Abstract

Abstrak Desa merupakan unit pemerintahan terkecil yang mewujudkan pembangunan melalui pemberdayaan yang memiliki konsep dan tahapan yang bertujuan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dapat dimulai dari komponen terkecil yaitu keluarga. Dalam kehidupan berkeluarga terdapat setiap fungsi dan tanggung jawab setiap anggota keluarga untuk mencapai kehidupan yang harmonis. Keluarga memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda-beda dengan perjalanan kehidupan yang berbeda pula. Maka dari itu penelitian ini membahas tentang fenomena yang ada di Dusun Tanggungrejo Desa Karangpatihan Kecamatan Balong Kabupaten Ponorogo tentang masyarakat tunagrahita yang diberdayakan melalui Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) Rumah Harapan Mulya. Pemberdayaan ini memiliki peran dalam membentuk keluarga sakinah para tunagrahita. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan memperhatikan teori Fungsinalisme Struktural oleh Talcott Parson yang menganalogikan bahwa masyarakat seperti halnya makhuk hidup yang terus tumbuh dan melihat empat fungsi imperatif AGIL dalam menganalisis tatanan sosial. Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) Rumah Harapan Mulya di Dusun Tanggungrejo Desa Karangpatihan Kecamatan Balong Kabupaten Ponorogo merupakan tempat pemberdayaan masyarakat tunagrahita dan masyarakat miskin. Kegiatan yang dilakukan melalui Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) Rumah Harapan Mulya adalah pemberdayaan di bidang keterampilan dan bidang peternakan. Masyarakat tunagrahita merupakan masyarakat yang memiliki keterbatasan intelektual yang menyebabkan mereka berada pada kondisi dibawah normal. Masyarakat tunagrahita yang ada di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) Rumah Harapan Mulya merupakan tunagrahita dengan kategori ringan dan sedang. Keluarga tunagrahita dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pokok anggota keluarga dengan penghasilan dari pemberdayaan di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) Rumah Harapan Mulya. Keluarga sakinah para tunagrahita dapat terwujud melalui pembinaan dari Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) Rumah Harapan Mulya. Kata Kunci: Peran, Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial, Keluarga sakinah Abstract The village is the smallest government unit that realizes development through empowerment which has concepts and stages aimed at the welfare of the community. In realizing the welfare of society, it can be started from the smallest component, namely the family. In family life there are every function and responsibility of each family member to achieve a harmonious life. Families have different characteristics with different life journeys. Therefore, this study discusses the phenomena that exist in the Hamlet of Responsibilities, Karangpatihan Village, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency about the mentally retarded community who are empowered through the Social Welfare Institution (LKS) Rumah Harapan Mulya. This empowerment has a role in forming a sakinah family for the mentally retarded. This research is a qualitative research by paying attention to the theory of Structural Functionalism by Talcott Parson which makes an analogy that society is like a living being that continues to grow and sees the four imperative functions of AGIL in analyzing social order. The Social Welfare Institution (LKS) Rumah Harapan Mulya in the Hamlet of Responsibilities, Karangpatihan Village, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency is a place for empowering mentally retarded and poor communities. Activities carried out through the Social Welfare Institution (LKS) Rumah Harapan Mulya are empowerment in the field of skills and the field of animal husbandry. The mentally retarded community is a society that has intellectual limitations that cause them to be in a below normal condition. The mentally retarded community in the Rumah Harapan Mulya Social Welfare Institution (LKS) is mentally retarded with mild and moderate categories. Mentally retarded families can meet the basic needs of family members with income from empowerment at the Rumah Harapan Mulya Social Welfare Institution (LKS). Abstract

