Abstract

The idea of ​​renewal in Islam, Islamic philosophy, philosophy of Islamic education, and contemporary Islamic thought lies in the extent to which these sciences can interact and dialogue with new developments in Islamic discourse. Educational reform has pragmatically placed education as an inseparable part of changing the mindset and life of mankind. In the repertoire of Islamic education, the pragmatic theory of education is known as al-Dzara'i theory. Education and science must create a skill. Skills develop following the development of progress and prosperity according to the context of the times and regions, as the main capital for community development, when the profession in society has developed in a complex manner, a science teaching is needed that aims to acquire and develop the skills required by a required profession. Pragmatism in education is the result of human existence in absorbing the outside world into oneself (internalization), then interpreted (subjectification) using reason and mind with the help of science, and then re-expressed to the outside world (objectification) through the process of externalizing and legitimizing it. Education is the conception of individual and group interpretation activities in forming a particular skill.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an as a source, guide, good news and warning and provide benefits for Muslims. In addition to giving goodness and glory to those who read it. If reading it can increase the faith and piety of Muslims. However, if you memorize your intention because of Allah SWT, you can make a noble deed. One of the memorization methods adjusts to the times, namely the pledge method. The pledge method means repeating continuously from short letters to long letters. This research uses descriptive qualitative type so that primary and secondary data are obtained. Primary data conducted observations and interviews with the institution. While secondary data obtained from literature studies from books, documents, internet and others. The results of this study are that the pledge method involves memory activity, repeating verses is easier, fluent and memory sticks more. The implementation of the pledge method is carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage of the pledge which can be done facing the teacher or individually. This pledge method is useful for facilitating memory, students so as not to hinder memorization of the Qur'an by means of intention for Allah and reading a lot and repeating memorization.

Abstract

Supervision is an important instrument insupporting theachievementof educational goals. Supervision or supervision carried out at the madrasah level is the responsibility of a madrasah head. The communication style of the head of the madrasah when supervising education personnel has an impact on improving the performance of education staff. This article discusses the communication style of the head of the madrasah in supervising education personnel. Supervise the head of the madrasah how his efforts are in optimizing the potential of existing educators. This discussion is the result of research conducted. Qualitative research with results showing that the supervision model carried out by the head of the madrasah when supervising teachers with interpersonal communication style carried out by the head of the madrasah is able to motivate teachers and education staff to develop their capacity. Where the head of the madrasah observes directly the ongoing learning process in the supervised classroom while approaching it with an interpersonal communication style. This is done so that the head of the madrasah knows the readiness and preparation of teachers in the learning process. From here the head of the madrasah will follow up as needed to optimize the potential of teachers and education staff respectively.

Abstract

Discovery learning offers a general concept that is claimed to improve the results of studying jurisprudence. This is because the objectives of learning fiqh align with the concepts of discovery learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The results of this study are changes in students when the teacher applies the discovery learning model. The visible change is that students are more active in finding out, understanding, observing, and trying to construct concepts and can answer questions here as a stimulus—learning changes from teacher-oriented to student-oriented. In learning here, the role of students is more dominant. Learning is also more exciting and challenging, involving cognitive, psychomotor, and affective in students.

Abstract

Radicalism is a increasingly prevalent phenomenon in Indonesia for recentyears. Radicalism increasingly developed when ‘orde baru’ (soeharto's regime)ended. The reform era is expanding space for people to express their feeling,including expressions of diversity. Including indicators of the emergence ofradicalism in Indonesia is the birth of religious organizations that often use violentmethods in carrying out its mission. Various radical Islamic organizations havevarious characteristics, variants and also orientations. However, there aresimilarities between radical Islamic organizations, namely the use of violence thatcame to be known as terror. Unfortunately almost of groups are dominated bymillennial generation. This problem is a concern for the wider communitysurely.Various efforts to respond radicalism also appears contra ideology betweenthem too. Aswaja education proved be able to prohibit radicalism viruses.This article will present data from interviews, observations, and literaturereviews related to the topic. The arguments which built in this paper arereconstruction and actualisation values which contained in Aswaja can bestrongly internalized in person's life, especially millenial generation. The properaswaja socialization and internalization is trough education. In schools, colleges,and study forums which apply aswaja content; students, college students, and thestudy participants will have opportunity to have moderate religion understandingand will be far away from radicalism diseases.

