Abstract

Job engagement sebagai sebuah  kondisi motivasional positif yang terkait dengan pekerjaan yang  dicirikan  dengan vigor, dedication, dan absorption (Schaufeli, 2002). Hal yang mendasari hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasional pada engagement adalah teori dari Kahn (1990 dalam Saks, 2006) yang berpendapat bahwa yang menyediakan keamanan psikologis dalam lingkungan kerja adalah organisasi yang dekat dengan pekerja tersebut. Sedangkan untuk komunikasi organisasional yang mendasari adalah menurut Kahn (1990) menemukan bahwasanya dalam suatu organisasi dimana komunikasi berupa informasi dibagi diantara anggota organisasi dan interaksi komunikasi terjadi secara teratur, anggota organisasi akan dapat menempatkan diri mereka dalam pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasional dan komunikasi organisasional terhadap job engagement karyawan di BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Lasem.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera yang berjumlah 682 orang, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini yang bisa dipakai sebanyak 101 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah untuk mengukur persepsi dukungan organisasional (SPOS), komunikasi organisasional, dan job engagement (UWES-17), ketiga kuesioner tersebut sudah terstandarisasi.  Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda.  Hasil hipotesis dalam penelitian ini apabila diuji secara parsial adalah Hipotesis 1 (H1) didukung artinya persepsi dukungan organisasional berpengaruh posistif pada Job engagement, sedangkan Hipotesis 2 (H2) juga didukung artinya komunikasi organisasional berpengaruh positif pada  job engagement

Abstract

Students in the millennial era now have many who run the business. Entrepreneurial spirit slowly grows in students. Not infrequently, many students study while doing entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial spirit in this study refers to the explanation (Meredith, 1992 ) of the region. The entrepreneurial spirit that is owned by oneself consists of self-confidence, task-oriented, and outcome, dare to take risks, have leadership spirit, originality (authenticity) of business, and oriented into the future. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the comparison of the Entrepreneurial Spirit in the department of sharia accounting and sharia economics. This type of research is a comparative descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Retrieving data using online questionnaires distributed to students majoring in accounting and economics sharia IAIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon. A sample is used as much as 186 people from the respondents accounting majors sharia as much as 93 and majoring in Islamic economics as much as 93. Whereas the data analysis uses descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and one way ANOVA to compare. The results showed that there was no difference between the spirit of entrepreneurship in the department of sharia accounting and sharia economics.

Abstract

The development of halal industry is growing rapidly in various sectors so that it becomes a trend of human lifestyle throughout the world. Maomao (Thai Tea) is one of the UMKM that has not been certified as halal, which sells beverage products made from raw tea of Thailand that is rife among the public and is able to spread outlets quickly and broadly in the three regions of Cirebon. In this, case it is interesting to study consumer awareness of halal labels on food and beverages. The research conducted by the author aims to determine the effect of halal labeling on the quantity of purchase and customer satisfaction at Maomao UMKM in Cirebon City. The author uses research methods with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis as well as approaches from various sources of literature, such as books, journals, reports, and previous reports on research outcomes. Based on the research carried out, according to the author's analysis halal labeling on Maomao (Thai Tea) does not affect the level of purchase and customer satisfaction. Because the majority of consumers have believed that Maomao (Thai Tea) has guaranteed halal for the product. This is known from the ingredients in producing Maomao (Thai Tea) (although for the Maomao brand itself has not been certified as halal) and hygienic manufacturing procedure. Through this paper, it is expected that the government or related parties to facilitate the process of halal certification, so that the businessmen prioritize halal labels on their products.

Abstract

Penelitian pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah Perambabulan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi penanganan pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah di koperasi simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan syariah perambabulan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa Faktor penyebab pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah di KSPPS Perambabulan yaitu terdapat faktor internal (kurang maksimal menganalisis berkas, kurang adanya survey lebih lanjut, kurang maskimal menjalankan SOP Permbiayaan) dan faktor eksternal (ketidak jujuran dan sikap tidak amanah dari anggota, menurunnya usaha dari anggota, adanya itikad yang tidak baik, anggota yang menunda-nunda, adanya unsur ketidak sengajaan seperti kebakaran kebanjiran, dan bencana alam lainnya). Strategi penanganannya yaitu Menginformasikan melalui telephone, Memberikan surat peringatan, (rescheduling), Persyaratan ulang (reconditioning) dan eksekusi jaminan. Upaya-upaya untuk menanggulangi terjadinya pembiayaan yang bermasalah yaitu, wajib melaksanakan SOP dengan benar, Memaksimalkan prinsip 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), melakukan pemisahan tugas yang memadai, menerapkan prinsip kehati-hatian, dan meningkatkan skill karyawan. Kata Kunci: Pembiayaan Bermasalah, Pembiayaan Murabahah, dan Strategi KSPPS Perambabulan.