The existence of two well-known preachers Habib Bahar Bin Smith and Habib Husein Ja'far who have characteristics and methods of conveying their da'wah messages through YouTube Media is the background to the conduct of this research in which the two preachers have ways/methods of da'wah that are quite interesting to Habib Husein Ja's attention 'far with his preaching style according to millennials while Habib Bahar Bin Smit with his firm preaching style. This is of course a topic of conversation among the people besides that the style or narrative of da'wah becomes a competitive or competitive arena that has great capacity to be built by a preacher to spread ideas, ideas and interests, therefore a preacher has ways/methods of conveying Islamic teachings. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the da'wah communication between Habib Husein Ja'far and Habib Bahar Bin Smith is on YouTube social media. This study uses qualitative methods, in which data is collected from various reliable sources, such as articles, journals, and the internet. The results of this study indicate that humans find new ways or methods in finding sources of information and da'wah content that is shared through the YouTube social media owned by habib husein ja'far and habib bahar bin smith can fulfill the curiosity of the public. In this case the method / way of preaching is very important because it will determine the results you want to achieve.

Abstract

Community empowerment is part of preaching activities, because preaching is not only limited to lectures. Empowerment of the community as a real action propaganda known as billhal propaganda. Preaching does not only improve the quality of your faith, but also preaching also needs to pay attention to the teraf of people's lives as honey. Improving the standard of living of the community can be done by means of community empowerment. In tune with the paradigm of community empowerment, that preaching has the aim to change the situation of honey through economic, social, political, cultural, educational, health and so forth. Community empowerment positions madu as both subject and object in Da'wa activities. In the Islamic perspective community empowerment has a starting goal which is to eliminate socioeconomic gaps between one another. So that Islam is taught the principles of social security, the principle of equality, the principle of participation, the principle of respect for the work ethic, and the principle of help. There are two ways taken in Islam in community empowerment, that is consumptive community empowerment and productive community empowerment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the potential of human resources that have not been fully explored. The majority of the population in Dukuh Tengah, Nambangrejo Village—particularly housewives and the younger generation—have free time that could be optimized for productive activities. This is due to limited access to skills training and a lack of exposure to creative economic opportunities. This assistance aims to enhance the community's creativity and skills, increase their knowledge about digital marketing and the use of information technology, boost income, and create new job opportunities for the Dukuh Tengah community. The method used is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). This program can empower the Dukuh Tengah community through bouquet-making and digital marketing training, targeting mothers and young women in Dukuh Tengah. The results of the study showed a significant increase in participants' skills in flower arranging after the training, as well as an improvement in their knowledge of digital marketing based on the materials provided.

Abstract

One of the MSMEs that have a pretty big opportunity is the craft of plastic woven bags. This community service was carried out in the plastic woven bag craft business unit owned by Mrs. Nikmah in Dukuh Krajan, Sukorejo Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency. This service using the Asset-based community development (ABCD) method is considered to be the right approach to the above problem which is an approach to community development that is in a large flow. This service to the community provides assistance in terms of marketing and product promotion. Promotion and marketing assistance aims to introduce woven products to the wider community so that they can increase sales of woven bags. The purpose of this service activity is to help provide solutions to problems related to marketing aspects by introducing a marketing mix strategy. The results of this activity show that the assistance carried out is able to encourage these business actors to maintain their business by maximizing marketing and promotion aspects. In practice, The prospect of developing a plastic woven bag business in Dukuh Krajan, Sukorejo Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo, showed significant results, including the introduction of a marketing mix strategy that can support woven business productivity and expand marketing by utilizing social media and to make products more recognizable the broad public.

Abstract

This article discusses the use of social media as an effective promotional tool in Sokosewu Park's modern marketing strategy. The main aim of this article is to explore how social media can be used to increase name visibility, expand audience reach, and encourage deeper interactions with Sokosewu Park tourists. The method used in this research is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method which prioritizes the utilization of assets and potential that exist around Sokosewu Park and are owned by the community. To then be used as material that empowers Sokosewu Park and the community itself. The research results show that strategic use of social media can significantly increase audience reach and tourist engagement. An integrated campaign with high-quality content and the right platform selection results in a significant increase in tourist destination recognition and tourist response. These findings confirm that social media, when used appropriately, is a powerful promotional tool that can support marketing objectives and strengthen relationships with target audiences.

