Abstract

 ABSTRAK "Fasilitas Edukasi Kuliner Pola Hidup Sehat di Surabaya" merupakan suatu fasilitas yang mewadahi pelaksanaan pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan masak-memasak di Surabaya. Ide dari fasilitas ini dilatarbelakangi tingginya minat masyarakat dalam bidang kuliner, baik untuk bisnis maupun wisata kuliner, yang tidak diimbangi dengan fasilitas edukasi kuliner yang cukup. Peminat bisnis kuliner memerlukan keahlian memasak yang baik untuk tahan bersaing, di samping itu penikmat kuliner juga memerlukan pemahaman tentang pola hidup sehat dari makanan yang dikonsumsinya. Oleh karena itu, diusulkan perancangan fasilitas ini diharapkan dapat menjawab fenomena kuliner tersebut.Konsep dari fasilitas ini adalah dapur yang terbuka, berbeda dengan dapur pada umumnya yang dibuat tertutup dan tersembunyi. Dapur menjadi elemen yang terpenting, sebab dapur mewadahi proses pengolahan makanan dari bahan baku mentah menjadi hidangan sehat yang aman dikonsumsi tubuh. Kesehatan makanan bergantung pada kebersihan dapur juga. Dapur yang diekspos ini bertujuan agar pengunjung dapat melihat dan belajar serta berinteraksi dalam proses edukasi kuliner.Kata Kunci:Edukasi, Kuliner, Dapur, Sehat

Abstract

Abstract

So far, proof of a child's identity is only limited to a birth certificate, then through the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 2 of 2016the government issued a policy on KIA (Child Identity Card). Where through the KIA (Child Identity Card) the government hopes that there will beincreasing data collection, protection and public services to realize the best rights for children. Not only for data collection purposes, KIA (CardChild Identity) together with the birth certificate are expected to provide legal certainty and guarantee for the recognition of rights along with:his protection. With the formulation of the problem how to implement Permendagri No. 2 of 2016 concerning KIA (Child Identity Card) in the ServicePopulation and Civil Registration of Mojokerto Regency. This study aims to determine the implementation of Permendagri No. 2 of 2016About KIA (Child Identity Card) at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Mojokerto Regency.The theory used is the theory of Policy Implementation from Edward III which consists of 4 indicators, namely: Bureaucratic Structure, Resources,Disposition and Communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method that describes the phenomenonactually from events in the field. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documents related to research.The results of the study indicate that the community is the object of implementing the policies contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 2The year 2016 regarding Identity Cards is of course urged to realize that current population administration documents are very important andsupport its implementation. of this policy. The government – ??in this case the Department of Population and Civil Registry – has not made enough effortsto raise public awareness effectively.

Abstract

Pada era modern ini masyarakat telah menggap jalinan asmara yang terjadi pada kalangan remaja sebagai hal yang wajar. Namun kondisi tersebut menimbulkan dampak yang berujung pada pergaulan bebas salah satunya seks bebas bahkan sampai mengakibatkan banyaknya remaja yang hamil di luar nikah. Kemajuan teknologi yang mendukung keterbukaan informasi dan kebebasan akses internet juga tak jarang disalahgunakan sehingga dampak buruk sulit untuk dihindari. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMP Islam Cimande saat ini banyak siswa/siswinya yang sudah saling menyukasi dengan lawan jenis hingga menjalin asmara. Bahkan beberapa siswa memutuskan untuk putus sekolah disebabkan karena ingin menikah. Atas kondisi tersebut perlu adanya penanaman kesadaran serta pemahaman kepada siswa terkait kontrol diri dan bahaya yang ditimbulkan akibat seks bebas pada diri setiap siswa. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan persiapan, observasi, sosialisasi, pre test dan post test. Hasil dari pre test dan post test menunjukan adanya perubahan tingkat pengetahuan tentang bahaya seks bebas di kalangan remaja, dengan peningkatan dimana pengetahuan tentang seks bebas meningkat dari awalnya sebesar 50% menjadi 85%,  resiko dari seks bebas yang awalnya 45% menjadi 95%, pentingnya pengetahuan tentang seks bebas 50% menjadi 60%, pengetahuan terkait dampak seks bebas 45% menjadi 100%, pengetahuan terkait PMS ( penyakit seksual menular 35% menjadi 80%, pengetahuan tentang tindakan untuk melindungi diri dari resiko seks bebas 45% menjadi 85%, serta pengetahuan terkait konsekuesnsi dari seks bebas yang awalnya 20% menjadi 55%.

Abstract

Salah satu komponen yang mempengaruhi kondusifitas dan kelancaran di tempat kerja adalah gaya komunikasi yang digunakan oleh supervisor. Gaya komunikasi yang digunakan oleh setiap supervisor dapat berpengaruh secara berbeda terhadap komunikasi yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui gaya komunikasi yang diterapkan supervisor di divisi produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari referensi ilmiah yaitu buku, jurnal artikel dan media website. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu karyawan dari Unit Percetakan Al-Quran dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling yaitu karyawan yang bekerja di divisi produksi dan di bawahi oleh koordinator dan sujpervisor yang ada di divisi produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa indikator "the relinguishing style" mendapatkan nilai tertinggi dengan kategori Baik. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa gaya komunikasi yang memungkinkan karyawan untuk berinisiatif dan bekerja secara mandiri dianggap lebih disukai dan lebih produktif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa para karyawan merasa nyaman dan percaya diri ketika supervisor menggunakan gaya komunikasi the relinguishing style yang menunjukkan bahwa ada banyak kepercayaan dan kerja sama di lingkungan komunikasi mereka.

Abstract

Procrastination is the act of delaying starting or completing a task and tends to become a habit, occurring due to a lack of reinforcement, thereby inhibiting performance which can lead to less than optimal performance effectiveness. From the results of the hypothesis test, which states that the value of tcount < ttable, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, with a value of tcount (0.650) > ttable (1.660), using an error level of 5%, with a significance level of 0.88 > 0.05. From these data it can be stated that carrying out procrastination does not reduce the effectiveness of the Pacet District Village Government's performance in administrative services.

Abstract

Community participation really determines the success of planning or programs around the communityThe program also cannot be separated from community participation so that it can run well, community participation will be very much neededplanning or program, so that an activity can be carried out well and of course runs smoothly. This research aims tofind out the extent of community participation in development at the planning, implementation and monitoring stages of (physical) infrastructure inWatesprojo Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto Regency. The theory used is Yadav's Participation Theory which contains 1.) participationin Decision Making, 2.) Participation in Implementation of Activities, 3.) Participation in Monitoring and Evaluation, 4.) Participation inUtilization of Results. This research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner by collecting primary and secondary data. Selection of research informantsThis was done using purposive sampling, namely 6 people. The results of this research are 1.) The level of community participation seen from decision makingclassified as Low, because the community is only included in the Community Aspiration planning stage which is part of the Hamlet deliberation.Furthermore, at the Village Deliberation, the community is not involved, only the proposals come from the community. 2.) Level of community participationJudging from the implementation of development activities, it is considered good, because the community also took part in implementing the development welldonated in the form of skilled craftsmen or in the form of property (food consumption). 3.) The level of community participation can be seen from monitoringinfrastructure development is classified as Medium, because the community only criticizes verbally, not in writing to the Village LPM in the VillageWatersprojo.
