Abstract

The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students in the PAI subject, particularly in understanding the material on Asmaul Husna. The PBL method was chosen because it is believed to encourage students to be more active in the learning process, think critically, and solve problems independently. This study was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 10 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through formative tests, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the research indicate that the implementation of the PBL model successfully improved students' learning outcomes in the PAI subject, specifically in the Asmaul Husna material. The pre-cycle learning outcomes showed an average score of 68.5, with 50% of students meeting the learning criteria. In the first cycle, there was an improvement, with an average score of 77.6, and 70% of students meeting the learning criteria, although the target of 100% had not yet been reached. After revisions in the second cycle, most students were able to achieve the learning objectives, as seen in the students' average score of 92.0, with 90% of students successfully meeting the learning criteria. This improvement shows that the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model can enhance student learning outcomes, especially in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject for fourth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 01 Durian Tinggi.

Abstract

SDN 01 Sitanang. This study aims to improve the ability to read the Qur'an of grade IV students at UPTD SDN 01 Sitanang through the talaqqi and tartil methods. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The method used in the study is two cycles, namely the tartil and talaqqi methods. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation/action, observation/observation, and reflection. Each cycle consists of one meeting (3 lesson hours). The population used is 16 people. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests and interviews. The results of this study show an increase in students' ability to read the Qur'an from pre-action, cycle I and cycle II. The learning outcomes of students at the pre-action stage were 30%, in cycle I (first) increased to 69%, in cycle II (second) also increased to 93,75%. Thus, a recommendation can be submitted that the application of the tartil and talaqqi learning methods can improve students' ability to read the Qur'an on the material Reading the Qur'an Surah Al-Hujurat verse 13 for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education of students at UPTD SDN 02 Koto Tinggi. Video media is the most appropriate and accurate learning media in conveying messages and will really help students' understanding. The aim of this research is to: determine the increase in results students learn Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through video learning media at UPTD SDN 02 Koto Tinggi. The data collection techniques used are tests and observations. The results of the research show that video media in PAI subjects is able to increase students' learning motivation, especially class V students at SDN 02 Koto Tinggi. Quantitative evidence can be seen of an increase in the motivation variable test from the first and second meetings. The test results also experienced an increase from pre-action results of 45%, in cycle I (first) it increased to 60%, in cycle II (second) it also increased to 90%. Meanwhile, qualitative evidence can be explained from the number of students who said they were happy the use of video media increases motivation and student concentration on subjects, PAI.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in the material Emulating Asmaul Husna by aplying the make a match learning method in class IV UPTD SDN 04 Simpang Kapuak with the variable that is the target of change in this research is learning outcomes, while the action variable used in this research is a make a match learning method. This research is classroom action research carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation/action, observation/observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documents and tests. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes continue to increase until they reach a significant increase. Student learning outcomes in the pre-action stage were 38.5%, in cycle I (first) it increased to 61.5%, in cycle II (second) it also increased to 92.30%. Thus, a recommendation can be put forward that the application of the make a match learning method can improve student learning outcomes in the material Emulating Asmaul Husna for the 2024/2025 academic year. Abstract

The card sort method can be used as an alternative method which is felt to better understand the characteristics of students. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes on Asmaul Husna's Example material by applying the Card sort method in class IV UPTD SDN 02 Gunuang Malintang with the variable that is the target of change in this research is learning outcomes, while the action variable used in this research is the method Card sort. This research is classroom action research carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation/action, observation/observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes continue to increase until they reach a significant increase. The data description shows that there has been an increase in the value of student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the class average score in the initial observation (pre-cycle) from 66 to 72 in cycle I and 82 in cycle II. Classical completeness was 39% in the initial observation, rising to 62% in cycle I and 90% in cycle II. Thus, a recommendation can be put forward that the application of the Card sort method can improve student learning outcomes in the Noble Asmaul Husna Example material for the 2024/2025 academic year.
