Abstract

This research is to describe the e-learning design of the Home Learning Program in Indonesian for elementary schools aired on TVRI. The main focus into five sub-focuses, namely on learning indicators, a series of lessons, learning methods, delivery strategies, and evaluation strategies. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected using observation sheets. Learning indicators are composed of C1 and C2 competencies adjusted to the level of student intellectual development. The learning series was arranged based on a prerequisite method or prerequisite and sequentially connected. The learning method used is an expositive method that emphasizes the aspects of absorbing new information. The delivery strategy through TVRI is the right choice because it can be accessed by all students in Indonesia, both signal and operational. Evaluation cannot be carried out optimally, especially for competencies that require practice because students cannot interact with students directly

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the assessment of learning, assessment for learning, and assessment as learning-based internet learning, using library research and descriptive analysis method. Data obtained from various library sources, both books and journals, both printed and online, relate to the concepts of assessment of learning, assessment for learning, and assessment as learning. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that each approach has its contribution to student learning. This is because the objectives of each approach are different. Assessment of learning aims to consider student placement, grade promotion, and awarding certificates. While the assessment for learning aims to provide information to teachers about the achievement of student competencies so that teachers can make decisions about the next learning. On the other hand, assessment as learning aims to monitor and self-correct students independently by students. Judging from the benchmarks that are used as comparisons, in the assessment of learning the comparisons are other students. In the assessment for learning, there are criteria made by the teacher or expectations. Meanwhile, in assessment as learning, the benchmark used is the student's personal goals. The key assessors in the assessment of learning and assessment for learning are teachers, while in assessment as learning the key assessors are students.

Abstract

Salah satu sektor yang mendapatkan pukulan tajam selama Pandemi Covid-19 adalah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Hal ini juga ikut serta menjadi pengerak turunnya perekonomian nasional. Digital marketing melalui platform shopee menjadi salah satu pilihan dalam rangka mengentaskan permasalahan ekonomi selama pandemi. Pengabdian menggunakan metode pelatihan yang meliputi empat tahap, yaitu tahap tahapan instalasi Shopee, tahapan upload produk di shopee, tahapan pemasaran produk , dan tahapan pengiriman produk. Setelah pengabdian ini dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman dan kemampuan pemuda pelaku UMKM di Desa Mulyoagung mengenai digital marketing melalui e-commerce Shopee meningkat, dengan rincian pada tahapan instalasi sebanyak 100% dan tahapan upload produk 87%. Selain itu popularitas produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM dari Desa Mulyoagung mengalami peningkatan akibat pemasaran produk secara digital, baik melalui aplikasi shopee maupun aplikasi pendukung lain. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada fitur bisnisku di Shopee dan insight pada aplikasi Instagram, rata-rata popularitas produk hasil UMKM Desa Mulyoagung meningkat sebesar 75%.

Abstract

Kemampuan guru dalam mengajarkan dan menilai kemampuan literasi perlu terus ditingkatkan mengingat banyak guru yang masih kesulitan dalam hal asesmen kemampuan literasi. Pengabdian ini bermaksud untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru dalam hal pengembangan instrumen asesmen literasi. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan proyek dengan metode utama yaitu tutorial dan praktik langsung yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2021. Berdasarkan hasil angket, 88% guru setuju bahwa pelatihan memberikan tambahan pengetahuan mengenai literasi. 83% menyatakan setuju bahwa pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam hal menyusun instrumen asesmen literasi. Selain itu, 81% guru setuju bahwa pelatihan serupa perlu dilaksanakan kembali dengan topik yang berbeda. Instrumen asesmen hasil pelatihan ini divalidasi secara mandiri oleh peserta dan 68 dari 89 peserta (76%) instrumen asesmen yang dihasilkan memili kevalitan 61-80% dari seluruh soal yang dihasilkan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pengembagan instrumen asesmen berbasis literasi untuk guru ini telah berhasil membuat guru guru lebih kreatif dalam menyusun instrumen asesmen berbasis literasi, jenis soal lebih variatif, dengan validitas dan reliabilitas yang terjamin.  Dengan demikian, diharapkan siswa akan lebih terlatih dan kompeten dalam bidang literasi.  The teacher's ability to teach and assess literacy skills needs to be continuously improved, considering that many teachers still have difficulties assessing literacy skills. This service intends to train teachers in terms of developing literacy assessment instruments. This service uses a project approach, with the main technique being tutorials and hands-on practice, which will be held in October 2021. Based on the questionnaire results, 88% of teachers agree that the training provides additional knowledge about literacy. 83% agreed that this training positively improved teacher competence in terms of preparing literacy assessment instruments. In addition, 81% of teachers agreed that similar training should be re-implemented with a different topic. The participants independently validated the assessment instrument resulting from this training, and for 68 of the 89 participants (76%), the resulting assessment instrument had a validity of 61-80% of all questions generated. Thus, the training in developing literacy-based assessment instruments for teachers has provided additional knowledge, increasing teacher competence in preparing literacy assessment instruments.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the challenges faced by high school English teachers in teaching and evaluating during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The researcher used observation, an open-ended questionnaire, and an interview to collect the data. The result showed that the teachers face some challenges in teaching speaking and assessing speaking in online learning. First, limited or shorter duration of teaching causes less speaking practice in the process of teaching and learning. Second, limited access to the online platform, this condition happened since not all students have sufficient internet connections during online learning. Third, less learning motivation from the students. Fourth, limited speaking performance activities, such as dialogue, role play, and other performing activities, are difficult to do in online learning. Those problems forced teachers to be innovative in redesigning teaching activities and authentic assessments for students’ speaking proficiency.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan dampak berkurangnya penghasilan masyarakat, baik yang bekerja sebagai karyawan atau pedagang. Di sisi lain, terdapat banyak barang pasca guna yang dapat dimanfaatkan kembali menjadi kerajinan tangan, khususnya home decore yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pelatihan kepada masyarakat mengenai cara memproduksi dan memasarkan kerajinan home decore yang terbuat dari barang pasca guna. Tahapan kegiatan ini antara lain, a) tahap persiapan dan sosialisasi program kepada masyarakat, b) pelaksanaan pelatihan program pengabdian, c) monitoring dan evaluasi program pengabdian, dan d) pemasaran hasil kerajinan home decore dari barang pasca guna. Kerajinan home decore yang dihasilkan dari pelatihan adalah bantal sofa dari bahan baju bekas dan kain perca serta hiasan meja dari botol bekas. Program ini dilaksanakan oleh Tim KKN UNU Sunan Giri Bojonegoro. Program dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ABCD (Aset Based Community Development). Pelatihan ini bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dalam 3 hal, yaitu a) mengurangi sampah botol dan memanfaatkan kembali baju bekas serta kain perca, b) memberdayakan masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK, dan c) meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa dengan menjadi pengarjin home decore kemudian memasarkanya secara online.

