Abstract

Transformasi sastra merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperkaya bentuk sastra agar terus berkembang tanpa meninggalkan esensi bentuk awal. Selain itu, kegiatan sastra dapat dijadikan rujukan bahan ajar bagi siswa dan tenaga pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran untuk menumbuhkan kreativitas sastra di sekolah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses transformasi sastra dari biografi Seabad Ismail Marzuki: Senandung Melintas Zaman karya Ninok Leksono menjadi drama musikal Payung Fantasi karya Garin Nugroho dan penggunaannya sebagai bahan ajar drama di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan observasi terhadap sumber data yang diteliti, yaitu buku biografi dan drama musikal terkait. Selain itu, penulis melakukan uji validasi terhadap bahan ajar yang telah disusun berdasarkan hasil penelitian. Kedua, ada indikator yang jelas sebagai penanda suatu bentuk transformasi sastra. Ketiga, musik yang digunakan dalam musikal memiliki harmoni dengan 21 tema dalam buku biografi. Keempat, berdasarkan hasil validasi 2 validator Modul Ajar dan LKPD yang telah disusun maka Modul Ajar dan LKPD dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar alternatif di kelas XI kurikulum SMA merdeka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku biografi SIMSMZ dan drama musikal PF dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar alternatif di SMA, tepatnya di kelas XI. Abstract

Artikel ini berfokus pada penguatan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi dosen sehingga bisa mengimplementasikan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Setelah mengikuti workshop, peserta workshop mampu mengimplementasikan literasi dan numerasi pada kegiatan perkualiahannya. Tujuannya yaitu peserta workshop mampu memahami literasi dan numerasi dan mampu mengimplementasikan literasi dan numerasi pada mata kuliah yang diampunya. Worshop ini dirancang dengan pola berbagi dan menginspirasi. Dengan harapan, segala bentuk hal positif yang didapatkan bisa diimplementasikan dalam ruang belajar dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasilnya, peserta membuat materi perkuliahan yang mengacu pada konsep literasi dan numerasi.

Abstract

Abstract This research was motivated by 2 (two) things, namely the decline in character education (exemplary) of PBSI FKIP Pasundan University students and students' difficulties in writing essays. So, the aim of this research is to re-build the foundation for character education for PBSI FKIP students at Pasundan University in the fifth semester through the example of K. H. Ahmad Dahlan in learning to write essays. The research method used is an experimental method in the form of a quasi experimental design (quasi experiment). The research design used was the matched-only pretest-posttest control group. The results of this study showed that the average score of the experimental class before using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning method, the pre-test score was 64, the quality score was B-, between 2.41 to 2.41. 2.70, and good category. After using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning method, we got a score of 86, a quality score of A-, between 3.41 to 3.41. 3.70, and very good category. Meanwhile for the control class, before using the conventional method, the pre-test score was 61, the quality score was B-, between 2.71 to 2.71. 3.00, and good category. After using the conventional method, we got a score of 70, a quality score of B, between 2.71 to 2.71. 3.00, and good category. Next, in the experimental class, refer to the results ttable = 2.045, it turns out that tcount > from ttable, namely 11.64 > 2.045. Meanwhile, in the control class, the result was ttable = 2.045, it turned out that tcount > ttable, namely 5.60 > 2.045. So, it can be concluded that learning to write essays in the experimental class which contains the example of K. H. Ahmad Dahlan using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model is very significant, successful and more effective than using conventional methods in the control class. Abstract

Lagu merupakan salah satu bentuk ekspresi diri yang berisikan ide, gagasan, dan pesan yang disampaikan penulis lagu kepada pendengarnya. Hanya saja, akhir-akhir ini banyak lagu yang isinya kurang mendidik untuk pendengarnya. Maka, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter pada lagu Judulnya adalah Namamu karya Fiersa Besari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan peningkatan ketekunan. Metode analisis data menggunakan data collection, data reduction, data display, dan verification. Hasil penelitian pada lagu Judulnya adalah Namamu karya Fiersa Besari mengandung pendidikan karakter seperti nilai religius, jujur, toleran, bekerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, cinta damai, dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

This research is motivated by students low understanding in writing short stories particularly those orientes toward connotative diction. One of the contributing factors is the lack of innovative and engaging learning models implemented by teacher. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of the gamification learning model in improving students ability to write short stories with a focus on connotative diction. Specifically, the objectives of thus research are: 1) to describe students writing abilities before and after being taught using the gamification model and nearpod media in writing short stories oriented toward connotative diction; 2) to illustrate the differences in writing abilities between students taught using the expository model and those taught using the gamification model in teaching short story writing focused on connotative diction at SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung. The research method used is an experimental method with a control group. The fidings show a significant improvement in the experimental class, with an average pretest score of 44 increasing to 90 in the posttest. Meanwhile, the control class also showed improvement, with the average pretest score rising from 38 to 76 in the posttest. These results indicate that the gamification learning model is effective in enhacing students skills in writing short stories with connotative diction orientation

Abstract

The rapid integration of digital technologies in post-pandemic higher education has intensified the need for pedagogically grounded innovations in creative writing instruction. This study investigates the effectiveness of Wizer.Me-assisted process writing instruction in improving students’ pentigraph (short-short story) composition skills. Employing a quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group design, the study involved 64 undergraduate students divided into an experimental group (n = 32) and a control group (n = 32) over a four-week intervention period. The experimental group received structured process writing instruction supported by multimedia prompts and rubric-based feedback within Wizer.Me, while the control group received conventional instruction. Data were analyzed using an independent samples t-test. Results revealed a substantial increase in the experimental group’s mean score from 49 (pretest) to 80 (posttest), compared to a more moderate improvement in the control group (50 to 60). The difference between groups was statistically significant, t(62) = 10.98, p < .001, with an exceptionally large effect size (Cohen’s d = 2.79). While the magnitude of improvement should be interpreted cautiously in relation to the assessment scale and contextual factors, the findings suggest that multimedia-supported digital scaffolding and rubric-mediated feedback can meaningfully enhance narrative coherence, idea development, and linguistic precision in short-form creative writing. This study contributes to the growing body of research on technology-enhanced language learning by demonstrating how interactive digital worksheets, when aligned with process writing pedagogy, can support creative writing development in higher education contexts.

Abstract

The ability to write inspirational stories constitutes an essential aspect of the pedagogical competence of prospective Indonesian language teachers. However, empirical evidence indicates that this type of narrative writing has not received sufficient attention within teacher education curricula, resulting in various internal and external challenges. This study aims to provide an in-depth needs analysis by examining the barriers, opportunities, challenges, and instructional model development encountered by prospective Indonesian language teachers in writing inspirational stories. Employing a qualitative descriptive-narrative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis involving students of an Indonesian Language Education program at a public university in Indonesia. The findings reveal that the primary barriers stem from low self-efficacy, limited philosophical understanding of the concept of “inspirational,” and insufficient engagement in reflective writing practices during their academic training. Meanwhile, opportunities emerge through experience-based training, creative mentoring, and the implementation of storytelling practices in authentic contexts. The major challenge lies in the misalignment between professional practice demands and curriculum design, which tends to prioritize academic aspects over practical competencies. Therefore, the development of an instructional model for teaching writing is necessary to produce high-quality and meaningful texts. The study concludes that the most significant challenge is not merely technical, but rather rooted in prospective teachers’ limited conceptual understanding of the educational function of narratives. This study contributes theoretically to the development of a narrative framework in teacher education and offers practical implications through the integration of storytelling into the curriculum and training programs for prospective Indonesian language teachers.
