Abstract

Changes in organizational climate and employee mutation as a consequence of changes in organizational structure are the interesting things for an object of research. This research is directed to explaine the influence of organizational climate and mutation through job satisfaction on employee performance in BKPSDM Subang Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires to employees and interviews. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling.  The analysis shows that: The influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction is categorized as weak but significant. The influence of mutation on job satisfaction is categorized as weak and insignificant. The influence of organizational climate on employee performance is categorized weak and significant. The effect of mutations on employee performance is categorized weak and it is not significant. The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance is categorized weak but significant. The influence of organizational climate and mutation on job satisfaction is categorized moderate and significant. The influence of organizational climate, mutation and job satisfaction on employee performance categorized as moderate and significant. The efforts that can be made to improve employee performance in BKPSDM Subang Regency are by giving fair rewards to employee performance, carrying out mutations in a planned and periodic manner, and improving communication between work units so as to create synergies to achieve performance targets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan, hambatan, dan upaya dalam komunikasi eksternal antara IKA FK UNPAD dengan alumni FK UNPAD serta merumuskan strategi baru. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan informan dari Bidang Komunikasi dan Informasi, Divisi Integrasi Data dan Informasi, Ketua 2 Bidang Hubungan Internal, Ketua 3 Bidang Penguatan Alumni, dan perwakilan alumni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan komunikasi eksternal belum maksimal, dengan hambatan utama adalah kurangnya prosedur kegiatan terperinci. Strategi yang dirumuskan untuk mengatasi masalah ini meliputi penyelarasan visi dan misi, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, kerjasama dengan PT POS Indonesia, peningkatan sosialisasi penggunaan media sosial, dan efektivitas program-program IKA FK UNPAD. Strategi WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) diusulkan untuk mengurangi kelemahan internal dengan memanfaatkan peluang eksternal. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan meningkatkan intensitas komunikasi dan loyalitas alumni terhadap IKA FK UNPAD.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pemohon dalam pengurusan perpanjangan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) di Mall Lippo Plaza Sidoarjo. Dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat sebagai masukan bagi instansi pemerintah dan memenuhi kepuasan masyarakat dengan menggunakan aspek kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas pendukung bagi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil pengujian dengan uji F, menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Fasilitas (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pemohon (Y) pada kepengurusan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) di Mall Lippo Plaza Sidoarjo. Koefisien korelasi berganda (R) adalah = 0,717, yang berarti lebih besar dari 0,5 dan nilainya tinggi sehingga menunjukkan bahwa korelasi atau hubungan antara variabel bebas (Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Fasilitas (X2)) dengan variabel terikat yaitu Kepuasan Pemohon (Y) dalam kepengurusan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) di Mall Lippo Plaza Sidoarjo yang sangat erat. Koefisien determinasi berganda (R square) adalah 0,576, yang berarti bahwa variabel bebas (Pelayanan (X1) dan Fasilitas (X2)) mampu menjelaskan dan memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat (kepuasan (Y)) sebesar 51,4 %, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa Pelayanan (X1) dan Fasilitas (X2) memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap Kepuasan Pemohon (Y) dalam kepengurusan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) di Mall Lippo Plaza Sidoarjo, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,6 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain diluar model. Hasil pengujian dengan uji t, menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kepuasan Pemohon (Y) pada kepengurusan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) di Mall Lippo Plaza Sidoarjo. Pengujian dengan uji t, menunjukkan bahwa Fasilitas (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap Kepuasan Pemohon (Y) pada Kepengurusan Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) di Mall Lippo Plaza Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The world of education in the era of 4.0 is experiencing very rapid development wherethe role of education actors also continues to be updated. Rapid technological advances requireeducation actors to adjust. Advances in all-digital technology provide various conveniences incarrying out activities and can be carried out without being hindered by distance. Education actorsincluding principals and teachers who are the spearhead of education must make reforms in order toadapt to the era of globalization. Traditional leadership styles are felt to need to be updated withappropriate leadership styles, namely e-leadership that can improve teacher performance. However,the limited ability of the principal in mastering Technology, Information and Communication is anobstacle even though this is the basis for e-leadership. The government program was launched ondigitalization of education where the government will prepare schools and education actors toorganize digital-based learning to welcome the digital era. The problem lies in the competence ofhuman resources who are incompetent in facing the digitalization of education and also otherobstacles. The objective of this study should be to determine the extent to which e-leadershipinfluences teacher performance quality. This is quantitative descriptive study, and the instrument isin the form of a questionnaire. Techniques for data analysis include descriptive quantitative dataanalysis. The data's validity is determined by its dependability and validity. The findings revealedthat e-leadership had a beneficial impact on teacher performance. Path analysis reveals that thefactors of technology, information, and communication skill have a considerable impact on teacherperformance, with a positive connection direction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of principal leadership in improving the quality of education, explain the contribution of community participation to enhancing the quality of education, and identify factors that influence principal leadership and community participation in these efforts. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, content analysis, and narrative analysis. The primary data sources were obtained from key informants at SDIT Al-Fattah Sukahurip, with a focus on empirical data that reflects the dynamics of the school environment as part of field research. The results of the study indicate that principal leadership has a significant role in improving the quality of education. Principals encourage the professionalism of educators through training, competency development, strategic direction, and motivation. This leadership also reflects the function of the principal as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator.On the other hand, community participation, especially parents, makes a real contribution through involvement in the school committee, cooperation in education programs, and financial and moral support. Factors that influence the success of principal leadership include dynamic interactions between internal elements of the school and the external environment. Community participation, although significant, is influenced by the level of awareness, socio-economic conditions, and time constraints. This finding emphasizes the importance of synergy between principal leadership and community support to achieve better quality education.