Abstract

Most of the residents of Nambangrejo Village work as local cultural craft businesses. The problem in that place is that they are only able to market their products in the surrounding environment. This is what causes the business to take a very long time and is difficult to develop and become big. The purpose of this study is to create products that can be accepted by consumers in accordance with the targeted marketing strategy and develop the business on a larger scale. The method used is field research, namely the qualitative method. Its implementation is carried out by providing assistance in marketing and promoting local cultural craft businesses. The results obtained from the assistance, which were initially only in the environment, have now spread widely to other areas. So, as a conclusion in the training activity for developing marketing strategies for local cultural craft businesses, namely being able to understand insights about marketing strategies, having skills in marketing a local art tool product and how to make products that are currently acceptable in the market so that products can compete in terms of quality and marketing.

Abstract

One of the functions of music is as a mass communication medium. Music can record reality and launch social criticism. This research is entitled "Social Criticism in Music (Semiotic Analysis in the Lyrics of the Song "Like Rahim Ibu" by the band Efek Rumah Kaca). This research aims to understand the meaning and explore social criticism in the lyrics of the song Like Rahim Ibu by Efek Rumah Kaca and Najwa Shihab through study of semiotic analysis theory. The theoretical basis used in this research is Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis theory. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method using a social approach. The data collection technique in this research uses the documentation method , autobiographies, memoirs, diaries, articles, magazines, and other data that supports this research. This research uses Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The results of this researcher conclude that the lyrics of the song "Like a Mother's Womb" are a form of implicit social criticism the songwriter wanted to convey to listeners and music lovers

Abstract

This research aims to understand the relationship between da'wah and economic development, the basic concept of development, and sustainable economic development. Currently, da'wah is often seen only as an activity to spread religious teachings, not as an effort to improve people's welfare, even though there are still inequalities in development, especially in the economic aspect. The method used in this study is Library Research, which utilizes various literature to collect data from relevant sources, such as journals, books, books, and certain writings. In the perspective of Islam, da'wah is not only limited to ritual and spiritual aspects, but also covers various aspects of life, including economics. Islam emphasizes that the well-being of society involves more than just worship of Allah; It is also related to how individuals and communities can live decently, prosperously, and fairly. Da'wah and economic development influence each other and can strengthen each other. In addition, education and the dissemination of religious values play an important role in increasing public awareness and knowledge. Development aims to improve the standard of living of the community to be better and prosperous, it is expected to meet the economic, social, and environmental needs of the current community without sacrificing the capabilities of future generations

Abstract

Keberhasilan dari pembangunan suatu bangsa terletak dari kualitas sumber daya manusianya, baik dari segi ekonomi, sosial, budaya, dan politik. Perkembangan zaman pada era globalisasi ini memberikan banyak dampak bagi seluruh aspek dan tatanan masyarakat yang ada. Era globalisi saat ini memberikan banyak dampak, baik dampak positif maupun dampak negatif. Dampak negatif dari globalisasi perlu adanya penanganan yang khusus. Salah satu penangan dari dampak globalisasi saat ini dengan dakwah pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dakwah pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan suatu bentuk aksi nyata perubahan dan pengembangan segala bentuk potensi yang dimiliki. Potensi yang ada perlu diberdayakan secara bersama dengan tujuan pencapaian perbaikan kehidupan masyarakat. The success of a nation's development lies in the quality of its human resources, both economic, social, cultural, and political. The era of globalization has had a dramatic impact on all aspects and social order. The present global era brings many impacts, both positive and negative effects. The negative effects of globalization need special treatment. One of the handlers of today's globalization's impact with the empowerment of society. The empowering of society is a tangible action action of change and development of all forms of potential. Existing potential needs to be empowered together with the goal of improving people's lives.
