Abstract

The KUBE Smart Store Project in Jatiluwih Tourist Village is one of the Tabanan Regency Social Office’s plans to improve the welfare of beneficiaries of social assistance and is a representative place to accommodate and release quality products from KUBE members. In terms of developing product innovation and using social media, the implementation of the KUBE Smart Shop plan is still not the best choice. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the KUBE smart store program in Jatiluwih tourist village. Collect data through interviews, observations and literature research. Based on the study of effectiveness theory and target performance, integration and adaptability indicators. The results show that the effectiveness of Jatiluwih Tourist Village's KUBE smart store program has been operating effectively, but needs to be optimized again, especially in terms of capital and technology updates. Abstract

Tegallalang village has officially managed Ceking Terrace tourism object through Badan Pengelola Objek Wisata Ceking and is corroborated Bendesa Tegallalang Regulation Number: 055/VI/DPT/2011 on the arrangement of Ceking area. This research applies descriptive qualitative method and observation, interview, and documentation as the method of collecting the data. The purpose of this research is to know how local people participate in the development of ceking terrace tourism object Tegallalang Village Gianyar Regency applying tourism development theory and Comunity Based Tourism approach according to bambang sunaryo through 3 indicators which influence the application of Comunity Based Tourism namely planning stage, implementation stage, and monitoring and evaluation stage. The result of this research is the development of the Ceking Terrace through planning and evaluating, however, it was not maximal in the implementation process. Abstract

ABSTRACT The existence of village potential, empowerment is needed so that potential management can develop, progress and be independent Through communitykempowermentoin the development of a Tourism Village in Penarungan Village as a form of implementation of community development in Indonesia from a tourism-based village. The purpose of this study was to determine how thedprocess of community empowerment activities in the development of a tourist village in Penarungan Village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the process of community empowerment activities in the development of a tourist villagemin PenarungannVillage. Data collected by the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Community Empowerment Theory according to Mardi Yatmo Hutomo (2000: 7-10) The results of this study indicate that the indicators for capital assistance, infrastructure development and mentoring have been going well, but the institutional indicators and partnerships are still not optimal in empowerment in Penarungan Village. Abstract

Denpasar city is currently working on getting neglected elderly people to get better and maximum protection as they should be as parents who must be respected. This study aims to determine how synergy in Social Service of Denpasar City Social Service of Bali Province and Tresna Werdha Wana Seraya Social Institution in the handling of neglected elderly people in Denpasar City. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study use two indicators of synergy according to Najiyati, namely communication and coordination, which shows that the synergy that exists midst Social Service of Denpasar City Social Service of Bali Province and Tresna Werdha Wana Seraya Social Institution has been running well. But there are still some shortcomings that must be improved so that in the future more optimal synergy. Keywords : Synergy, Abandoned Elderly, Elderly Welfare.

Abstract

Badung One Package Administration Program (Badung Aku Sapa) is one of the population administration innovation programs by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Badung Regency which aims to provide convenience to society to manage residence documents. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study were analysis using the effectiveness theory by Duncan which includes three indicators; achievement of objectives, integration and adaptation which shows that the implementation of the Badung One Package Administration Program (Badung Aku Sapa) has not been fully effective because there are still problems in several indicators related to the absence of a special legal basis for program implementation, inadequate socialization about the program, lack of supervision after the implementation of the program and substandard infrastructure and facilities. Abstract

The Gianyar Regency Government has a Health Assistance Program (BK) for the people of Gianyar Regency which has not been funded by health insurance. This study aims to determine how the policy implementation of the Health Assistance Program in Free Health Services Efforts in Gianyar Regency (Case Study: Sanjiwani Regional General Hospital). The method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis using policy implementation theory according to George C. Edward III consists of indicators of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the implementation of the Health Assistance Program was still not optimal as seen from the lack of socialization, lack of staff procurement, absence of accountability reports to the public and limited budget funds. Abstract

Health become basic rights for society in a country.The service quality rendered must also be observed by the agency because this can give patients confidence in health service so that a sense of satisfication arises in public. On the other hand, public satisfication is a measure of the quality of services rendered by such agencies. This research used a qualitive descriptive method with data gathered by observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research shows that Service Quality of The Patumbak Public Health Center to Increase public satisfication is not yet fully effective because public still compaints about some indicator which is there was no employee in Patumbak Public Health Center on the spot during office hours, employee less friendly to the patients, and also security on the inside of the building nor outside of the building doesn’t optimum Keyword : Service Quality, Public Health, Public Satisfication

Abstract

Early marriages that occur in adolescents in Bangli Regency continue to increase every year. The Office of Family Planning for Women Empowerment and Child Protection of Bangli Regency continues to strive to improve its performance in providing prevention and handling of cases related to women and children, such as early marriage. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the theory of performance according to Dwiyanto, the results of the study show that the performance of the Bangli District Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Planning Office in minimizing early marriage has gone well, but has not been optimal. There are still obstacles that cause service delivery to be not optimal, such as the limited number of employees, limited funds in program implementation, lack of public interest in participating in the socialization. Abstract

Badung regency is in the first place with the most Money Changer business in Bali, which is 446 units or about 70% of the total money changer business in Bali. The implementation of its activities are still encountered problems such as unlicensed Money Changer and the existence of fraud related to money changer business. The purpose of this research is to determine the performance of Bank Indonesia that has authority in carrying out supervision system of non-bank foreign exchange business activities. Data is collected by observation method, semistructure interview and documentation. Based on the research, the results showed that there are several indicators that have been well met as well as indicators of Productivity, Accountability, Service Quality, and Responsibiltas. While the Responsiveness indicator shows good results but is not optimal, due to lack of socialization, direct supervision, and human resources. Abstract

The Public in Denpasar town needs public service outside of the health building, from the decree of mayor number 188.45/84/HK/2019. Damakesmas Program has two programs are SPGDTS is a service of pre-hospital, and Perkesmas is a home care service. The purpose of this research is to know about the quality of the service Damakesmas Program which is given to the public as part of service outside health building. The Document is collected with the method of a semi-structured interview, observations, and documentation. Based on research used theory of Service Quality from Zeithaml-Passuraman-Berry which has five indicators that affect the quality of services such as Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy indicator. The result of the research show service quality Damakesmas Program already undergone with good enough but it was still found problem such as the service is not correct from the target and it happens service rejection from the public.
