Abstract

The reconstruction of the Banjarmasin-Martapura Road Section II is carried out to meet the community's needs for better transportation access. In this project, the role of heavy equipment is very important to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the project. This study aims to analyze  the output level of  heavy equipment based on theory and field conditions and identify factors that affect productivity in Laston Lapis Wear (AC-WC) road paving work.The method applied in the analysis of heavy equipment production capacity is  the Time Study Method. This method is used to calculate the standard time of work by collecting data on the amount of time it takes to complete a task.The results of the study show that the production capacity of heavy equipment based on theory reaches 301.06 tons/day and the duration of work is 5 (five) days with the number of heavy equipment Asphalt Sprayer as many as 1 tool, Dump Truck as many as 20 tools, Asphalt Finisher as many as 1 tool, Tandem Roller as many as 1 tool, and Pneumatic Tire Roller a total of 1 tool. Meanwhile, based on the analysis carried out in the field, it was found that the productivity of all heavy equipment was 143 tons/day and the duration of work was 11 (eleven) working days with the number of heavy equipment Asphalt Sprayer as many as 1 tool, Dump Truck as many as 26 tools, Asphalt Finisher as many as 1 tool, Tandem Roller as many as 1 tool, and Pneumatic Tire Roller a total of 1 tool.  The aspects that affect the performance of heavy equipment in this study are material factors, field, heavy equipment conditions, weather and time management.

Abstract

In its implementation, construction projects are often faced with various risks that can hinder the achievement of goals. Likewise, the construction project of the South Kalimantan House of Representatives (DPRD) Building which is planned to consist of three main floors and a basement will certainly face its own challenges in the project, such as extreme weather, or even delays in material delivery, can be the main cause of risks or obstacles in the project.In this project, data was obtained from questionnaires and interviews with the project party and competent parties outside the project. The risk analysis in this project uses the Severity Index method and the Probability and Impact Matrix method. Furthermore, the dominant risk mitigation is by conducting interviews with competent project parties.The results of the research from the risk analysis in this project obtained 26 risk variables consisting of the Undesirable and Unacceptable categories, risk responses were obtained by means of Risk Reduction for 22 risk variables, Risk Avoidance for 3 risk variables, Risk retention for 1 risk variable Keywords: Analisis risiko, Severity Indeks, Probability and Impact Matrix

Abstract

In an effort to meet the deadline for the Banjarmasin – Martapura Road Reconstruction Project Section II, the implementing party often accelerates the schedule by implementing an overtime work system. To determine the labor productivity of the Banjarmasin – Martapura Road Reconstruction Project Section II, this study uses the partial productivity method. This method compares the time used per day as the input value with the amount of work produced each day as the output value.The results of the calculation obtained from the productivity analysis using a partial approach are obtained that the average productivity of normal working hours in paving work is 15,923 m3/hour and in road shoulder casting work is 1,877 m3/hour. The average productivity of overtime working hours for paving work was 16,285 m3/hour and for casting work was 2,190 m3/hour. From the results obtained, it is known that the productivity value of overtime working hours is greater than the productivity of normal working hours, this is due to obstacles that occur, namely the asphalt and concrete production process from AMP (Asphalt Mixing Plant) which is late because the engine that often breaks down is also because this road project is in the middle of a dense community so that the material process to the location often experiences delays. By implementing overtime working hours, the labor wage budget increased by 86.717%. However, the amount of overtime wages implemented by the Banjarmasin – Martapura Road Reconstruction Project Section II is not in accordance with the amount of wages according to the provisions of Government Regulation No. 35 of 2021. Keywords: Partial productivity, overtime work, overtime wages, labor

Abstract

The reconstruction of Wanaraya Road is very important for the people of Wanaraya especially the economic impact because most of the livelihood of its citizens is as farmers and citrus fruit gardeners. This study's objective is to examine the contrast of heavy equipment productivity and the duration of paving work calculated using the Minister of PUPR Regulation no.8 of 2023 with analysis based on realization in the field and analyzing influencing factors in paving work. The method used in the analysis of heavy equipment productivity is time study. Time study is a method of measuring the productivity of the workforce in the field by determining the standard time for a job            The findings from the examination of the heavy equipment theory productivity in paving work are asphalt plant facility  (AMP) 262.5 tons/day, Truk pengangkut material by 274.65 tons/day, Asphalt Finisher amounting to 711.65 tons/day, Tandem Roller 317.8 tons/day, and pneumatic tire rollers of 392.4 tons/day. The value of heavy machinery in terms of productivity for paving work based on theory is 262.5 tons/day with a work duration of 5 (five) days. Meanwhile, according to the field's analysis, the value of productivity of all heavy equipment is 105.48 tons/day with a duration of paving work for 18 (eighteen) working days. The factors that affect the productivity of heavy equipment in this study are the availability of materials, the state of the heavy equipment used, as well as the weather. Abstract

The project implementation deadline has a significant impact to avoid losses including disputes, cost overruns of construction costs and delays in project implementation. Project schedule planning has various project planning methods that aim to manage implementation time. Project scheduling methods include Barchart, Critical Path Method, Precendence Diagram Method, Project Evaluation and Review Technique. This study analyzes project scheduling using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) by analyzing the duration, dependency relationships, lag and lead, critical path and float on the Multi-Storey Building and Renovation of PAUD Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Rahmaniah Classroom project in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan. This study uses primary data from interviews and secondary data. The analysis is carried out by identifying the duration, dependency relationships by conducting interviews with competent experts, analyzing lag and lead, critical path and float using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM). The results of the study indicate that the project duration based on the analysis for 125 calendar days, there are 43 job descriptions included in the critical path and 41 job descriptions included in the float. This study confirms that project scheduling using the Precedence Diagram Method has various advantages that can facilitate control and decision making during the project. This study can be used as a reference in time control in similar project research, namely simple multi-storey buildings and determining duration, dependency relationships, lag and lead in work descriptions and this study can be used as a reference in time control research with the Precendence Diagram Method in similar work descriptions.