Abstract

In line with the values of the Pancasila profile which always emphasizes student personality based on the Pancasila profile, cases of bullying have started to rise which seem to become a tradition especially in the school environment where the school environment which was originally the most comfortable place in learning has now turned into a place full of suffering for victims of bullying. in the school environment. Therefore this study aims, Knowing the form of P5 activities which include the process and stages of Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project through sociodrama activities as an effort to anticipate bullying acts and also to find out the results of the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Implementation through sociodrama activities as an effort to anticipate acts of bullying . This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type with the results of the research in the form of an elaboration of the stages of preparation, process, results and evaluation in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students.

Abstract

The transformation of education in Indonesia after Covid-19 has experienced quite significant changes, namely the latest Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The Merdeka Curriculum develops learning according to interests, learning styles and abilities that are connected to the competence of teachers and students. There are six competencies in Pancasila students formulated as key dimensions that are interrelated and strengthen each other, namely 1) faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble character, 2) global diversity, 3) mutual cooperation, 4) independence, 5) critical reasoning , and 6) creativity which then requires module development. This research aims to produce a product, namely a project module for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students which includes ethnomathematics. Etonmathematics means a module developed by integrating curriculum, pedagogy, mathematics and local wisdom. The use of local wisdom as an integrated module for the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students makes students trained and able to explore mathematical concepts that exist in their cultural environment. In this research, the context is local ethnomathematics wisdom in Tuban Regency, East Java. This research is Research and Development (R&D) research with a 4D model. 4D model design consists of four flows, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Desseminase. This development research was validated with 3 validators, namely design validator, language validator and material validator. The validation results from the design validation were 88%, which means it is suitable for use, the language validator is 94%, which means it is suitable for use, and the material validator is 90%, which means it is suitable for use. Then the module was tested on 48 phase A students. The average pretest result from trial 1 was 62.75, then in trial 2 it was 63.75. Followed by the posttest results from trial 1, namely 90.33 and trial 2, namely 91.58. After carrying out the pre-test and post-test at the trial stage, the researcher calculated the N-Gain Score value, namely N-Gain trial 1, namely getting a score of 0.76 which means high and getting an interpretation of N-Gain effectiveness of 76.78% which means effective. Then students filled out a student response questionnaire, and obtained presentation results of 85% in the very satisfied category. So it can be concluded that the project module for strengthening the profile of Pancasila students based on ethnomathematics in the Phase A independent curriculum in elementary schools that was developed is suitable for use and effective in learning mathematics.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the morality of adolescent families of swallow nest cleaning workers with a sub-focus covering adolescent morality problems, factors that cause morality problems, and efforts made by parents to fix adolescent morality problems. This research is phenomenological qualitative research. This research uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted on five teenagers who come from families of swallow nest cleaning workers and also five mothers who work as swallow nest cleaning workers. Observations were made on religious activities and children's associations. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the family youth of swallow nest cleaning workers experienced moral problems, namely being arrogant and arrogant, desperate, unable to control their passions, and angry. While the factors causing the occurrence of morality problems in adolescents include the family environment, friendship, society, mass media, westernization, and the low level of religious education, the efforts made by parents vary in improving adolescent morality, including the methods of advice, punishment, example, habituation. themselves with a disciplined attitude, filtering foreign cultures that enter, instilling religious values ​​, and encouraging children to be involved in community activities such as youth organizations. This is done by mothers to help improve the morality of teenagers.

Abstract

Educational institutions need to adapt to the development of the world of technology which is accelerating very quickly, both in the development of learning, learning innovation, and the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure as well as to improve their quality. One of the uses of technology in education is to support learning. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to teachers by utilizing the Canva application as a creative and innovative learning medium for language learning in children. The training method is by providing material as a basis for initial knowledge, explaining the use of the Canva application in learning and tutorials for making learning videos. The results of the activities of the participants were very active and enthusiastic about participating in the activity. The conclusion of the activity is continued for the development of material and content of learning media to stimulate children's language.
