Abstract

The stock price reflects the value of a company. If the company achieves good performance, then the company's shares will be in great demand by investors. This study aims to examine the effect of CR, ROA and EPS on stock prices. The population of this research is the food and beverage subsector industrial company listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling method. Secondary data obtained from the IDX Investment Gallery at UNISKA Kediri. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. Data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression, test the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially the ROA and EPS variables had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while the CR variable had a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. The ROA variable has the most dominant influence. Simultaneously the CR, ROA and EPS variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Adjusted R-square value of 0.688, which means the ability of independent variables to explain variations in the dependent variable is 68.8% while the remaining 31.2% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. These results can be used to guide investors before investing in the capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of discipline and work performance on employee productivity at PT. Setia Kawan Abadi Tulungagung. The data of this study were obtained from questionnaires consisting of 5 questions for discipline variables, 6 questions for work performance variables and 7 questions for work productivity variables, literature study, interviews and documentation in accordance with research objectives. Data obtained using the help of SPSS 16.0 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The number of respondents is 73 employees of PT Setia Kawan Abadi Tulungagung. Analytical techniques in this study using the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression to test the effect of discipline and work performance on employee productivity. The result of the research shows that the regression equation is as follows: Y = 0,492 + 0,495 X1 + 0,794 X2. In F test found F count equal to 369,955 with sig. 0.000 which means discipline and job performance simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity. While from result of t test analysis show value t count of discipline (X1) is 9,948 and work performance (X2) is 18,506 with sig value. = 0.000 because sig value <0,05 hence can be said variable of discipline and work performance have positive effect to work productivity of employees at PT. Setia Kawan Abadi Tulungagung.

Abstract

Abstract A maximum Management of tourism with tourist objects is interrelated and is very decisive in the progress of the tourist area. The development of tourist sites will have a positive impact on the economy, especially the economy of the middle class societ. The tourism location that is developing in the Central Lombok Regency is natural tourism in Karang Sidemen Village. Karang Sidemen village is one of the 99 tourist villages in West Nusa Tenggara. In general, the people who live in this area have relatively original traditions and culture. In addition, there are several supporting factors such as typical food, agricultural systems, and social systems that contribute to the uniqueness of a tourist village. Karang Sidemen Village is located in North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. This village is located around the Tahura Nuraksa forest area, so that the community around the forest area makes use of the existing resources in the forest. This village has tourism potential that is quite developed in the community, one of which is Blue Lake. Community service activities are carried out in collaboration with the 2021 UNRAM Thematic KKN group with the theme Assistance for Karang Sidemen Tourism Village. The results of the activities that have been carried out are five work programs in the form of: floating jetty, crossing bridges, directions, making sapta charm boards and arrangement / gardening in the Blue Lake area. The impact is that the number of tourist visits increases and can increase the income of the surrounding community. Community service activities to help improve supporting facilities in order to advance natural resource-based tourism villages are very much needed. . Keywords—Tourism object, Karang Sidemen tourism village, nature tourism, supporting facilities Abstrak Pengelolaan wisata dengan objek wisata saling berkaitan dan sangat menentukan dalam kemajuan daerah wisatanya. Berkembangnya lokasi wisata akan membawa dampak positif dalam bidang perekonomian khususnya perekonomian masyarakat menengah. Lokasi wisata yang sedang berkembang di wilayah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah adalah wisata alam yang berada di Desa Karang Sidemen. Desa Karang Sidemen merupakan salah satu desa dari 99 desa wisata yang berada di Nusa Tenggara Barat.. Pada umumnya penduduk yang tinggal di kawasan ini memiliki tradisi dan budaya yang relatif masih asli. Di samping itu terdapat beberapa faktor pendukung seperti makanan khas, sistem pertanian, dan sistem sosial yang turut mewarnai kekhasan sebuah desa wisata. Desa Karang Sidemen terletak di Kecamatan Batukliang Utara, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Desa ini berada disekitar kawasan hutan Tahura Nuraksa, sehingga masyarakat di sekitar kawasan hutan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di hutan tersebut. Desa ini memiliki potensi wisata yang cukup berkembang di tengah masyarakat salah satunya adalah Danau Biru. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan kerja sama dengan kelompok KKN Tematik UNRAM 2021 mengangkat tema Pendampingan Desa Wisata Karang Sidemen. Adapun hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan yaitu dihasilkan lima program kerja berupa : Dermaga apung, jembatan penyebrangan, petunjuk arah, pembuatan papan sapta pesona dan penataan/gardening di kawasan Danau Biru. Dampaknya jumlah kunjungan wisata meningkat dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk membantu meningkatkan sarana pendukung dalam rangka memajukan desa wisata berbasis sumber daya alam sangat diperlukan. . Abstract

Corruption in this country has spread to all sectors like an octopus. This deviation not only infiltrates areas that have been perceived by the public as nests of corruption but also delves into corridors of institutions that were previously unimaginable to have corruption. One by one, financial scandals in various state institutions have been uncovered. Even the General Election Commission (KPU), filled with democracy activists, academics, and professors, is not immune to the corruption epidemic. In the Department of Religion (Depag), corruption cases have even implicated its former top official as a suspect. This article attempts to uncover the roots of tradition and culture behind these deviations.