Abstract

Construction projects often face delays and cost overruns due to material delays, labor shortages, and adverse weather. In the Sports Building project in South Kalimantan, a 17-day delay beyond the planned 270-day schedule increased costs, risk of penalties, and threatened the contractor’s reputation and project sustainability. Therefore, accelerating completion is essential to reduce losses. Overtime on critical path activities is a common acceleration method but requires careful analysis since excessive overtime can reduce productivity and raise costs. This study aims to analyze alternatives for accelerating the duration of the construction of a sports arena in South Kalimantan using the Time Cost Trade-Off (TCTO) method. TCT) method is applied, focusing on adding 2, 3, and 4 hours of overtime per day on critical path tasks. The approach integrates actual project data, regulations, and productivity factors to develop effective acceleration strategies. Results show that adding 3 hours of overtime daily is the most efficient, reducing duration from 287 to 283 days and saving IDR 71,652,415.38. However, the 270-day target is not yet met, requiring further crashing. This paper presents only one crashing iteration as a practical simulation to demonstrate the method and potential outcomes. Future crashing will focus on tasks with the lowest cost slope while considering task dependencies.

Abstract

Proyek konstruksi adalah usaha untuk membuat bangunan atau infrastruktur, kesalahan saat pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi yang bisa memberikan dampak kepada penambahan biaya dan waktu. Oleh karena itu, untuk menghindari dari berbagai risiko terhadap penambahan waktu dan biaya maka perlu dilakukan analisis risiko. Pada penelitian ini bermaksud untuk melakukan identifikasi, analisis, serta mengetahui penyebab kemudian memberikan solusi penangan risiko pada Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Dinas Jabatan Gubernur Kalimantan Selatan. Data kuesioner yang didapatkan dari para responden untuk masing-masing variabel frekuensi dengan aspek dampak waktu dan biaya dilakukan uji validitas serta reliabilitas dengan memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk mengetahui tingkatan risiko dengan menganalisis data Probability and Impact menggunakan metode Severity Index, dan mengkategorikan variabel-variabel tersebut dengan diplotkan ke tabel Probability and Impact Grid kemudian mengkategorikan variabel risiko tersebut ke dalam skala penerimaan risiko. Hasil penelitian dari analisis risiko pada proyek ini, didapatkan 20 variabel risiko pada aspek waktu serta 22 variabel risiko pada aspek biaya dengan kategori rendah dan sedang tidak ada yang berkategori tinggi. Dengan 7 kategori risiko yang dihasilkan yaitu risiko biaya, risiko material, risiko peralatan, risiko tenaga kerja, risiko pelaksanaan serta risiko force majeure. Jenis penanganan yang diberikan ada 2 yaitu menghindari risiko dan mengurangi risiko.

Abstract

Perancangan bangunan yang diberi nama “Nani’s Town House” yang difungsikan sebagai rumah tinggal ini merupakan hasil rangkuman dari kebutuhan dan keinginan pemilik lahan dan rencana bangunan dalam menjalani hidup bersama bangunan tersebut. Hidup yang dimaksud adalah hidup bersama keluarga atau penghuni lain di dalam bangunan dan juga hidup dengan masyarakat sekitar yang menghuni lingkungan tempat tinggal tersebut. Tingkat kenyamanan yang ingin didapatkan oleh penghuni merupakan terjemahan dari sistem nilai yang berlaku untuk lahir dan batin si pemilik bangunan sebagai klien. Pemilik bangunan dengan lahan terbatas dan dana yang telah ditentukan memiliki keinginan untuk membangun rumah tinggal yang merupakan tempat yang nyaman, tenang, hemat energi, hemat biaya operasional, biaya pemeliharaan, biaya perawatan dan merupakan tempat yang nyaman dan masih menjaga privacy saat anak-anak mereka “mudik” ke rumah orang tua mereka tersebut. Perancangan bangunan rumah tinggal Nani’s Town House dengan konsep “Rekreasi dalam Arsitektur Hijau” mengeksplorasi gubahan bentuk dengan segala batasan yang ada dan memadukan elemen-elemen bangunan rumah tinggal arsitektur hijau dengan konsep rekreasi dalam bangunan dengan tujuan utama menghadirkan suasana nyaman untuk berkumpul dan beraktivitas bersama tanpa meninggalkan kebutuhan akan gaya hidup sehat dan hemat energi. Abstract

Perubahan iklim dipengaruhi oleh kondisi cuaca yang tidak stabil sebagai contoh curah hujan yang tidak menentu, sering terjadi badai, suhu cuaca yang ekstrim, dan arah angin yang berubah drastis hingga akhirnya menyebabkan banjir atau tanah longsor. Permasalahan yang mendasar adalah kurangnya kesiapsiagaan atas bencana banjir yang terjadi di daerah Martapura, Kabupaten Banjar. Manajemen risiko merupakan kegiatan mendasar yang diarahkan untuk mengevaluasi skema untuk mengurangi risiko tetapi tidak untuk menghilangkan semua risiko, karena risiko dalam banyak kasus tidak dapat sepenuhnya dihilangkan. Pada pengabdian ini akan memberikan informasi mengenai risiko banjir dan genangan secara terintegrasi dengan memberikan analisis terhadap kesiapsiagaan terhadap kejadian banjir oleh masyarakat. Sehingga dapat memberikan referensi terkait mitigasi bencana banjir bagi SMPN 5 Martapura khususnya serta masyarakat Martapura pada umumnya.
