Abstract

Personel Satuan Samapta Bhayangkara (Sat Samapta) Polres Sukoharjo memiliki peran strategis dalam menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat melalui tugas-tugas preventif seperti patroli, penjagaan, dan pengawalan. Tingginya intensitas kerja serta risiko fisik dan mental dalam pelaksanaan tugas di lapangan berpotensi memengaruhi kondisi psychological well-being (kesejahteraan psikologis) personel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi psychological well-being pada personel Sat Samapta Polres Sukoharjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan enam dimensi psychological well-being menurut Carol D. Ryff, yaitu penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup, dan pertumbuhan pribadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum personel memiliki tingkat psychological well-being yang baik. Mereka mampu menerima diri apa adanya, menjalin hubungan sosial yang suportif, dapat mengambil keputusan secara mandiri, serta menunjukkan kemampuan adaptif terhadap dinamika lingkungan kerja. Personel juga memiliki tujuan hidup yang kuat, seperti keinginan untuk membahagiakan keluarga dan mengembangkan diri secara berkelanjutan. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung psychological well-being antara lain adanya dukungan sosial dari rekan kerja dan atasan, kepuasan terhadap lingkungan kerja, serta semangat kolektif dalam menjalankan tugas. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat yang ditemukan meliputi paparan provokasi, ancaman verbal, hingga kekerasan fisik saat menghadapi massa atau konflik sosial, yang dapat menurunkan kestabilan psikologis personel.

Abstract

Abstrak: Masa remaja merupakan fase perkembangan yang ditandai dengan perubahan emosional yang intens dan fluktuatif, sehingga sering memicu munculnya masalah psikologis, salah satunya adalah stres. Remaja rentan mengalami stres yang dipicu oleh berbagai hal, seperti tekanan dari sekolah, permasalahan sosial, maupun tuntutan dari lingkungan sekitar. Kondisi ini dapat memicu munculnya emosi negatif seperti kemarahan, kecemasan, dan rasa frustrasi. Jika emosi-emosi tersebut tidak dikelola dengan tepat, remaja berisiko bersikap impulsif sesuai dengan perasaannya. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada perilaku sehari-hari, seperti menurunnya konsentrasi, menarik diri dari pergaulan, kehilangan fokus, hingga mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan. Permasalahan emosi yang kerap muncul pada remaja mencakup kecemasan, depresi, keluhan somatik, kesulitan bersosialisasi, kesulitan berpikir dan berkonsentrasi, pelanggaran norma, hingga perilaku agresif. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan untuk mengatur emosi atau emotion regulation menjadi sangat penting bagi remaja. Regulasi emosi adalah kemampuan individu dalam mengelola pikiran, perilaku, dan ekspresi emosinya secara adaptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan siswa SMK Negeri 7 Surakarta sebagai subjek, guna memahami kondisi emosional mereka sekaligus memberikan intervensi psikoedukatif yang bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan regulasi emosi dalam menghadapi stres akademik.

Abstract

Early childhood reading interest is an important factor in the development of sustainable literacy skills. However, the reading interest of kindergarten B students at Mujahidin Islamic Kindergarten in Surakarta still needs to be improved to support the quality of learning. The research question in this study is how effective the application of behavior modification techniques with economic tokens is in increasing the reading interest of these students. This study aims to determine the effect of using token economies as positive reinforcement in significantly improving early childhood reading interest. The method used is a qualitative approach with direct observation of kindergarten B students. The results of the study indicate that the consistent implementation of token economy techniques can increase students' enthusiasm, concentration, and independence in reading activities. The active role of teachers in providing support and motivation was crucial in achieving these results. The study's conclusion emphasizes that token economy techniques are an effective and practical strategy for enhancing young children's reading interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies used by kindergarten teachers in dealing with the diversity of young children’s characters in the classroom. The research was conducted at TK Aisyiyah X Surakarta using a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants consisted of five classroom teachers and two parents. The results show that teachers apply various strategies, including individual approaches, the use of play-based media, and positive behavior habituation. These strategies cover five main aspects: creating an inclusive learning environment, personalized learning, positive reinforcement, behavioral observation, and independent practice. The implementation of these strategies helps teachers foster values of tolerance, cooperation, empathy, and independence among children while creating a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Teachers are expected to continue developing creative strategies and collaborate with parents to support children’s character development effectively.

Abstract

This study examines the incorporation of Islamic psychological ideas to enhance parenting resilience for Indonesian moms facing postpartum baby blues. This research utilized a bibliometric analysis of Scopus-indexed literature from 2014 to 2025 to systematically delineate the intellectual structure, thematic progression, and research horizons at the convergence of Islamic psychology, maternal resilience, and postpartum mental health. The research revealed 119 pertinent articles, examined using the Bibliometrix R package (v4.1) and VOSviewer (v1.6.20) for co-citation, keyword co-occurrence, and temporal trend visualization. Results indicated an increasing academic transition from individual-focused treatment methodologies to spiritually informed and culturally contextualized resilience frameworks. Islamic psychological ideas, especially tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul), serve as a theoretical basis connecting emotional management, cognitive restructuring, and social support systems. Spiritual activities including dhikr, sabr, syukr, and tawakkul have been demonstrated to augment maternal coping, diminish physiological stress indicators (cortisol), and boost oxytocin-mediated bonding. Moreover, familial concepts highlighting sakinah (tranquility), mawaddah (affection), and rahmah (compassion) bolster collective resilience and societal cohesion. The results of the bibliometric analysis indicated publication trends, collaborative networks, and thematic clusters related to Islamic psychology and postpartum mental health. Rather than demonstrating the clinical capacity of Islamic psychology or evaluating therapeutic outcomes, the findings primarily mapped the development of the field—showing which themes dominate. This study advances the decolonization of psychological knowledge by providing a culturally relevant framework that incorporates faith, emotion, and adaptive functioning, facilitating future evidence-based applications in clinical and community contexts.

