Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning processes and outcomes through the application of the Children Learning In Science (CLIS) learning model on the water cycle of class V UPT SD Negeri 2 Gandangbatu Sillanan, Tana Toraja Regency. This research approach uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects in this study were fifth grade students of UPT SD Negeri 2 Gandangbatu Sillanan in the 2022/2023 school year, totaling 23 students consisting of 11 boys and 12 girls, and a teacher. Data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing which are processed qualitatively. Based on the data obtained during the implementation of cycles I and II, the research results for cycle I were in the Fair category (C) and for cycle II were in the category (B). The conclusion of this study is that the process and learning outcomes of students about the water cycle of class V UPT SD Negeri 2 Gandangbatu Sillanan, Tana Toraja Regency by applying the Children Learning In Science learning model has increased.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low process and learning outcomes of class V students. This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning processes and outcomes. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is PTK. The subjects in this study were teachers and fifth grade students of UPT SD Negeri 118 Kotu for the 2022/2023 academic year, a total of 11 students consisting of 7 boys and 4 girls. Based on observations of teachers in cycle I and cycle II, the level of success obtained was the category good (B). Likewise with student activities during the learning process in cycle I and cycle II which have been going well so that good categories are obtained (B. cycle I with the average value of learning outcomes obtained by students in the category (C), in cycle II it has again increased with the category good (B) The conclusion in this study is that the application of the talking stick learning model can improve the process and student learning outcomes regarding reading skill fiction and nonfiction class V UPT SD Negeri 118 Kotu.

Abstract

Program Kampus mengajar Angkatan 1 merupakan salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan MBKM berupa asistensi mengajar untuk memberdayakan mahasiswa dalam membantu proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar (SD) berbagai desa/kota di Indonesia. Kegiatan Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 1 mencangkup pembelajaran di semua mata pelajaran yang berfokus literasi dan numerasi, adaptasi teknologi, dan bantuan administrasi  sekolah. SD Inpres Cilellang Utara, Kabupaten Barru merupakan salah satu sekolah penempatan dalam kegiatan Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 1. Melalui kegiatan Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 1 ini, mahasiswa membantu sekolah melaksanakan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) yang berfokus pada literasi dan numerasi serta kecakapan hidup. Telah dilakukan kegiatan Kampus Mengajar Angkatan 1 di SD Negeri 8 JALANGE Kecematan Mallusetasi Kabupaten Barru. Kegiatan ini di selenggarakan oleh kemendikbud melalui Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka. Latar belakang dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu siswa Sekolah Dasar yang berada di daerah 3T agar tetap bisa melaksanakan proses pembelajaran di tengah pandemi Covid-19 baik secara Daring maupun Luring

Abstract

Kars Inti Amanah merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang otomotif dengan banyak cabang yang tersebar di kota besar Indonesia dan memiliki kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Adanya peningkatan jumlah cabang di berbagai wilayah mengakibatkan kekurangan jumlah sales force di masing-masing cabang. Untuk mengurangi beban kerja berlebih, perusahaan harus memiliki jumlah karyawan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan dan mengacu pada manpower planning yang telah dibuat. Proses pemenuhan karyawan dilakukan dengan melaksanakan rekrutmen kandidat untuk posisi sales force. Tahapan rekrutmen posisi sales force di PT. Kars Inti Amanah yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa magang kampus merdeka, yaitu melakukan penyebaran informasi lowongan kerja, seleksi kandidat, interview user, psikotes, dan penempatan. Kegiatan rekrutmen dilakukan selama kurang lebih 4,5 bulan dan didapatkan jumlah pelamar pada bulan Februari sebanyak 15 pelamar, bulan Maret sebanyak 152 pelamar, bulan April sebanyak 165 pelamar, bulan Mei sebanyak 281 pelamar, dan bulan Juni sebanyak 308 posisi sales force. Kandidat yang melaksanakan proses psikotes pada bulan Februari sebanyak 5 kandidat, bulan Maret sebanyak 11 kandidat, bulan April sebanyak 12 kandidat, bulan Mei sebanyak 50 kandidat, dan bulan Juni sebanyak 26 kandidat. Hasil proses rekrutmen kandidat diperoleh hasil pada bulan Februari sebanyak 4 orang yang bergabung, bulan Maret sebanyak 17 orang, bulan April sebanyak 6 orang, bulan Mei sebanyak 12 orang, dan bulan Juni sebanyak 24 orang untuk posisi sales force di PT. Kars Inti Amanah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether compensation can increase work motivation in employees. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Mandala Multifinance, Tbk, Makassar 1 and Makassar 2 branches. The sample in this study was 40 respondents with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling. The data collection method in this research uses a Likert scale with two variables, namely motivation and compensation. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence between financial compensation and work motivation.
