Abstract

Group cohesiveness refers to the strong sense of solidarity and unity within a group, reflected through positive interactions, frequent time spent together, and high collective morale. This study aims to explore and describe the group cohesiveness of the Icikiwir motorcycle community members in the Solo area. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations involving nine informants, consisting of both members and leaders of the community. The Icikiwir City Bike Motorcycle community was formed not only for recreational purposes but also to establish meaningful social networks, expand friendships, enhance mutual respect, foster cooperation, and increase members’ self-confidence. The findings of this study revealed that six out of the nine informants exhibited strong group cohesiveness. These members actively participated in various community activities, demonstrated loyalty, and worked collaboratively to achieve group objectives. Their involvement contributed to creating a supportive and friendly environment within the community. Conversely, one member showed poor group cohesiveness due to a lack of engagement and minimal attendance in group events. This individual had weaker social bonds with other members, which impacted his sense of belonging. Meanwhile, the two community leaders demonstrated excellent cohesiveness by consistently supporting and embracing all members. Their leadership played a pivotal role in strengthening group unity and promoting inclusiveness. The study concludes that active participation, mutual trust, and inclusive leadership significantly contribute to the development and sustainability of group cohesiveness. These findings underscore the importance of social interaction and shared goals in building a strong, cohesive community, particularly in informal social groups such as motorcycle communities.

Abstract

Students who have good ability to interact tend to be able to adjust to new environments and are comfortable in class. In contrast to students who experience problems in interacting, they tend to have difficulty in adapting so that feelings of pressure arise when in class. As a result, when in group activities or discussions, students tend to be passive, afraid to express their opinions, become quiet when in class, and prefer to do tasks individually. The informants in this study were nine grade X students and one counseling teacher at SMA Negeri Gondangrejo. In this study, researchers used interviews in the form of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observation and documentation in data collection. The conclusion that can be drawn is that there are two different perspectives related to the phenomenon raised by the researcher. The first is the perspective of informants who have good proximity or ability to interact with their peers. The second is the perspective of informants who have difficulty interacting with their peers.

Abstract

This qualitative study investigates how the work environment influences employee stress levels and performance at a PVC ceiling distribution company in Gemolong. A comfortable and supportive workplace is considered essential in fostering employee productivity, while unmanaged stress can hinder work outcomes. The research adopts a case study approach, gathering data through in-depth interviews with five current employees, complemented by direct observation and document analysis. Results indicate that both the physical layout and social dynamics of the workplace significantly shape employees’ perceptions and behaviors. Positive environmental conditions—such as cleanliness, mutual support, and safety—help reduce stress and enhance work quality. In contrast, unclear roles, workplace noise, and poor communication were commonly associated with increased stress and decreased performance. The study recommends that the company pay attention to improving both tangible and intangible elements of the work environment to support employee well-being and maintain performance standards.

Abstract

Individuals have important factors that influence them. Intelligence is the term referred to by scientists. Intelligence can be said to be an individual's ability, dexterity, shrewdness and ingenuity. Individuals compete to become intelligent humans, because only with intelligence can individuals become successful. Intelligence Quotient (IQ) or commonly called intellectual intelligence, is an individual's ability to think that is innate from birth which allows individuals to act in a certain way, as well as an ability that can be measured in a test. This research method is a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this research is all prospective students of class VII MTS N 1 Karanganyar, Gondangrejo for the 2025/2025 academic year in 7 rooms totaling 164 students. The research sample was prospective class VII students at MTs N 1 Karanganyar, totaling 110 students. The data collection method was carried out using psychological test tools, namely TIKI-M (Indonesian Collective Intelligence Test) and documentary. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and research discussion, it can be concluded that the mean level of intelligence quotient (IQ) of MTS N 1 Karanganyar prospective students for the 2024/2025 academic year is 107, which is included in the average category. Based on the frequency distribution of intellectual intelligence, it can be seen that the level of intellectual intelligence of MTS N 1 Karanganyar prospective students is 68.18% at the average level, 27.27% is at the above average level, and as much as 4.54% is at a superior level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya penggunaan ponsel berisiko yang dapat memicu perilaku phubbing akibat tidak adanya kontrol diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku phubbing pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri Gondangrejo. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 66 siswa. Strategi pengumpulan informasi yang berguna yaitu ukuran kontrol diri dan perilaku phubbing. Uji hipotesis akan digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara kontrol diri terhadap perilaku phubbing siswa kelas XI SMA N Gondangrejo, dibuktikan pada nilai sig (p) = 0,012 membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan (p < 0,05). Koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,307 menunjukkan pengaruh yang negatif antara kontrol diri terhadap perilaku phubbing