Abstract

A good organization is an organization that is able to increase employee engagement, in various innovative ways so that employees feel valued and appreciated. Employee engagement in this study refers to an explanation from Schaufeli (2002), which is a motivational condition of employees related to work, which is shown by vigor, dedication, and absorption. Every employee has a different level of engagement, including every employee of various generations. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the comparison of employee engagement in employees of generation X, Y, and Z. This type of research is a comparative descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Retrieving data using questionnaires distributed online. The sample used by 170 people from various generations of respondents was obtained, namely generation X as much as 32, generation Y as many as 98, and while generation Z as many as 40. While in the data analysis using descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and one way ANOVA to compare. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the level of employee engagement for employees of generation X, Y, and Z. Employee engagement between generations X and Y were not significantly different, while generation Z was significantly different from generation X and Y.Keywords : employee engagement, generation X, generation Y, dan generation Z.

Abstract

IAIN Sharia Banking Student Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon as a student who learns about Islamic banking and has sufficient knowledge about mobile banking. Therefore, it is necessary to research whether there is an interest in students who are BSI customers to use mobile banking with independent variables that are used for ease of use, benefits and risks. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study was IAIN Sharia Banking students Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon with a total sample of 91 people. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis and statistical analysis in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests (R2), hypothesis tests in the form of t tests (partial) and F tests (simultaneously) using SPSS Statistics Version 23. The results of this study show that ease of use does not have a positive and significant influence on the interest in using mobile banking. The benefits have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using mobile banking. Meanwhile, risk does not have a negative and significant influence on the interest in using mobile banking. Simultaneously, ease of use, benefits and risks have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using mobile banking

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Digital Sharia Pawnshop application (PSD) is one of the application-based Pawnshop services that helps customers make Sharia Pawn transactions via smartphones, with the Digital Sharia Pawnshop application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for customers to transact. Interest in using Digital Sharia Pawnshops among Sharia Pegadaian customers is still relatively low, therefore the researcher is motivated by the lack of sharia pawnshop customers in the Indramayu branch who have used the Digital Sharia Pawnshop application. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perceived usefulness on interest in using Digital Sharia Pawnshop services, to determine the effect of perceived ease of use on interest in using Digital Sharia Pawnshop services, to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on interest in using Digital Sharia Pawnshop services. This study was shown to determine whether there is an influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on interest in using digital sharia services at the sharia pawnshop Indramayu branch. This study uses quantitative methods with a total sample of 95 respondents. Sampling using probability sampling technique with random sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study include the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the study, the results of the partial test (t test) indicate that the perceived usefulness of the value of tcount > ttable is 2,636 > 2,028 and a significant value of 0.010 means that there is a significant and significant effect on the interest in using digital sharia pawnshop services, the perception of ease of use is obtained by the value of tcount > ttable, namely 3,474 > 2,028 and a significant value of 0.001 means that it has a significant and significant effect on interest in using digital sharia pawnshop services. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) show that the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are obtained by the value of Fcount > Ftable, which is 11.058 > 2.70, meaning that there is a significant and significant effect on interest in using. The R value is 0.193 so it can be seen that the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use contributes 19.3% to the interest in using digital sharia pawnshop services. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between quality of life and work ethic on work attachment to employees creating Z. This type of research is quantitative research on emerging research. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire that is conducted online. The population in this study was 115 alumni of FSEI IAIN Syekh Nurjati who had worked and the sample used was 40 people. Test the hypothesis analysis using product display analysis. The results showed that the variables of the quality of work-life with work attachments and the relationship between work ethics and work attachments had a positive relationship. This positive relationship is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that there is a relationship between the two variables. While the degree of relationship between these variables is moderately indicated by the Pearson correlation values of 0.463 and 0.393.Keywords:Quality of Work Life, Work Ethic, Work Attachments, and Generation ZAbstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas kehidupan kerja dan etos kerja terhadap keterikatan kerja pada karyawan generasi Z. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif spesifik pada penelitian korelasi. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan secara online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah alumni FSEI IAIN Syekh Nurjati yang sudah bekerja dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 40 orang. Uji analisis hipotesisnya dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi product momment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan keterikatan kerja serta hubungan etos kerja dan keterikatan kerja mempunyai hubungan yang positif. Hubungan positif tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 yang bearti lebih kecil dari nilai alpha sebesar 0,05, sehingga terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel. Sedangkan derajat hubungan antar variabel tersebut bersifat sedang ditunjukkan dengan nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,463 dan 0,393.Katakunci: Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Etos Kerja, Keterikatan kerja, dan Generasi Z

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of mutations in the Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Kudus Regency. In this study using data collection methods obtained through interviews, observation, and literature study. Techniques Data analysis was carried out using qualitative methods through three stages, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of mutations in the Personnel, Education and Training Agency of Kudus Regency was not yet fully effective because some of the dominant obstacles came from internal human resources
