Abstract

Rhodamine B is a synthetic red dye which is commonly used as textile dyes and banned its use in food and beverages. The red dye is harmful to health and it can cause poisoning symptoms if it is swallowed, and it can damage the liver when it is taken long term. Although it has been banned because of its toxicity, but there is abuse of rhodamine B as a food coloring, such as in tomato sauce product. The purpose of this study is to validate the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for analysis of rhodamine B in a tomato sauce. The analytical method used is HPLC with reverse phase system. The analytical method has met the requirements of method validation according to the International Conference of Harmonization with the detection and quantitation limits, 1 ppm and 3 ppm respectively. Based on the results of the qualitative analysis of rhodamine B in tomato sauce samples, one of the three samples of tomato sauce that is not listed in NA-DFC (The National Agency of Drug and Food Control) showed positive result, it was shown with the same retention time between samples and standards (5.5 minutes). Average level of rhodamine B in the sample was 25 μg/g of tomato sauce.

Abstract

CHROMATOGRAPHIC BEHAVIOUR OF CADMIUM-(II) IN HYDROUS CERIC OXIDE COLUMN. The potential of hydrous ceric oxide (HCO) in the immobilization of cadmium ions enables the compound to be used as an adsorbent for recovering 112Cd target in the production of medical radioisotope 111ln. Since the enriched-112Cd is very expensive, the dynamic sorption of 112Cd in HCO column needs to be evaluated. In the presented work, the HCO was synthesized through the reaction of ceric Sulphate and ammoniac solution. The reaction product was then heated and dried at 1000C to give HCO. A series of Cd(II) standard solutions was loaded onto HCO columns followed by fractional elution and determination of Cd(II)-content in each eluate fraction. The quantitative determination of Cd(II) content was performed by UV-spectrophotometry at 301 nm with a standard regression curve expressed as A = O.OOO1C - 0.0002. The chromatographic behaviour of Cd(II) in HCO column was characterized by dynamic sorption capacity, elution profile, recovery yield and total volume of the eluent. It appears that the dynamic sorption of Cd(II) increases if the HCO was treated with ammoniac solution instead of with 0.1 M HCL solution. By using NH4OH solutions (5 %, 10 % and 20 %) as eluents, it is shown that the concentration of NH4OH does not significantly affect the Cd(II)-elution profile. The recovery yield was obtained in the range of 94 to 100 %, while most the eluted Cd(II) was collected in the first and second- 2 mL fractions. PERILAKU KROMATOGRAFI KADMIUM-(II) DALAM KOLOM RESIN SERIUM OKSIDA. Potensi resin anorganik serium oksida (HCO) untuk mengikat ion kadmium mendorong kemungkinan pemanfaatan HCO dalam proses pemungutan ulang bahan sasaran 112Cd diperkaya yang digunakan dalam proses produksi radioisotop medis 111ln. Karena mahalnya bahan sasaran 112Cd tersebut, maka fenomena penyerapan dinamik 112Cd pada kolom resin HCO dipelajari dengan menggunakan Cd alam. Di dalam percobaan ini HCO disintesis melalui reaksi antara serium sulfat dengan larutan amonia. Produk reaksi dipanaskan dan dikeringkan pada suhu 100°C untuk mengubahnya menjadi HCO. Larutan standard Cd(II) dengan variasi konsentrasi dimasukkan ke dalam kolom HCO dan kemudian dilakukan elusi berfraksi diikuti dengan pemeriksaan kandungan Cd(II) dalam masing-masing fraksi eluat. Penentuan kuantitatif Cd(II) dilakukan dengan metoda spektrofotometri UV pada panjang gelombang 301 nm dengan persamaan regresi standar yang dinyatakan sebagai A = O,OOO1C - 0,0002. Sifat kromatografi Cd(II) dalam kolom HCO dipelajari melalui pengamatan terhadap 4 aspek yaitu kapasitas penyerapan dinamik, profil elusi, efisiensi elusi dan volume total eluen yang diperlukan. Didapatkan bahwa penyerapan dinamik Cd(II) pada kolom HCO yang diaktivasi dengan larutan HCL 0,1 M lebih rendah dibandingkan pada kolom HCO yang diaktivasi dengan larutan NH4OH (5 %, 10 % dan 20 %). Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan eluen NH4OH dengan konsentrasi 5 %, 10 % dan 20 % tidak memberikan perbedaan profil elusi Cd(II) yang signifikan. Dengan elusi berfraksi sebanyak 2 mL per fraksi eluat, didapatkan akumulasi Cd(II) terelusi pada 2 fraksi eluat pertama dengan efisiensi elusi antara 94 - 100 %.

