Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews with the class X history teacher at SMA N 1 Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan. The author concludes that teachers have not maximized the use of technology in learning that tend to use blackboard media, besides that many teaching aids from history learning are damaged. What makes students only rely on verbal learning from the teacher, so students feel bored quickly when learning takes place and have difficulty understanding the material taught by the teacher. Therefore, the authors design learning media based on Augmented Reality so that it can be an alternative learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce an Augmented Reality-based supporting media design that is valid, practical and effective. Research on the design of Augmented Reality-based historical learning media at SMA N 1 Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept. , design (design), material collection (material collection), assembly (manufacture), testing (testing) and distribution (distribution). The product test used in this study is the validity test using the Aiken's V statistical formula, the practicality test using the kappa moment, and the effectiveness test using the Richard R. Hake statistical formula (G-Score). The resulting product is a history learning application created using Unity 3D 2019.1.9f1(64-bit). The results of the product test that the author did get a validity test from 3 validators getting a value of 0.94 with a valid category, the practicality test from 3 history teachers getting a value of 0.95 with a very high category, and the effective test of 10 students getting a score of 0 ,84 with effective category. Abstract

This research is motivated by student learning outcomes that are still low, and students lack the courage to express their opinions, namely to find out whether students' learning outcomes of computer and network engineering by applying think pair share type cooperative learning model are better than students' computer and network engineering learning outcomes without apply a cooperative learning model of think pair share type for class X students of SMK IT Agus Susanto. This research is an experimental research. The population of this study were students of class X TKJ SMK IT Agus Susano in the 2021/2022 academic year. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Selected class X TKJ 1 as the Experiment class and class TKJ 2 as the Control class. The instrument used is a final test in the form of an essay to test the hypothesis using a t-test before being tested for normality and tested for homogeneity with test reliability r_11 = 0.860. The final test analysis showed that both samples were normally distributed and homogeneous. The statistical test used for hypothesis testing is the one-party t-test. The results of hypothesis testing obtained t_count = 0.988 Greater than t_table = 1.676, because t_count> t_table, the research hypothesis is accepted with a 95% confidence interval. Thus, it is accepted that students' learning outcomes of computer and network engineering applying think pair share type cooperative learning model are better than students' computer and network engineering learning outcomes applying think pair share cooperative learning model class X TKJ SMK IT Agus Susanto, West Pasaman Regency. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest and motivation to learn more about learning materials. Moreover, the lack of adequate sources of teaching materials makes it difficult for students to understand the material presented by the teacher. The low interest in students' learning in learning seen from the ability of students to understand the material presented has not been fully understood, this could be due to the lack of variety of learning media used by teachers, resulting in a lack of student interest when studying. This study aims to determine the effect of using handouts on student interest in ICT guidance subjects at SMPN 1 2x11 Enam Lingkung. The research method used is quantitative with the type of ex post facto research. The total population taken is 237 students. The sampling technique used in this study is proportionate stratified random sampling for the percentage used is 25% with the number of respondents as many as 64 students with 35 males and 29 females. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a significant effect between the use of handouts (X) on student learning interest (Y) based on the results of hypothesis testing with calculations using the product moment correlation formula, the rcount value is 0.680 while the rtable value is 0.244 with a significance level of 0.05. of 0.462 and the effect is 46.2%. Because rcount is greater than rtable, this means that (Ha) is accepted and the hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. This means that there is a fairly positive relationship between the use of handouts and students' interest in learning. Keywords: Handouts, Teaching Materials, Student Interests, ICT Guidance

Abstract

The main problem in this paper is the unsatisfactory student learning outcomes caused by several factors, namely factors from within the students themselves, namely student interest, attention, talent and student IQ and factors from outside the student's self, namely environmental factors. This is evidenced by the lack of students' understanding of historical material about Islam in the modern era (1800-present). In addition, learning activities often only store event names, chronologies, years, and character names. Therefore it is hoped that the use of audio-visual learning media can arouse students' interest and not be boring. The purpose of this research is to find out how the learning outcomes are using audio-visual media in learning Islamic Religious Education Class XI SMKN 2 Bukittinggi. With the research hypothesis, Ha: learning outcomes with audiovisual media are better than learning outcomes without audiovisual media and Ho learning outcomes with audiovisual media are worse than learning outcomes without audiovisual media. Experimental design with group pre-test post-test design. Population and sample class XI. One class was selected as a random sample, namely class XI Boga 3 as the research object. Data collection techniques with testing. The sampling technique used is the sampling technique. Data analysis using statistical analysis. Class XI students of SMKN 2 Bukittinggi perform better when using audiovisual media, according to the author's research on the effect of audiovisual media on student learning outcomes on the topic of PAI. We can see this from the results of the analysis of the t-test (Paired Sample t-Test) with the final data obtained, namely t count = 8.926 > t table = 2.120 with a significant level α = 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho was rejected

Abstract

The background of this research is on the subject of Islamic Religious Education that teachers still rarely use the discovery learning learning model in learning so that students are not effective in participating in the learning process and when students are given assignments by the teacher, almost all students in class VII cannot do the assignments given, so symptoms or phenomena are found, especially in subjects Islamic Religious Education, namely the learning outcomes of class VII students are still relatively low and have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, namely 75. The purpose of this research is to find out whether student learning outcomes have increased by applying the discovery learning model to the eyes Islamic religious education lessons. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, Jujuhan Ilir District, Bungo Regency, Jambi, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 15 male students and 5 female students. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, where the data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of percentages. The results of this study are that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material Al-Khulafaur Ar Rasyidun The Successor of the Struggle of the Prophet Muhammad. Before the action, it was known that 8 students had completed with 40% classical completeness, in cycle I, 12 students had completed with 60% classical completeness, in cycle II, 18 students had completed with 90% classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the discovery learning model it can improve student PAI results at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN.

