Abstract

Brand Image/Citra yakni himpunan asosiasi terkait suatu merek yang tersimpan pada pikiran ataupun ingatan konsumen. Kondisi itu menyumbang dampak pada Product Quality. Penelitian ini yang mempunyai judul Pengaruh Brand Image dan Product Quality terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Thrifting di Tugu Pahlawan (TP Pagi) Surabaya ini mempunyai rumusan masalah seberapa besar pengaruh Brand Image dan Product Qualityterhadap keputusan pembelian Thrifting di Tugu Pahlawan (TP Pagi) Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui serta melaksanakan analisis seberapa besar pengaruh Brand Image dan Product Quality terhadap keputusan pembelian Thrifting di Tugu Pahlawan (TP Pagi) Surabaya. Penelitian ini ialah jenis survei lapangan. Metode yang dipakai yakni analisis kuantitatif memakai teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data yang dipakai data primer serta sekunder yang diperoleh dai subyek yakni pengunjung Thrifting di Tugu Pahlawan (TP Pagi) Surabaya dan data sekunder yang diraih lewat membaca buku, jurnal, literatur, data dati internet, artikel, serta skripsi ataupun tesis sebelumnya. Mengacu analisa data yang dilaksanakan, secara parsial serta simultan variabel brand image dan product quality menyumbang pengaruh positive serta significant pada keputusan pembelian thrifting di Tugu Pahlawan (TP Pagi) Surabaya. Penelitian ini mengharapkan terkait thrifting di Tugu Pahlawan (TP Pagi) Surabaya terus mengalami pembaruan serta menjaga citra produk yang baik, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan bisa memenuhi ekspetasi konsumen serta membuat penjualan meningkat.

Abstract

The waste problem not only threatens environmental conditions, but also has serious social and economic impacts in many regions in Indonesia, including the city of Surabaya. This dedication is carried out with the aim of reducing volume and realizing a zero waste paradigm in dealing with global waste problems. The Surabaya City Zero Waste Village Program was realized through outreach to provide awareness for residents to reduce the use of organic and inorganic waste. Apart from that, socialization was also carried out regarding organic waste processing which aims to convert organic waste into compost using Compost Bags, increasing public knowledge about organic waste management and reducing waste from rubbish dumps. This activity includes preparing activity planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation, as well as direct training regarding making compost fertilizer and using Compost Bags. Evaluation is carried out to ensure the success of activities and identify obstacles faced in the process of making compost fertilizer. The Zero Waste Village Program in RW 06 Menur Pumpungan Surabaya in increasing community understanding about managing organic waste into compost using Compost Bags has been successfully implemented with the support of the residents.

Abstract

A child's cognitive development can be explored through intelligence tests. This research aims to obtain information about the level of cognitive development of children aged 8-15 years. The intelligence tests used to obtain this information are Colored Progressive Matrices (CPM) and Culture Fair Intelligence test (CFIT). The data analysis of the research results was carried out using a descriptive quantitative approach. On the CFIT intelligence test, the results show that there are ten children, or about 43.5%, who are in the average category, then above average as many as six children (26.1%), superior 3 children (13.1%), very superior one child (4.3%), below average two children (8.7%) and intellectually deficient one child (4.3%). As for the CPM, the most categories are in class 1, with 11 children or about 47.8%. These results show that most of the children have reached a level of cognitive development that is appropriate for their age. These results indicate that the majority of children have reached the level of cognitive development appropriate for their age. AbstrakPerkembangan kognitif seseorang anak dapat digali melalui tes intelegensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran informasi mengenai tingkat perkembangan kognitif anak dengan rentang usia sekolah 8-15 tahun. Tes inteligensi yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi ini adalah Coloured Progressive Matrices (CPM) dan Culture Fair Intelligence test (CFIT). Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Pada tes kecerdasan CFIT hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 10 anak atau sekitar 43,5% yang berada pada kategori rata-rata, kemudian di atas rata-rata sebanyak 6 anak (26,1%), superior 3 anak (13,1%), sangat superior 1 anak (4,3%), di bawah rata-rata 2 anak (8,7%), serta intelectual deficient 1 anak (4,3%). Sedangkan untuk CPM kategori terbanyak ada pada grade 1 sebanyak 11 anak atau sekitar 47,8%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak-anak sudah mencapai tingkat perkembangan kognitif sesuai usianya. Penggalian pada tiap aspek kemampuan kognitif perlu dilakukan pada penelitian selanjutnya. Alasanya agar diketahui aspek spesifik apa yang paling dominan pada anak-anak ini sehingga dapat dilakukan treatment pengembangan potensi yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This community service aims to introduce the community in Pesisir Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency regarding the Sustainable Millennial Integrated Farming System based on local wisdom through community development activities. The urgency of carrying out this activity is so that the people of Pesisir Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency can increase sales of their agricultural products by utilizing a comprehensive and sustainable agricultural management system. This community service activity was carried out for six months in Pesisir Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. The method used in this activity is an offline mentoring and tutorial method in Pesisir Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. The highlight of this community service activity is the formation of a comprehensive agricultural management system that is familiar to the Pesisir Village community, and the implementation of a comprehensive, sustainable agricultural management system as an agricultural system in the Pesisir Village community, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency.