Abstract

One of the determining factors in repurchasing a product is the halal factor. Especially for the people of Indonesia is one of the country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Because of this, the government issued Republic of Indonesia Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Guaranteed Halal Products, that not all products circulating in society are guaranteed to be halal. X facial wash is one of the products that has received a halal certificate and Top Brand Award for 3 consecutive years (2020-2022) in the first place for facial wash category. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the halal label, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions and whether there is an impact on repurchasing intention for X facial wash. The method used is descriptive quantitative and collecting data through questionnaires. Data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) technique. The number of respondents was 235 people who had purchased and used X Facial Wash product during the last 6 months. Data analysis shows that halal label, price, and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions, but have no effect on repurchasing. This means the existence of a halal label, affordable prices, and the quality of X facial wash products are the determining factors for consumers to purchase products, but not for repurchasing. The halal label, price and product quality can be used to determine consumers' purchasing decisions, but for repeat purchases, efforts are still needed to dig deeper into the determining factors.

Abstract

The development of cosmetic products and increasingly fierce competition between brands make it necessary for cosmetic brands to be able to maintain and increase product purchases by customers. This study aims to provide scientific evidence regarding the influence of brand image, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction and its impact on repurchase of cosmetic skin care products. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative verification. The research sample consisted of 255 respondents and was analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with LISREL software version 10.2. The results showed that brand image and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image, product quality, price and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on repurchase of cosmetic skin care products. Brand image and price are the main factors that can influence customer satisfaction, while product quality is not the main consideration that influences customer satisfaction for cosmetic skin care products. Brand image, product quality, price and customer satisfaction are important factors that encourage customers to repurchase cosmetic skin care products.

Abstract

Fraktur menjadi penyebab kematian terbesar ketiga dibawah penyakit jantung koroner dan tuberkulosi. Sebagian besar fraktur memerlukan tindakan ORIF. Penatalaksaan fraktur dengan tindakan ORIF merupakan upaya untuk memanipulasi fragmen tulang sehingga kembali seperti semula secara optimum. Pengendalian biaya dengan melakukan perhitungan biaya satuan pelayanan pada periode tertentu dan secara bertahap evaluasi dilakukan Manajemen Rumah Sakit Untuk dilakukan intervensi yang pada akhirnya Rumah Sakit mendapatkan biaya pelayanan yang efisien. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji perbedaan tarif riil rumah sakit dengan tarif INA-CBG’s pasien bedah orthopedi tindakan ORIF di RSUD Pasar Rebo. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien operasi bedah orthopedi dengan tindakan ORIF di RSUD Pasar Rebo periode Januari 2020 - Desember 2020, dengan sampel yang diambil secara acak sebanyak 41 pasien tindakan ORIF. Data diolah secara deskriptif dan dilakukan uji perbandingan antara tarif rumah sakit dan metode INA CBG’s. Berdasarkan perhitungan biaya tindakan ORIF dengan metode tarif rumah sakit diperoleh rata-rata Rp. 19.116.379,- dengan biaya minimum Rp. 7.644.487,- dan maksimum Rp. 40.029.676. Sementara itu pada hasil perhitungan dengan metode INA CBG’s diperoleh rata-rata sebesar Rp. 12.591.329,49 dengan minimum Rp. 7.754.500,- dan maksimum Rp. 24.617.499.-. Pada uji perbandingan hasil perhitungan biaya tindakan ORIF dengan metode perhitungan RS diperoleh hasil bahwa metode perhitungan tariff rumah sakit lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode perhitungan INA CBG’s dengan rata-rata selisih sebesar Rp. 6,525,049. Pada uji beda dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil perhitungan biaya tindakan ORIF menggunakan metode tarif RS dengan tarif BPJS/INA CBG’S.