Abstract

Semua pihak berharap akan adanya pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Guru memiliki peran penting dan wajib produktif dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, di mana peneliti sebagai instrumen utama dalam mengumpulkan informasi melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah di MTsS Tigo Nagari telah melaksanakan program untuk meningkatkan produktivitas guru, termasuk pelatihan dari lembaga pemerintah, MGMP, motivasi guru, supervisi, kepemimpinan demokratis, penegakan disiplin, dan pemberian penghargaan. Produktivitas guru di MTsS Tigo Nagari meningkat meskipun masih ada kekurangan, seperti kekurangan 22,8% guru yang memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan yang memadai dan dominasi metode ceramah dalam pendidikan. Meskipun demikian, guru telah melakukan penilaian dengan baik. Aspek pendukung meliputi pemahaman yang baik dari guru dalam meningkatkan keahlian melalui partisipasi dalam MGMP dan pelatihan, serta ketaatan terhadap ketentuan kepala sekolah. Beberapa hambatan yang dialami termasuk keterbatasan dana, kurangnya sarana pembelajaran yang memadai, kesejahteraan guru yang kurang memadai, dan masalah manajerial kepala sekolah dalam program peningkatan produktivitas guru, terutama dalam pengawasan dan penilaian yang belum optimal, serta minimnya perhatian dari pimpinan madrasah terhadap kelancaran proses pendidikan.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya tenaga pendidik di lembaga pendidikan adalah hal penting dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu institusi tersebut. Sistem rekrutmen yang jelas adalah utama dalam penerimaan tenaga pendidik yang akan mendukung pengembangan kompetensi pendidik untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan mendukung pengembangan profesionalisme. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis manajemen sumber daya tenaga pendidik di SMKS Pembangunan Bukittinggi dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, Instrumen penmgumpulan dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentaasi. Dan sumber data diperoleh dari informan yakni, Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Tata Usaha, dan Guru di SMKS Pembangunan Bukittinggi. Kemudian penelitian Ini menggunakan Triangulasi Sumber dalam teknik keabsahan data. Untuk teknik analisis data dengan melakukan reduksi data dan menyajikan informasi untuk mencapai kesimpulan seperti yang ditegaskam oleh Miles dan Huberman. Adapun hasil penelitiannya 1) dalam sistem rekrutmen menggunakan tahapan: pembahasan kebutuhan sumber daya tenaga pendidik, proses seleksi melalui tahapan ujian tulis, wawancara dan simulasi microteaching, 2) Memberikan kompensasi sesuai aturan di SMKS Pembangunan Bukittinggi, 3) Melaksanakan promosi dan penyesuaian karir/jabatan tenaga pendidik, 4) Pengembangan keprofesian tenaga pendidik dilakukan dengan program yang direncanakan oleh sekolah dan melalui pembinaan dan pelatihan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

Sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, kebutuhan masyarakat dan orangtua akan Tahfizh Al-Qur’an menjadi hal yang sangat perlu untuk diperhatikan bagi masa depan anak-anak mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Tahfizh Al-Qur’an berbasis Brain Based Teaching yang mana dengan harapan akan menjadikan peserta didik memiliki hafalan yang kuat sekaligus sesuai dgn tajwidnya dengan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan menyenangkan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dan penelitian ini yaitu research and development (R&D). Dan hasil penilitian ini yaitu setelah melakukan telaah pakar terhadap Tahfizh Al-Qur'an berbasis Brain Based Teaching dan pada akhirnya mendapatkan hasil validasi dari para pakar, maka setelah itu diimplementasikan kepada kelas perlakuan dan kelas kontrol. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil uji t maka hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa lebih baik hasil belajar peserta didik dikelas perlakuan setelah diterapkan Tahfizh Al-Qur'an berbasis Brain Based Teaching, dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang mana tidak diterapkan Tahfizh Al-Qur'an berbasis Brain Based Teaching ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions of tutors regarding the quality of student teacher competency in field experience practice (PPL). The research was limited to PPL students in the study program of Islamic religious education, Arabic language education, English education and mathematics education in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale with 70 samples. The results of the study showed that the pedagogical competence of PPL students was in the category of sufficient perception, professional competence was in the good category, personality competence was in the very good category, and social competence was in the good category. The competency of PPL students with very good perceptual quality of tutors is personality competence, while the social and professional competencies of PPL students with good perceptual quality, but for PPL student pedagogical competence it is very important to improve because only perceptual quality is sufficient. These results become input for the person in charge, implementer and manager of PPL at the university.
