use of Village Funds in 2024 in Baureno Village, Jatirejo District, Mojokerto Regency. If we relate it to the theory of policy implementation from Merilee S Grindle, there are six aspects that need to be seen, of the six aspects conveyed, this policy implementation theory is very related.Based on the research results that have been obtained through several informants, the implementation of Permendes No. 6 of 2024 in the priority use of village funds in 2024 in Baureno Village with program efforts that can create good conditions. The results of the study prove that the Baureno village community is satisfied with the efforts of the Baureno village government in issuing policies related to Permendes No. 6 of 2024.

Abstract

PKK is a community movement that has been active as a government partner in the implementation of various programscommunity development. The PKK has a main role, namely the driving force that empowers the potential of women to play an active role indevelopment and as an institution with the main mission of realizing a prosperous, advanced and independent family with more and more work achievements,has received recognition of its existence in the midst of society.