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperjelas hubungan antara beban kerja petugas polisi dengen stres kerja. Stres kerja pada profesi kepolisian berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas hubungan interpersonal dikalangan petugas kepolisian. Jika anda bekerja sebagai polisi, kemungkinan besar akan mengalami stres kerja karena harus selalu siap mengabdi dan melindungi komunitas, serta harus mengabdikan hidup untuk menjaga keamanan nasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah anggota polisi Polres Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 58 orang. Variabel Stres kerja di ukur dengan 18 item skala Stres kerja dengan koefisien validitas corrected item-total = 0,060 – 0,298 dan reliabilitas α = 0,789. Variabel Beban kerja diukur menggunakan 15 item skala Beban kerja dengan koefisien validitas corrected item-total = 0,414 – 0, 822 dan relibilitas α = 0,860. Analisis statistik dengan korelasi product moment diperoleh rxy = 0,163 ; p = 0,221 (p<0,05), berarti tidak ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada anggota polisi di Polres Sukoharjo. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa uji hipotesis ditolak karena tidak ada hubungan yang positif dan koefesien kolerasi yang sangat lemah antara beban kerja dengan stress kerja yang dialami oleh anggota polisi di Polres Sukoharjo

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat daya ingat dengan prestasi belajar matematika pada mehasiswa. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 7 dari kalangan mahasiswa yang mempelajari matematika baik dalam bentuk matematika murni maupun statistika. Instrumen penelitian berbentuk penjelasan deskriptif dan wawancara. Variabel daya ingat atau memori diungkap melalui pertanyaan yang menunjukkan arah kendali internal dan arah kendali eksternal. Variabel prestasi belajar diungkap melalui pertanyaan terbuka. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu terdapat keterkaitan antara tingkat daya ingat dengan prestasi belajar matematika pada mahasiswa yang mempelajari hitungan matematika. Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat daya ingat individu maka semakin tinggi tingkat prestasi belajar matematika pada pelajar dan mahasiswa dan sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat daya ingat individu maka semakin rendah tingkat prestasi belajar pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

Personel Satuan Samapta Bhayangkara (Sat Samapta) Polres Sukoharjo memiliki peran strategis dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat melalui tugas-tugas preventif seperti patroli, penjagaan, dan pengawalan. Tingginya intensitas kerja serta risiko fisik dan mental dalam pelaksanaan tugas di lapangan berpotensi memengaruhi kondisi psychological well-being (kesejahteraan psikologis) personel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi psychological well-being pada personel Sat Samapta Polres Sukoharjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan enam dimensi psychological well-being menurut Carol D. Ryff, yaitu penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup, dan pertumbuhan pribadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum personel memiliki tingkat psychological well-being yang baik. Mereka mampu menerima diri apa adanya, menjalin hubungan sosial yang suportif, dapat mengambil keputusan secara mandiri, serta menunjukkan kemampuan adaptif terhadap dinamika lingkungan kerja. Personel juga memiliki tujuan hidup yang kuat, seperti keinginan untuk membahagiakan keluarga dan mengembangkan diri secara berkelanjutan. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung psychological well-being antara lain adanya dukungan sosial dari rekan kerja dan atasan, kepuasan terhadap lingkungan kerja, serta semangat kolektif dalam menjalankan tugas. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat yang ditemukan meliputi paparan provokasi, ancaman verbal, hingga kekerasan fisik saat menghadapi massa atau konflik sosial, yang dapat menurunkan kestabilan psikologis personel.