Abstract

Rendahnya kepuasan keja guru menjadi fokus utama permasalahan dalam dunia pendidikan belakangan ini.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan kompensasi sebagai pemediasi pada Guru dan Pegawai Cabang Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Barat Wilayah V (Kab. Sijunjung, Kota Sawahlunto dan Kab. Dhamasraya). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausatif. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan total sampling, dengan jumlah pengembalian kuesioner sebanyak 235responden dari 268 orang populasi. Analisis data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kompensasi. Selanjutnya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selanjutnya, kompensasi memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan motivasi kerja sebagai pemediasi pada Guru SMA Cabang Dinas Provinsi Sumatera Barat Wilayah V (Kota Sawahlunto, Kab. Sijunjung dan Kab. Dharmasraya). Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh guru SMA yang terdaftar di Kota Sawahlunto, Kab. Sijunjung dan Kab, Dharmasraya sebanyak 256 orang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan metode Hair, sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 145 responden. Analisis data menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Selanjutnya, motivasi kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja guru.

Abstract

The global era has brought the consequences and important change to the development especially in developing technology and the change of human behavior. Entering the early millennium, the manin challenge being faced to increase the competition power is how to intensify the creativity, innovation, and independent spirit which is the main focus in forming the competition power. In accordance with this case, it is necessary to create the Human Resources with a wide perspective, processing constructive vision and mission, full of creativity and innovation. To create the qualified Human Resouces, it requires the ability of mastering skills and knowledge and attitude to do the work in the office, consequently the work productivity is high and able to face the chance and challenge. In facing the competitive global life, hopefully the process of education can develope the ability to compete, to develop crative and innovative attitude and always try to incraese the quality.

Abstract

Perubahan yang terjadi begitu cepat dan tidak terduga telah membuka pandangan dan pikiran atas tuntutan adanya paradigma baru yang menghantarkan perjalanan menuju milenium baru berciri good governance atau kepemerintahan yang baik, bebas korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme. Perwujudan cita-cita tersebut berimplikasi terhadap upaya untuk membangun sistem manajemen kinerja guna meningkatkan produktivitas menuju good governance. Peningkatan produktivitas kerja sumber daya manusia stratejik merupakan syarat utama dalam era globalisasi untuk mewujudkan kemampuan bersaing dan kemandirian. Sejalan dengan itu, visi dan misi dalam kaitan membangun sistem manajemen kinerja di masa yang akan datang diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia profesional, berkinerja tinggi, mampu bersaing dan mengantisipasi perkembangan dunia yang pesat di berbagai aspek kehidupan sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas guna mewujudkan good governance.
