Abstract

Perkembangan dunia industri tengah memasuki era baru yang disebut Revolusi Industri 4.0. Dalam sektor perekonomian, khususnya bidang akuntansi, semakin banyak perusahaan kecil, menengah dan besar (corporation) yang menggunakan sistem informasi akuntansi. Jumlah UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) di kota Kediri tumbuh cukup pesat dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir ini. Beberapa usaha mikro misalnya di sektor makanan dan minuman, kerajinan dan yang bergerak dalam hal penyediaan kebutuhan dasar atau primer. Salah satu UMKM makanan dan minuman yang sedang merintis usaha adalah martabak dan terang bulan ”Hollywood” Kediri. Dari aspek pencatatan keuangan, masih dilakukan secara manual. Belum ada aplikasi pencatatan apapun yang digunakan, semua pengeluaran dan pemasukan dicatat dalam buku secara manual. Hal ini menyebabkan kesulitan dalam melihat laba harian, mingguan dan bulanan, semua dihitung secara manual dengan menggunakan kalkulator. Langkah pelaksanaan kegiatan antara lain pertama Persiapan, Analisis Kebutuhan, dan Diskusi dengan mitra; kedua Penerapan aplikasi pembukuan sederhana berbasis android; ketiga Pendampingan dan Evaluasi Kegiatan; keempat Publikasi Kegiatan; dan terakhir Penulisan Laporan Akhir. Dengan implementasi aplikasi pembukuan sederhana berbasis android, diharapkan usaha martabak dan terang bulan ”Hollywood” Kediri ini dalam pelaporan keuangannya menjadi semakin efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Nur Kholiq Chicken Farm is a traditional chicken farm with a significant turnover in Blitar Regency that still relies on an inefficient conventional lighting system. Addressing this issue, this community service aims to implement an automatic lighting control system in the chicken coop using Google Home, smart lamps, and internet connection, enabling remote control via smartphone. This community service's activities included discussions with partners, procurement of equipment, system installation, user training, and evaluation. The evaluation demonstrated the successful implementation of the Google Home and smart lamp-based automatic lighting control system at Nur Kholiq Chicken Farm, as well as a significant increase in the partner's knowledge regarding the use of this technology.

Abstract

This study explores the interplay between long-term orientation traditions, strategic planning, and their influence on Generation Z mindset and environmental sustainability concerns in Indonesia. This study investigates how cultural values and future-focused behaviors shape attitudes toward ecological responsibility. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire targeting students from private universities across various Indonesian regions, providing a diverse perspective. Using advanced analytical methods with SmartPLS, the study reveals that Generation Z in Indonesia exhibits a significant awareness of and engagement with environmentally themed initiatives. These findings highlight the generational shift toward prioritizing sustainability within societal and cultural contexts. The research contributes theoretically and practically by enhancing the understanding of generational dynamics in sustainability efforts and offering actionable insights for policymakers, educators, and environmental organizations. Ultimately, it underscores Generation Z's potential as a key driver of sustainable development, aligning with Indonesia’s long-term environmental goals.

Abstract

Amidst the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, non-essential activities have shifted mainly to the safety of people's homes. This includes remote work (Work From Home) and shopping for basic needs online. However, service workers, particularly those in the service sector like Muhammad Sahrul, have faced significant challenges navigating the pandemic's impact. Sahrul, who owns an all-brand car repair shop, experienced a decline in customers visiting his workshop due to the outbreak. Recognizing the need for a fresh approach, Sahrul created "Sahrul Home Car Care," offering car repair services at customers' residences. To support this initiative, a team of researchers proposed technology-based solutions to improve his advertising strategy. The researchers developed a user-friendly digital portal, www.sahrulhomecarcare.com, showcasing Sahrul's services and implementing an appointment booking system. Additionally, they guided leveraging digital marketing channels to expand his outreach. Thanks to these digital innovations, Sahrul's business gained traction, attracting more customers and positive feedback. Embracing technology proved instrumental in overcoming the pandemic's challenges and ensuring the continued success of "Sahrul Home Car Care" in this ever-evolving digital era.

Abstract

Promoting interactive and engaging learning remains a major challenge, particularly in the design and development of instructional media that can serve as a virtual instructor for accounting students. To address this challenge, the present study introduces the development of a virtual teaching assistant specifically designed for accounting courses, with a focus on the inventory topic. The virtual assistant delivers guided instruction in audio format by utilizing Google’s text-to-speech technology, aiming to enhance students’ comprehension and engagement during learning activities and assessments. The integration of text-to-speech into inventory learning media represents the novelty of this research. Accordingly, the system named Interactive Learning Media of Inventory (ILMI) was developed through a structured process consisting of needs analysis, system design, implementation, user testing, and maintenance. Finally, the system was evaluated and achieved a SUS score of 79, indicating a high level of usability based on respondent feedback.