Abstract

Community service on counseling and assistance in making solid soap has been carried out at the Al-Amien Islamic Boarding School, Tangerang. This activity was attended by students and junior high school students, senior high school students and the general public. Participants were given knowledge and training regarding the process of preparing, manufacturing, storing and marketing transparent solid soap digital products from palm kernel oil. The quality of the transparent solid soap produced will be tested and compared with the transparent solid soap on the market. This activity is expected to increase the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri so that it can be an opportunity to start a business and meet the soap needs in Islamic boarding schools. This activity is carried out online and offline in the form of workshops with counseling/lectures and practices. This activity needs to be monitored, mentoring and mentoring for future businesses. The resulting transparent solid soap has a pH of 8.43-8.45, a hardness of 34.3-34.4 10-1mm, water content 21.45-21.89%, free fatty acids 0.94-0.98% and 1.74- 1.95%. Abstract

Hand sanitizer di saat pandemik ini menjadi primadona sehingga bahan-bahannya menjadi langka dan harganya melonjak berlipat-lipat, hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat melakukan pembuatan hand sanitizer sendiri, namun seringkali masayarakat menggunakan bahan-bahan yang berdampak buruk pada Kesehatan. Enzim dari “sampah” ini adalah salah satu cara manajemen sampah yang memanfaatkan sisa-sisa dapur untuk sesuatu yang sangat bermanfaat, dengan demikian sangat logis bila eco-enzyme ini disebut dengan istilah “cairan ajaib”. .Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan program kemitraan masyarakat ini berupa kegiatan dalam bentuk edukasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pengolahan sampah organik menjadi cairan eco-enzyme sebagai bahan hand sanitizer pada POSDAYA SOKA yang beralamat Jalan Bungur 2 Kp. Duku., RT. 02/12 Kelurahan Kebayoran Lama Selatan, Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama Jakarta Selatan. Hasil kegiatan, anggota POSDAYA SOKA dapat mengelola dan memanfaatkan sampah organik menjadi cairan eco-enzyme untuk bahan hand sanitizer, sehingga terjadi peningkatan kemandirian kesehatan anggota POSDAYA melalui penggunaan hand sanitizer hasil swadaya masyarakat

Abstract

Fituno merupakan salah satu merek suplemen kesehatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Meskipun telah ada di pasar, Fituno masih menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan pangsa pasar dan kalah saing dengan produk kompetitor sejenis seperti Imboost dan Stimuno. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Fituno dan minat beli ulang di Apotek Kimia Farma. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian potong lintang atau cross sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan 150 responden yang merupakan pelanggan apotek yang pernah belanja ke apotek sebanyak minimal 2x. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga yang kompetitif tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh p-value >0,005. Sementara itu citra merek dan peran Apoteker berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan perolehan nilai p-value <0,005. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas produk, harga, citra merek, dan peran apoteker memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang Fituno dengan nilai p-value <0,005.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality, drug availability, and facilities on patient satisfaction and its impact on patient loyalty at the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Hospital X in Bekasi City. As a healthcare provider, Hospital X faces intense competition with other hospitals, which requires continuous improvement in service quality to retain patients. The research employed a quantitative approach using a questionnaire survey to collect primary data. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS, including respondent characteristics, frequency, percentage, total score, and variable mean analysis. The results reveal that service quality significantly affects patient satisfaction (t = 5.343; p = 0.000; f² = 0.057), drug availability significantly influences patient satisfaction (t = 2.259; p = 0.046; f² = 0.250), and facilities also have a significant effect (t = 2.096; p = 0.023; f² = 0.604). Furthermore, service quality, drug availability, and facilities significantly affect patient loyalty (t > 2; p < 0.05). Mediation analysis shows that patient satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between service quality, drug availability, and facilities with patient loyalty. Overall, the study concludes that service quality, drug availability, and facilities positively and significantly influence both patient satisfaction and patient loyalty.
