Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors associated with proactive behavior in the handover process in the intensive care unit of RSUD Aceh. The method used is a cross-sectional study. Data were analyzed using chi-square and logistic regression analysis with the Backward stepwise test. The results showed that 100 out of 124 respondents were in the category of strong proactive behavior. The results of the chi-square test showed that proactive personality (p-value 0.041), self-efficacy (p-value 0.002) and learning orientation (p-value 0.013) had a relationship with nurses' proactive attitude in carrying out handovers. The results of the logistic regression test showed that the most dominant factor related to the proactive behavior of nurses in carrying out handovers was self-efficacy, with a significance value of 0.020 and an odds ratio of 5.419. In conclusion, self-efficacy is the most significant factor related to the proactive behavior of nurses in the handover process in the intensive care unit of the Aceh General Hospital. Abstract

Cases of multidrug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) continue to increase. MDR-TB is the biggest problem in the prevention and eradication of TB, this is thought to have something to do with characteristics, environment, behavior and other disease factors. This study will examine the determinants of MDR-TB in RSUDZA Banda Aceh because it is a referral hospital for MDR-TB examination and treatment in Aceh Province. This type of research is analytic observational with case control design. The population is MDR-TB patients who seek treatment at RSUZA in 2018 as many as 37 people. By using a ratio of 1:1, the number of samples is 74 people consisting of 37 cases and 37 people as controls. Data collection was carried out from 20 to 30 August 2019 using questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used logistic regression test using the Stata program. The results showed that the variables that had significant values were as follows: occupation with the occurrence of MDR-TB (P value = 0.036; OR = 5.6 95%CI: 1.12-28.1), smoking with the occurrence of MDR-TB (P value = 0.034; OR = 2.8, 95% CI: 95% CI: 1.07-7.52), side effects with the occurrence of MDR-TB (P value = 0.006; OR = 5.6, 95% CI: 1.64-1920) and history of diabetes with the occurrence of MDR-TB (P value = 0.001; OR = 4.9, 95% CI: 1.85-13.42). The results of the multivariate analysis obtained a history of DM (OR = 9; 95% CI: 2.53-37.47), (p = 0.0001) meaning that respondents who had a history of DM tended to be 9 times more at risk for MDR-TB compared to other variables. . The Aceh Health Office needs to improve the discovery of MDR-TB cases by conducting gene-expert examinations on TB patients suspected of having MDR-TB.

Abstract

This study was an observational analytic study conducted in the Hemodialysis unit of Zainal Abidin Hospital (RSUDZA), Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by taking secondary data from CKD patient visits in January-December 2019. The study population was all CKD patients in the registry of 2019 in the hospital, with a total of 406 patients enrolled. The highest unit cost of care based on real costs was the cost of surgical procedures, and the cost difference between INA-CBG’s and hospital tariffs in the treatment of patients with CKD is significantly different (p-value = 0.014, with gap difference of IDR 2,146,086). It is suggested an urgent evaluation and scrutinization for the management of CKD patients with hemodialysis to prevent the different treatment costs in the service

Abstract

This research is a quantitative approach to deductive mindset style research. The research was conducted from June to July 2020 in five polyclinics. Non-probability sampling with a purposeful sampling technique was the sampling method. Most research respondents rated satisfaction (81.2%) with RSUDZA polyclinic services with a range of SME 80.80 values and the overall mean level of conformity for the variable quality of service was 95 percent, with the highest reliability suitability (98.3 percent) and the lowest empathy level (98.3 percent) (92.2%). The Wilcoxon test results show that, with a p value of = 0.001, there is a significant difference between expectations and performance. Overall, RSUDZA services have a good level of satisfaction and quality. There are some elements that are missing, however. The relationship between patient expectations and the results obtained in the polyclinic service is important

Abstract

COVID-19 is a disease which prevention can be done with the 5M health protocol. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors are associated with the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol. This research was conducted using a questionnaire with quantitative analytical methods and cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all cadets who were doing face-to-face learning on campus and had experienced face-to-face learning in the previous period. The questionnaire was tested for validity and was also declared reliable with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.673 which was tested on 35 samples. The results showed that there were two factors that had a significant relationship with the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol, namely knowledge (p 0.00), attitude (p 0.03) and the results of multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant variable influenced the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol is knowledge (ß = 19,536).