Abstract

This research faced challenges in incorporating web design skills into the curriculum of SMK Istiqomah Muhammadiyah 4 Samarinda with limited resources. Through the prototype method and the Figma platform, PKL projects are used to teach students about website development. The aim is to provide relevant skills to the technology and graphic design industries. The steps include requirements analysis, prototyping, user evaluation, and user interface design for the company profile. The result is expected to be a web application that is informative, interesting, and in accordance with the needs of the vocational school Abstract.This research aims to implement collaborative games as a strategy to control social emotional development in school-aged children at SDN 1 Kartasura. School-aged children have diverse emotional characteristics, and social-emotional development is very important to shape children's personality and independence. Collaborative games were chosen as a method to stimulate children's social abilities through group activities. The initial stage of this research includes understanding the potential and challenges of social emotional development in school-aged children. Furthermore, a collaborative game was designed and implemented on September 9 2023, involving 25 grade 4 students at SDN 1 Kartasura. This activity includes game sessions, observations of social interactions, and evaluation of activity results which show that the implementation of collaborative games has a positive impact on students' social emotional development. However, research also identifies several obstacles, such as some students who still experience difficulties in socializing and controlling emotions. Therefore, further efforts are needed to maximize the potential of collaborative play in improving children's social emotional development. In conclusion, implementing collaborative games can be an effective approach to creating a positive learning environment and improving students' social emotional development at SDN 1 Kartasura. This research contributes to the understanding of social emotional development strategies in school-aged children through collaborative play.

Abstract

Marriage is still viewed as the main norm of adult life in Indonesian culture, so individuals who choose not to marry often face social pressure and negative stigma. This condition requires self-acceptance skills so that individuals can maintain their psychological well-being. This study aims to understand the process of self-acceptance in individuals who choose not to marry in the Indonesian context. The study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The participants consisted of five adult women, ranging from early adulthood to late adulthood, who consciously chose not to marry. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews and analyzed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The results showed that self-acceptance was formed through a process of continuous self-reflection, influenced by life experiences and social interactions. Self-acceptance is reflected in unconditional acceptance, a realistic view of oneself, self-esteem that does not depend on marital status, authenticity, and openness to emotional experiences. Self-acceptance acts as a protective mechanism that maintains psychological well-being.

Abstract

Adolescent mental health is a fundamental aspect in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of junior high school students. This study aims to describe in depth the mental health conditions of students at SMP Negeri X in Central Halmahera Regency, located in the 3T (underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost) region. The focus of the study includes students' understanding of mental health, emotional regulation skills, awareness of seeking help, empathy and social interaction, as well as teachers' views and roles in supporting students' mental health. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The research subjects consisted of six students and three teachers selected purposively. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation, and supporting documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that students have a basic understanding of mental health, but it is still limited and tends to simplify the concept of mental health as the absence of stress or severe disorders. Students' emotional regulation abilities are in the developing stage, with a combination of adaptive and maladaptive coping strategies. Awareness of seeking help is still low, indicated by students' tendency to prefer peers over adults. Social interaction and empathy are relatively positive, although stigma against emotional expression is still found. Teachers recognize the importance of student mental health, but face limitations in competency, facilities, and policy support. This study concludes that strengthening mental health literacy, increasing teacher capacity, and developing sustainable and contextual school support systems in the 3T (United Nations, 3T) regions is necessary.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of teamwork in improving employee performance in a company. Teamwork is an effective way to unite all employees in achieving company goals with better results. Several important aspects of teamwork include clear goals, open and honest communication, cooperative decision making, and an atmosphere of trust. Research shows that teamwork has a positive influence on employee performance, especially in teams involved in complex knowledge work. Other factors that influence employee performance include competence, work motivation, leadership, and work environment. Employee performance assessments are carried out to improve work quality, career development and compensation adjustments. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies to explore information from various relevant sources.

Abstract

Teachers are a primary factor in determining the quality of education. The high qualifications, competence, and dedication of teachers will produce students who are academically, skillfully, emotionally, morally, and spiritually mature. PAI is a conscious and planned effort to prepare students to know, understand, appreciate, believe, be devout, and have noble morals in practicing Islamic religious teachings with the primary sources of Al-Qur’an and Hadith. Through KKG, teachers have the opportunity and potential to discuss solving problems in class.Transformational leadership is a way in which leaders strengthen attitudes of mutual cooperation and believe in collective self-improvement and team learning. The research aims to find out how transformational leadership is possessed by the PAI SD KKG at Ciracas district in East Jakarta. The qualitative research method used was observation, interviews, and documentation with five KKG members, namely deputy chairman, secretary, treasurer I, treasurer II, coordinator for creativity and arts as the primary informant and two members as supporting informants.The research concluded that transformational leadership in the PAI SD KKG at Ciracas district in East Jakarta is excellent because the members are very satisfied with the chairman's leadership.
