Abstract

It is time for the younger generation to change their perspective, do not just think about becoming an employee after graduating from college, let alone a public servant, becoming an entrepreneur needs to be considered as an option. The hope of being accepted into the world of work is certainly not a mistake, but it cannot be denied that job opportunities are very limited and not directly proportional. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to predict and confirm the hypothesis given. This study uses Google Forms to collect data on private vocational students in Mojokerto Regency. Respondents in this study were 319 respondents who were used as research objects. The results showed that entrepreneurship education cannot explain entrepreneurial attitudes. Likewise, the demographic environment variable cannot explain entrepreneurial interest. Furthermore, the demographic environment will have more influence on entrepreneurial interest, if reinforced by entrepreneurial attitude as a mediator variable. While entrepreneurship education will not have a greater influence on entrepreneurial interest, although strengthened by entrepreneurial attitude as a mediator variable.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of packaging label design and promotional media (brochures) in increasing brand awareness of the WOW SUKE kefir milk and ice cream products. The method used is a Brand Lift Study, conducted through surveys with 53 respondents before and after exposure to the promotional materials. The results show a significant increase in brand awareness, from 21.1% before exposure to 49.1% after, indicating a growth of 132.7%. The brand recall rate reached 98.1%, meaning the majority of respondents immediately recalled the WOW SUKE brand when thinking of kefir milk. However, brand recognition was only 49.1%, with 50.9% of respondents still unfamiliar with or uncertain about the brand's existence. Visual design elements—such as colors, imagery, and information layout—were rated very positively by most respondents, suggesting that clear and attractive visual communication can effectively enhance brand perception. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that well-crafted packaging and promotional materials significantly improve brand awareness. Nevertheless, further improvements in communication strategy and promotional distribution, particularly through digital channels, are necessary to broaden audience reach and strengthen brand recognition.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the important subjects. Mathematics is also a subject that is difficult to understand. Understanding concepts is the most important part of learning mathematics, meaning that in studying mathematics students must first understand mathematical concepts in order to be able to solve problems and be able to apply this learning in the real world. Based on direct observations and interviews with grade 6 teachers at SD Negeri 02 Getas, teachers have difficulties in the theme of lesson 3 about "Building Space" with basic competencies; 1) identify & compare geometric shapes; 2) calculating the surface area of the geometric shape; 3) calculate the volume of the geometric shape. This is what drives the need to develop game-based mathematics learning media. This game was created using Construct2 software as a 2D video game engine. The method used in this study is the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method. Mathematics is one of the important subjects. Mathematics is also a subject that is difficult to understand. Abstract

Minimalist design has become a dominant trend across various visual media, from digital advertising to mobile applications. Generation Z, as digital natives with high exposure to visual content, exhibits unique preferences toward minimalist design. However, limited research has focused on identifying which elements of minimalist design most influence their visual preferences. This study aims to analyze the impact of key minimalist design elements—white space, simple typography, neutral colors, and layout—on the visual preferences of Generation Z. A quantitative approach was adopted using a survey-based methodology. The study involved 200 respondents from Generation Z in Indonesia, selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire employing a 5-point Likert scale to measure preferences for each minimalist design element. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis to identify the most influential elements. The findings reveal that white space is the most influential element for Generation Z, with an average score of 4.3 and a regression coefficient of 0.45 (p < 0.01). Neutral colors and simple typography also show significant impacts, with coefficients of 0.32 (p < 0.05) and 0.28 (p < 0.05), respectively. Conversely, layout demonstrated the least influence, with a coefficient of 0.15 (p > 0.05). These results confirm that Generation Z favors clean, simple, and focused designs that effectively use white space and calming color palettes. This study contributes to the graphic design literature by offering insights into the visual preferences of Generation Z. Practically, the findings provide actionable guidelines for graphic designers to create more effective digital campaigns targeting young audiences. Future research is recommended to explore cross-cultural variations in visual preferences and the role of specific media platforms in shaping these preferences.