Abstract

The momentum and fervor in combating corruption currently underway cannot be separated from the green light and political will provided by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY). In the previous period, anti-corruption efforts were half-hearted and sluggish because some high-profile corruption suspects received protection from powerful individuals, resulting in their cases stagnating. For example, the case of Abdullah Puteh was only expedited after President SBY allowed the Governor of NAD to be questioned. Similarly, cases involving several regents, mayors, and members of regional councils in various areas could only be seriously investigated after President SBY granted permission, as the examination of state officials must be authorized by the president. However, the determination in the legal process of combating corruption must be carried out by professional human resources, supported by adequate salaries and welfare. Therefore, the fight against corruption cannot be separated from the restructuring of employee salaries, resulting in more effective anti-corruption measures.

Abstract

Ruang lingkup pada penelitian ini membahas suatu permasalahan antara Disiplin Kerja, Sanksi Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja karyawan pada PT. Matahari Departemen Store Kediri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja (yang meliputi kemampuan kerja, keteladanan pemimpin) dan Sanksi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Matahari Departemen Store Kediri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Matahari Departemen Store Kediri sebanyak 400 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 200 orang responden.Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan instrumen angket, yang kemudian di lakukan analisis data menggunakan : uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan Kerja (X1) mempunyai pengaruh yang dignifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (Y), Keteladanan Pemimpin (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (Y) dan Sanksi kerja (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (Y). Persamaan regresi diperoleh hasil Y = 0,269 + 0,568 X1 + 0,113 X2 + 0,311 X3, dapat dikatakan bahwa kedisiplinan kerja yang ditunjukkan karyawan melalui kemampuan kerja (X1) paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Pada PT. Matahari Departemen Store Kediri.

Abstract

Composite has alone top to be compared with alternative's tech material any other as strong, demulcent, bate corrosion, economic etcetera.  The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of fiber length and fiber volume composition coconut frond to tensile strength step-up and toughness impact composite is coconut frond fiber with matrix resin   polyester   This research utilizes fiber length variation 2 cm, 4 cm, 6 cm and fiber volume variations 5%, 10%, 15%. composite lasing utilizes resin polyester  composite makings done at random with fiber compare and resin 100%. Fiber conduct is done with soak fiber up to 1 hour with NaOH solution as much 4%. composite makings process by method hand lay up  with emphasis manually utilize glass as printed as and depressing.   That result showed for fiber length 2 cm, 4 cm, and 6 cm gotten by supreme tensile strengths on long fiber 6 cm which is 27.5503216 N/mm2 and tensile strength is contemned available on fiber length 2 cm which is 16.80040936 N/mm2  and on fiber volume 5%,10%, and 15% supreme tensile strengths on volume fiber 15%, which is 28.49020468 N/mm2 and tensile strength is contemned available on volume 5%, which is 16.80040936 N/mm2. Toughness impact  supreme for fiber length 2 cm, 4 cm, and 6 cm happens on fiber length 2 cm with volume variation 10% which is 4087.5 Kj/m2 and on fiber volume 5%,10%, and 15% gotten by toughness impact  supreme available on volume 10% with longing fiber 6 cm which is, 4087. 5 Kj/m2

Abstract

Impact of the composite sandwich made of materials that become defect, how defects after impact  in material need to be examined .Is that defected composites and wich still has the strength toremain in use?, then the bending after impact strength testing must be done to answer these questions.Composite sandwich with bamboo fiber-fiber glass reinforcement and with a core of 25mm rigid polyurethane foam sheet was produced. Composite sandwich made with two composite sandwich laminate as skinflanking the core. Laminated composite sandwich in this study varied number of layers of reinforcing fibers and type of fiber. Specimens subjected to drop weight impact with varying energy then defect researched and bending  after impact strengthtested. Defects formed on the composite experiencing a drop weight impact loads are: delamination, basin and through hole. The more layers of reinforcing fibers in the composite skin causing moreshallowbasinformed by theresidualimpact. The greater the impact energy causes greater depth of residual basin. Composite sandwich still has the bending strength after impact. Residual bending strength decreases with increasing impact energy imposed on the composite.

Abstract

The long term purpose of this research is to obtain the high quality renewable biogas that can be used as fuel for internal combustion engines to drive an electricity generator as energy diversification efforts in the area of small sustainable islands. The specific target expected to be achieved is a method/technique for absorbing impurities contained in biogas, especially CO2 component. The study was conducted to reduce the level of CO2 in biogas using NaOH solution. The mass flow rates of biogas employed were 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 l/min. The biogas was then tested using an engine to see the effect CO2 on the engine performance at several rotations, i.e. 1500, 2500, 3500, and 4500 rpm. The results show that the torque increases by 21.3% for biogas B2 compared to the unpurified biogas. For biogas B4, the torque increases by 19.1%. While for biogas B6, B8, and B10, the torques increase by 14.9%, 12.8%, and 8.5% respectively. For biogas B2, the SFCE decreases by 33.4%, for biogas B4, the SFCE declines of about 22.7%, while for biogas B6, the SFCE declines by 17.9%. The SFCSs also decline by 13.9% and 8.5% for biogas B8 and B10.

Abstract

The steep coastal topography makes the traditional fisherman facing a difficulty for moving boat from/to the sea towards the mainland. With the slope of 2 - 3 meters, it required at least 4 people do the job. This situation is very disturbing and reducing the productivity of the fishermen itself. Therefore, it needs a special equipment or appropriate technology to overcomes the drawback situation. So that, it will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fishing operations. The method used in this study is an applied research method which the tool is designed based on real phenomena. Moreover, the outcome is the design of boat transfer device that will be used as an additional supplement to the teaching material of design and product development, industrial management, as well as a scientific publications. The design expected can improve the steep coastal fishermen productivity and welfare.
