Abstract: Marxism is one of the perspectives in International Relations thats usually we use toexplain the economic international phenomena in the world. At this time, this paper aims to explainthe early development of marxism in international relations. This paper is begin which the explanationabout the opinion from two founding fathers from Marxism they are Karl Marx and Vladimir I. Lenninor usually we call Marxism- classic thinkers. AbstrakEkspansi Budaya Republik Korea yang biasa disebut sebagai Hallyu benar-benar bisa dikatakan menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan di Indonesia. Signifikansi dari ekspansi budaya Republik Korea itu dapat dilihat pada menjamurnya komunitas-komunitas Korea yang dibentuk di beberapa kota di Indonesia seperti Running Man Lovers, Forever Dance center Jakarta (FDC Kpop dance cover), UI Hangugo Dongari dan masih banyak yang lainnya. Dalam Penelitian ini Peneliti Melihat bahwa Republik Korea menggunakan segala sumber dayanya untuk melakukan ekspansi budaya di Indonesia antara lain melalui pameran budaya yang dilakukan oleh Pusat Kebudayaan Korea di Indonesia (KCC), Drama-drama korea yang ditayangkan di Stasiun TV Indonesia dan masih banyak lagi. Di kota Malang sendiri peneli-ti menyimpulkan kesuksesan Diplomasi Budaya Repubik Korea tersebut dapat dilihat dari terbentuknya komunitas korea di kota Malang yaitu Korean Studies and Culture Center (KSCC)Kata-kata Kunci : Diplomasi Budaya, Komunitas Korea, KSCC AbstractCultural expansion of Korean Republic namely Hallyu show the significance result in Indonesia. We can see the sig-nificance result of Cultural expansion form Korean Republic form many korean community which established in In-donesia like Running Man Lovers, Forever Dance Center Jakarta (FDC Kpop dance cover), UI Hangugo Dongari and others. in others word Korean Republic has used all of their capacity to expans their culture in Indonesia through Ko-rean cultural exhibition organized by Korean Cultural Center in Indonesia, Korean Drama which show by tv chanel in Indonesia and many others. POLA RELASI HUKUM INTERNASIONAL DAN NEGARA PADA PERUNDINGAN MASALAH PAPUA BARAT TAHUN 1950- 1962 Zahidi, Muhammad Syaprin

This research is a new perspective in international relations research. This study tries to criticize the previous view that considers international law as a norm or principle that must be obeyed by the countries in this world. Yet in reality international law can be used as an instrument by countries to achieve their respective national interests. Departing from the above statement, this research focuses on the process of negotiating the West Irian problem after the Round Table Conference agreement in 1949 until the New York Agreement in 1962 was signed between Indonesia and the Netherlands. Through observation of the negotiation process, this study seeks to see patterns of relations between international and state law, especially in the process of negotiating the West Papua issue which took place after the Round Table Conference (RTC) in 1949 until the New York Agreement in 1962. Using a qualitative descriptive approach as a research method, and the perspective of realism in international law as a theoretical framework, this research results in finding that there is a pattern in the relations of international and state law in the negotiations on the problems of West Papua in 1950-1962 which manifests in the form of utilizing international law as an instrument of achieving the interests of a country .

AbstrakAspek Hukum Humaniter dan Diplomasi Kemanusiaan jika dilihat dari perspektif Indonesiasebenarnya dapat dipertanyakan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya double standard yang ditetapkanoleh Indonesia dalam penanganan masalah Kemanusiaan sehingga Indonesia sama saja denganAmerika Serikat dalam konteks ini. Hal ini diperkuat dengan data-data mengenai Pembantaianmassal yang terjadi pada tahun l965, pelanggaran-pelanggaran Kemanusiaan di Timor-Timur,Tanjung Priok, Papua, Aceh lalu terbunuhnya beberapa mahasiswa pada era reformasi di Indonesiapada tahun 1998 merupakan pelanggaran berat terhadap kemanusiaan yang sampai saat ini belumtuntas diselesaikan. Pada sisi yang lain Juru bicara Presiden Teuku Faizasyah malah mengklaimbahwa Diplomasi Kemanusiaan menjadi jargon dari kebijakan luar negeri Indonesia. Kata-Kata Kunci : Diplomasi Kemanusiaan, Hukum Humaniter, Pelanggaran TerhadapKemanusiaan AbstractHumanitaran law and humanitarian diplomacy from Indonesia prespective could be questioned.Why? Because in my opinion Indonesia like a janus person, it same with America in this positionwith double standard. What that I said it couldbe subjective but if we look a data about collision ofhuman right in Indonesia it could be the answer from my opinion before. It’s began from 1965with genocide, The Collision of Human Rights in East Timor, Tanjung Priok, Papua and Aceh, theabbattoir of students in reformation process 1998 all of that problems it can’t be finished all untilnow. But it couldbe a joke in my opinion when Indonesian president Spokeperson, TeukuFaizasyah, claimed that humanitarian diplomacy is ‘flagship’ for Indonesian foreign policy(Minutes of Meeting at the Department of International Relations UGM March 2012). Japanese Geisha Diplomacy is an important effort of the Japanese government in changing the international community's perception of Japan in treating women. This article seeks to analyze the Geisha Diplomacy in the context of the impact it has on the perceptions of members of the Republic of Indonesia Veterans Legion (LVRI) towards Japan. The analysis in this paper uses the concepts of cultural diplomacy, women's diplomacy and perception theory. Analysis of the perceptions of members of the Republic of Indonesia Veterans Legion (LVRI) shows that their perception of Japan is increasingly positive, especially after the emergence of Geisha Diplomacy by Japan.

Efforts in promoting international legal protection of Indonesian migrant workers can be explained that it has complete regulations. This situation cannot be separated from the facts that show the importance of granting Specific labour rights for migrant workers in the international community’s perspective. The purposes of this article are to encourage all people to consider seriously the applying of international human rights law in order to promote of human rights, especially, for Indonesia migrant workers (TKI) and create better migration management. In legal-formal matter, the applying of legal mechanisms has been recognized as human rights by Indonesia law. One of the best ways is trying to join the outside world in order to attain Economic development for the nation. Exploiting Opportunities of globalized world economy does not mean our sovereignty weakened but rather as an effort to achieve more substantive effort. This can be interpreted as a political commitment from the government - by learning and cooperating with Other States - to be more pragmatic by prioritizing the interests of the people as a form of democracy.