Abstract

Desa Cancung merupakan wilayah desa yang ada di kecamatan Bubulan kabupaten Bojonegoro dengan luas wilayah desa Cancung 1.046,94 Ha dengan jumlah penduduk 3.526 jiwa. tingkat kepadatan penduduk adalah 336 jiwa/km2. Mayoritas masyarakat desa Cancung bekerja sebagai petani dengan luas wilayah pertanian di desa Cancung 1.032,97 Ha dengan jumlah petani sebanyak 875 jiwa, maka tingkat kepadatan agraris sebesar 84 jiwa/km2. Artinya 1 petani Desa Cancung dapat menggarap atau mengolah lahan pertanian seluas 12,3 km2. Namun hal ini berbeda dikarena tingkat pendapatan rata-rata masyarakat Desa Cancung dibawah UMK (upah minimum kabupaten) Kabupaten Bojonegoro ditambah lagi jumlah masyarakat Desa Cancung yang belum memiliki pekerjaan sebanyak 890 jiwa. Bertolak belakang dengan kondisi ekonomi masyarakat, aset yang dimiliki Desa Cancung cukup banyak ada 5 aset diatntarannya: 1) Aset Personal. 2) Aset Alam. 3) Aset Ekonomi. 4) Aset Sosial dan 5) Aset Fisik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kewirausahaan masyarakat Desa Cancung melalui potensi yang dimiliki desa. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan peneliti ditemukan peluang yang dapat dikembangkan untuk menjadi suatu usaha yaitu pengembangan sebuah produk unggulan Onion Chips yang berbahan dasar dari bawang merah untuk meningkatkan value atau nilai ekonomi dari bawang merah? hasil panen dari petani yang ada di Desa Cancung. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ABCD (Aset Based Community Development). Pengembangan kewirausahaan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan perekonomian warga Desa Cancung. Pengembangan kewirausahaan melibatkan mitra diantarannya Pemerintah Desa, Organisasi yang ada Desa Cancung seperti PKK, Karangtaruna dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil pendampingan ini dapat dilihat dari terciptanya sebuah produk keripik bawang atau onion chips yang berbahan dasar bawang merah hasil panen dari petani Desa Cancung.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of educational institution strategy and innovation in improving the quality of education. This investigation is qualitative and descriptive by nature. According to the findings of the study, the strategy of educational institutions during the pandemic, for instance, is based on the existence of a principal-designed program. The objective of executing the program is to increase the quality of teachers in both the present and the future. These activities take the form of seminars, microteaching, and book reviews. This activity has a positive effect on the quality of teachers in school institutions, as indicated by a rise in the personality, knowledge, and social standing of each teacher, which has an effect on the learning process offered by teachers during the pandemic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, several measures and innovations were used to enhance the quality of the institution's human resources. While the intention of this study was to determine the tactics and innovations implemented to improve the quality of teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic, it also aimed to assess the effectiveness of these strategies and innovations. This research may be utilized as a guide by other institutions to improve the quality of teachers in any context or circumstance, including the present COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The use of BSF fly larvae using the Bioconversion method in landfills Pacul as organic waste decomposing organisms is a breakthrough for processing organic waste. The advantage of using BSF technology is that it can help reduce the amount of organic waste by up to 80%.. After the maggot is large because it decomposes waste, it can be used as the main feed in raising laying quails. Maggot can be highly nutritious animal feed because it contains substances needed by the growth and development of livestock, especially quail. But the effect was not significant on daily egg production, feed consumption, meat weight and feed conversion of laying quails. Maggot also has the ability to use quail droppings as food which makes him grow big and can be used as a good feed ingredient in living conditions. Maggot is the right solution for livestock, considering the high price of manufactured feed.

Abstract

Islamic education in general can be understood as an effort to increase students' faith, understanding, appreciation and practice of the religion of Islam so that they become Muslim individuals who believe and are pious and have noble character in personal, social, national and state life. This study aims to reveal the effect of Islamic Religious Education on the Attitudes of Single Parent Children: 1) Implementation of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Attitude of Single Parent Children. 3) The Effect of Islamic Religious Education on the Attitude of Single Parent Family Children This research is a field research with quantitative approach with correlation method. The data collection techniques used are: 1) Observation Method 2) interviews (interviews) 3) questionnaires (questionnaires) 4) documentation. Data analysis techniques include calculating the average value (mean), product moment correlation techniques, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Islamic religious education has a good influence on the attitude of single parent children.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the morality of adolescent families of swallow nest cleaning workers with a sub-focus covering adolescent morality problems, factors that cause morality problems, and efforts made by parents to fix adolescent morality problems. This research is phenomenological qualitative research. This research uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted on five teenagers who come from families of swallow nest cleaning workers and also five mothers who work as swallow nest cleaning workers. Observations were made on religious activities and children's associations. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the family youth of swallow nest cleaning workers experienced moral problems, namely being arrogant and arrogant, desperate, unable to control their passions, and angry. While the factors causing the occurrence of morality problems in adolescents include the family environment, friendship, society, mass media, westernization, and the low level of religious education, the efforts made by parents vary in improving adolescent morality, including the methods of advice, punishment, example, habituation. themselves with a disciplined attitude, filtering foreign cultures that enter, instilling religious values ​​, and encouraging children to be involved in community activities such as youth organizations. This is done by mothers to help improve the morality of teenagers.
