Abstract

The research aimed to identify and validate the digital skills required to use mobile banking services in Subang Regency. The study used non-probability and purposive sampling techniques to survey 350 banking customers who use mobile banking services in the Subang Regency. The results of the digital skills factor analysis showed that the indicators of each latent variable, including operational mobile skills, information navigation skills, social skills, and creative skills, were valid and able to represent their respective constructs. However, the model fit value did not meet the criteria, indicating that modifications were necessary to obtain a fit model. This study provides a starting point for further research to explore the model using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) analysis method or make modifications using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) method to obtain a fit model that can contribute as a medium to confirm relevant and valid factors representing their constructs

In online travel agents, it is currently known that tourist is obtain information from online review websites rather than hotel websites to decide their hotel choices, therefore eWOM significantly influences consumers purchasing decisions. This research contributes to IAM and the extended model will be tested in eWOM research on five online travel egents (Traveloka, Tiket.com, Agoda, Pegipegi, Airbnb). This study aims to examine the effect of argument quality, source credibility, information quantity, and emotional word understanding on the percived usefulness of eWOM, to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness on information adoption and to investigate the effect of information adoption on young consumers purchase intentions. The type of research used in this study is descriptive analysis with quantitative approach with CB-SEM data analysis techniques using the Amos24 program with a minimum sample of 385 respondents. The results show that argument quality, source credibility, information quantity and emotive word comprehension have positive effect on the perceived usefulness of eWOM. Perceived usefulness has positive influence on the information adoption of eWOM, which in turn predicts the young consumers’ purchase intentions.

Abstract

The digital transformation of government through the Electronic-Based Government System (Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik—SPBE) has become a foundational element of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia. However, the absence of a standardized instrument for assessing SPBE service quality—particularly within the Government-to-Government (G2G) domain—has hindered systematic evaluation and continuous improvement efforts. This study aims to develop a preliminary model called DigiGOVQUAL, designed to measure the quality of SPBE services from the perspective of internal users within government institutions. The model adapts and refines relevant indicators from the E-Government Service Quality (EGSQUAL) framework to better reflect the specific characteristics of digital public services in the Indonesian bureaucratic context. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study utilizes Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to validate the construct dimensions. Data were collected via an online survey distributed to over 200 active civil servants in the Banjar City government who have experience using G2G SPBE services. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of a valid and contextually appropriate evaluation tool for digital government service quality. Ultimately, the DigiGOVQUAL model is intended to support more accountable and user-centered public service delivery policies in the digital era