Abstract

Jimpitan is one of flagship programs in RT 06, RW 02, Ngronggo, Kediri. This program is an activity to collect daily savings money which is stored in a container and hung in front of the yard along with a board that will be taken and collected by Siskamling officers every night. Unfortunately, sometimes there are differences between the officer records with the board, so residents need to report and go to the RT staff to justify. Therefore, this paper describes how to improve the ease of managing jimpitan by building an interactive tool that can be used easily and quickly. The tool built is in the form of online applications that can be accessed anytime and anywhere and it is designed like "m-banking". To do that, we carried out 4 major stages, namely preparation, system development, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The results show that the apps can simplify the savings and mutations monitoring by using mobile-based application and the web-based application.

Abstract

The product of Handmade Soap (soap that made by home industry using herbal) is a business that requires expertise in chemical compounding. Production of the herbal soap should be handled by qualified chemist, pharmacist, or pharmaceutical technical personnel. A pharmacist from Bhayangkara Hospital Kediri, Qurrota A’yunin, S.Farm, Apt. has ability in manufacturing of the handmade soap. But, the main problem is marketing, because it has not done to public society. Therefore, many people do not recognize about this product eventhough it has quality with good planning. To overcome this problem, we create web-based portal for marketing in kiranahandmade-soap.com and mentoring in marketing using social media through In-house Training, for instance, by posting attractive and persuasive ads. The result of this community service program is web company profile that able to be accessed on https://kiranahandmadesoap.com, facebook account “Sabun Kirana” and Instagram account “@sabunkirana”. Furthermore, after mentoring activity, in fact there has not been a significant increase in profitability, because the digital marketing activities are still running for 2 months. Although the number of selling is stagnant, the marketing media helped in expanding the information about Kirana Handmade Soap.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi produksi bawang merah karena tingginya konsumsi masyarakat. Melihat potensi ini, Bapak Surasa dari, Kota Kediri mendirikan usaha bawang merah goreng “Rizqi” sejak 2018. Bapak Surasa menjalankan usaha ini secara mandiri dan manual. Hanya bagian perajangan yang menggunakan alat kayu yang didorong. Selain itu, masalah lain yang ditemui adalah seiring berjalannya waktu jumlah pelanggan tidak bertambah karena pemasaran yang dilakukan masih sebatas menitipkan produk ke warung dan pedagang keliling. Hal ini karena bapak Surasa belum mencoba pemasaran online untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini, tim pengabdian menawarkan sejumlah solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut antara lain dengan memanfaatkan teknologi mesin perajang untuk menambah kapasitas produksi dan memanfaatkan marketplace untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dimulai dari pengadaan alat perajang dan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan penggunaan alat. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan membuatkan toko online di marketplace sekaligus pelatihan penggunaannya. Tim pengabdian juga melakukan pendampingan proses penggunaan alat dan pemasaran online. Hasil dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penerapan teknologi alat perajang sehingga UMKM bawang goreng Rizqi mampu menghasilkan enam kali lipat yakni 60kg setiap kali produksi. Di sisi lain, sampai akhir kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan, UMKM bawang goreng Rizqi sudah mendapat 2 pesanan dari luar kota Kediri yakni Surabaya dan Lamongan masing-masing 5 pcs. Selanjutnya diharapkan UMKM bawang goreng Rizqi mampu memanfaatkan teknologi mesin perajang yang telah diberikan dan aktif memasarkan produk di marketplace yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Fenomena bonus demografi di Jawa Timur ditandai dengan peningkatan angka kelahiran bayi dalam tiga tahun terakhir yang mendorong munculnya peluang usaha di bidang layanan kesehatan dan relaksasi anak, salah satunya baby spa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan aset tetap berwujud guna meningkatkan produktivitas layanan pada mitra tunggal, yaitu Syafiqa Mom and Baby Kid’s Spa, yang melayani anak usia 0–12 tahun. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, diskusi partisipatif dengan mitra, inventarisasi aset tetap, pendampingan penggunaan sarana, serta evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan observasi langsung dan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas layanan sebesar 35% setelah pengadaan Nebulizer Terapi Uap Pernafasan dan Premium Baby Swimming Pool, dengan rata-rata jumlah pelanggan bulanan naik dari 40 menjadi 54 orang. Selain itu, tingkat kepuasan pelanggan meningkat sebesar 25% berdasarkan kuesioner evaluasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa optimalisasi aset tetap berwujud mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan sekaligus pendapatan usaha, sehingga dapat memperkuat daya saing mitra dalam industri jasa baby spa.
