Abstract

ABSTRACT The tourism sector has the potential to be developed as a source of regional. To increased (PAD), the government need to develop and facilitate tourism sited so that the tourism sector could contribute for economic development. The purpose of this study was to find out what strategy managing tourism in increasing locally-generated revenue (PAD). The result of this study indicated adopted by the Klungkung District tourism management to increased local revenue.This research produced alternative strategized for SO (Strenghs-Opportunities) namely, established special management bodies in every tourism object, utilized technology as a marketing medium in an effort to increase the number tourism visited that have an impact on increasing Semarapura City Tour tourism revenue. Abstract

ABSTRACT Reward is needed as a motivation to improve the employee performance. The existence of disciplinary employment problems and the lack of work facilities resulted the non-optimal of a reward application by the BKPSDM Jembrana Regency. The aims of this research is to determine the effect of reward on the employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method with associative approach, to measure the effect of reward on employee performance. The population in this research counted 40 employees, therefore is using a saturated sampling technique. The result of R2 show that 32.5% of employee performances is influenced by reward and 67,5% is explained by other factors. The result of a Simple Linear Regression Analysis obtained tcount > ttable = 4,276 > 2,024 which means that reward variable have a significant effect to employee performance in BKPSDM Jembrana Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is social responsibility given by the institution to community for minimalize negative impact and maximize positive impact in order advance the development of village by sustainable by means of econimic, social, and circles aspect. LPD (Lembaga Perkreditan Desa) Desa Adat Gulingan as the financial institution has pakraman village already may apply Corporate Social Responsibility programme to help prosperity and community empowerment Gulingan village. The research was used by a qualitative descriptive method with data collection technique like a observation, interview, and documentation. The research measures how CSR program impact LPD Desa Adat Gulingan against community empowerment with Financial Administration Theory and discuss with Community Empowerment Concept by Narayan that based on indicator of access to information, participation, accountability, and capacity. The results of this research indicate the CSR program owned by LPD Desa Adat Gulingan already can bring positive impact to the entire community, but not already can bring community empowerment impact. Stage and level community empowerment in Gulingan village still in the beginning process to achieve the independent community. Keywords: CSR, LPD, Community Empowerment

Abstract

Abstract The existence of modern market rapidly grow and make threaten the existence of traditional markets, its therefore Gianyar Regency Government makes Regulation No. 5 year 2013 about  arrangement of the shopping center, modern shops and traditional markets to protect and the empowerment traditional markets. The problem in the background for this research is the arrangement of traditional market condition that is less than the maximum, complaints traditional traders in traditional market because modern market in Sukawati. After that Gianyar regency which has not legally applies the legislation about distance between traditional and modern market, also Gianyar Regency  its not explicit arrange the quota of modern market in Sukawati district. Therefore researcher focus on evaluated  regulation No. 5 of 2013 about the protection and empowerment of traditional markets. This study uses descriptive qualitative with depth interview to informants. The theory used by researchers is the theory from William Dunn about policy evaluation with four indicators used are effectiveness, responsiveness, efficiency and accuracy. The conclusion of this research of the fourth indicator is regulation No. 5 of 2013 is not maximal to protection and empowerment traditional market. Abstract

ABSTRACT UPTD Subak Museum was formed with the aim of preserving traditional farming tools used by ancient subak organizations. However, in its management there are stilli various problems, namely the low number of visits compared to other DTWs, overlapping authority, andalimited use of DAK. In refining and / or making a strategy, it is necessary to analyze the strategy using strategic planning process indicators according to John M. Bryson and also SWOT analysis techniques according to Freddy Rangkuti to identify opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The informant determination technique used is purposive and snowball. The results of the SWOT matrix analysis yielded eight alternative strategies. The overall strategies described are four selected strategies as a priority scale for the UPTD Museum Subak, namely maximizing the use of technology as a means of disseminating information, fostering community business spirit to create a tourism industry around the Museum Subak area, developing museum marketing innovations to attract visitors, optimizing support from the central government. Abstract

ABSTRACT Inclusive education is education intended for children who have disabilities and the ability of intelligence to get educational services with student in general. Inclusive education in West Denpasar Subdistrict has been carried out by 4 elementary schools.Implementation of inclusive education in public and private elementary schools have differences in their application. The implementation of inclusive education in public elementary schools is still not optimal when compared to the implementation of inclusive education in private elementary schools, because there are no teacher assistants in public elementary schools and the assistance provided by the government is still not optimal. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Denpasar City of Department of transportation is one of the institutions in Bali Province that apply the testing transportation using pick-up service system. The application ofathis systemais aimed toamakeaeasierafor theapeopleato testatheir vehicleaandareduce the traffic jam in technical implementation unit. The innovation of this program begun in 2016.However, in its application thereaareastillaproblemsarelatedato the lackaof socialization and uneven cars of testing in Denpasar. Thisaresearchauseda qualitativeadescriptiveamethodatheadataacollectionatechniquesaareaobservation,interview and documentation. It is showed from six criterias that used for that system, it still faces some problems for each indicators.Related to the effectiveness of vehicle testing, time efficiency, human resource efficiency, adequacy in overcoming vehicle queue problems and employee responsiveness. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Village Family Planning Program aims to overcome thexproblems of population,xfamily planning (KB),xfamily development andximprove the quality of life of the community.this study purpose to determine how the evaluation of family planning program in the Denpasar City. This study uses xevaluation criteria according toaWilliam Dunn, namely, efficiency,xeffectiveness,xadequacy, alignment, xresponsiveness, and xaccuracy. The results based criteria show that the Family Planning Village on the effectiveness criteria has xbeen able to achieve the goals set.The leveling criteria have not yet reached levels in terms of location and service.xThe responsiveness criteria in the satisfaction level indicator show a xpositive xresponse and thexcommunity feelsxsatisfied and the community feels thexpositiveximpact of the existence of this Family Planning Village. On the criteria ofxthe accuracy of the villagexfamily planning program, it has become an appropriate means of improving community welfare. Keyword : Evaluation, Program, The Family Planning Village.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Regulation of Transportation Minister Republic Number PM 75 years 2015 concern about Implementation of Traffic Impact Analysis are explains required installation of infrastructure at each intersection in order to carry out traffic management with technology and coordinated. However, there are still problems faces during implementation such as the growth rate of motor vehicles along with the higher traffic congestion, high accident rates, and the lack of public knowledge.ThisEtypeEof research used isEdescriptiveEqualitative,dataIcollection techniquesiused areIobservation,iinterview, documentation, and teqniquesuofutriangulasi. The result analyzed with 3 aspects are have notibeen runningooptimally,obecause thereoareestill problems such as not having a clearer task for every operator’s tasks, principle, and functions, lack of experts with technological education background, often occurring server disruption to live streaming features, lack of socialization about the program and constrained by budgeting in the maintenance of the tools. Abstract

ABSTRACT Notebook procurement programs for basic school students is one of the top programooftthe governmentoofBBadungRRegency with a mission to improve education. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods through interviews, observations and documentation asttheemainddata management techniques.sTherresults oftthissstudysshowtthat there are still a few things that the Education, Youth and Sport Goverment Agency of Badung Regency should take into account, among the problem of achieving program’s goal. Supporting factors such as computer teacher and wi-fi support facilities must still be improved inoorderrtommaketthe goal ofythe program. Theeobstacles that stand at SD No.1 Tuban, there are no teachers of computer subjects particularly at SD No.1 Tuban, the ability of a homeroom teacher to operate the notebook is still weak and there is no timeline learning.
