Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of talent development and leadership in enhancing employee performance in e-commerce companies in Indonesia. Employee performance is a key factor in achieving organizational goals, and talent development as well as leadership are considered crucial in this regard. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of talent development and leadership on employee performance and to examine whether leadership moderates the relationship between talent development and performance. The study employs multiple linear regression methods to analyze data collected from 131 respondents. The results indicate that both talent development and leadership significantly influence employee performance. Hypothesis testing reveals that talent development and leadership have a significant positive relationship with employee performance, with leadership having a more dominant influence. However, moderation analysis shows that leadership does not significantly moderate the relationship between talent development and employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that talent development and leadership are important factors in improving employee performance, but leadership does not significantly moderate the relationship between talent development and performance. Therefore, e-commerce companies in Indonesia are advised to focus more on talent development and leadership to achieve optimal employee performance.

This service to the community aims to prove the effectiveness of financial literacy substances delivered, i.e., financial, investment, and retirement planning, to the related people in Badan Pendidikan Kristen (BPK) Penabur Metro in Lampung Province. This is due to their inadequate knowledge, obtained after the Maranatha Christian University team interviewed the chief of BPK Penabur Metro. Furthermore, the questions of Chen and Volpe (1988) are utilized to evaluate the success of this event based on the precise answers (PA). Moreover, their percentage gets statistically compared after and before the material delivery (MD). To deliver materials, the presenters utilize the lecture technique. Besides, the discussion is utilized to answer participants' curiosity about the topics. Based on this statistical examination, the portion of PA after the MD is higher than that before the MD, where the level is 62.45% and 36.58%, respectively. In other words, this service to the community successfully elevates their ability to answer these questions.

Abstract

Research on structural analysis of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is carried out. The primary material used in most structures is carbon composite. Having a high aspect ratio wing, the lugs connecting the wing and fuselage are likely to experience maximum forces during flight tests. In predicting the occurrence of deformation and stress, the finite element method is used by applying max./min. strain criteria to evaluate the structural integrity of composite wings due to the load applied on aluminum-based lugs. The evaluation shows that the current wing configuration has good structural integrity. An optimization approach is also carried out to obtain more optimum results.

Abstract

The rising popularity of sports in Indonesia contributed to rapid advancement in the domestic sportswear sector, leading to heightened market competitiveness. Brands need to utilize successful digital marketing strategies, including influencer marketing, to maintain competitiveness in this dynamic environment. This study seeks to examine the impact of influencer marketing on consumer purchase intention for local sportswear products, with brand awareness serving as a mediating variable. The study utilized a quantitative methodology using a cross-sectional survey with 200 participants selected via purposive and snowball sampling methods, focusing on individuals familiar with local sportswear brands involved in influencer collaborations. Data were analyzed utilizing SPSS and SmartPLS. The findings demonstrate that influencer marketing significantly enhances brand awareness (0.680) and exerts a notable direct influence on purchase intention (0.378). Moreover, brand awareness substantially affects the correlation between influencer marketing and purchase intention (0.365), indicating that influencers stimulate transactional desire by initially fostering brand familiarity. The structural model exhibits substantial explanatory power, explaining 70.7% of the variance in purchase intention. For local enterprises, these findings indicate that choosing trustworthy and relevant influencers is crucial for cultivating genuine relationships and augmenting consumer trust. In conclusion, the study indicates that cultivating brand awareness is an essential approach for effective influencer marketing. Future research could investigate further mediating variables, such as content quality or customer demographics, to yield more profound insights into the determinants of local sportswear consumption.
