Abstract

Manajemen kepala sekolah merupakan proses merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan dan mengawasi seluruh sumber daya sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Proses perencanaan; (2) Pelaksanaan proses pengorganisasian; (3) Pelaksanaan program; dan (4) Pengawasan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari; kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, ketua kelompok kerja guru dan pengawas. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Proses perencanaan yang dirancang oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru meliputi pembentukan Tim Penilai Kinerja Guru, menetapkan Surat Keputusan Tim Penilai Kinerja Guru dan Sosialisasi program; (2) Pelaksanaan proses pengorganisasian diawali dengan pembentukan tim pengembang yang bertugas mengatur jadwal dan kegiatan awal organisasi, menentukan mekanisme pelaksanaan organisasi meliputi jadwal, materi, tutor pemandu dan sertifikat; (3) Pelaksanaan program kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru meliputi peningkatan disiplin dengan menentukan jadwal hadir pukul 07.00-07.15, menugaskan guru piket mengisi Laporan Kegiatan Harian. Peningkatan motivasi diisi dengan berbagai pelatihan termasuk pemberian reward and punishment. Supervisi dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal dan instrumen yang telah disosialisasikan; (4) Pengawasan yang dilaksanakan mencakup monitoring dan evaluasi program disiplin dan motivasi guru secara berkala dan program supervisi yang dilaksanakan dalam satu semester sebanyak dua kali atau empat kali setahun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan supervisi klinis berbasis kolaboratif oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kopetensi pedagogik guru SD Negeri 68 Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS). Hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogic guru dalam keterampilan menjelaskan di SD Negeri 68 Kota Banda Aceh  dengan rata-rata peningkatan keterampilan menjelaskan dari siklus I sebesar 72,50 (kategori  cukup) dan pada siklus II sebesar 85 (kategori baik). Terdapat peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dalam keterampilan mengadakan variasi mengajar guru di SD Neger 68 Kota Banda Aceh  dengan rata-rata peningkatan keterampilan mengadakan variasi mengajar dari  siklus I sebesar 68,75 (kategori cukup), pada siklus II sebesar 86,26 (kategori  baik). rata-rata peningkatan tiap siklus I dan II guru NK sebesar 17,5%  dan guru RH juga  sebesar 17,5 %. Pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dengan pendekatan kolaboratif  dapat meningkatkan  kompetensi pedagogik dalam keterampilan menjelaskan dan mengadakan variasi mengajar guru di SD Neger 68  Kota Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja guru  terhadap  mutu  pendidikan  di  SMP Negeri  Kabupaten Aceh  Besar.  Pentingnya peran guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia   melalui   pendidikan   yang   berkualitas.   Guru   yang   profesional,   disiplin,   dan termotivasi diharapkan dapat memberikan pengajaran yang efektif dan bermutu tinggi, yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan  adalah  metode  kuantitatif  dengan  desain  penelitian  asosiatif  kausal.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen (tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja) terhadap variabel   dependen   (mutu   pendidikan).   Hasil   penelitian   menunjukkan   bahwa   tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Tingkat pendidikan guru yang lebih tinggi berkorelasi dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai materi pelajaran dan metode pengajaran yang efektif. Selain itu, motivasi kerja yang tinggi mendorong guru untuk lebih berkomitmen dan berkinerja optimal dalam melaksanakan tugas pengajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the principal's managerial ability and academic supervision on teacher performance in Aceh Besar. This research uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto research type. Data collection was carried out using closed questionnaires. Data analysis was performed quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis. The results proved that there was an influence on the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance. There is an influence of the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance, there is an influence between managerial ability, academic supervision of the principal on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Lampeuneurut Cluster

Abstract

The aim of this literature study aims to determine, explain and analyze the leadership style of school principals in improving teacher performance. The method for writing literature studies uses a conceptual research approach relating to ideas and theories. The stages in writing a literature study include selecting a topic, searching for literature, developing an opinion, and a literature survey. Data analysis used used content analysis. The results of the literature study found that the principal's leadership style in improving teacher discipline is a storytelling style. Apart from the storytelling style, the principal also applies a situational style. The principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance is a selling (consultative) style by directing teachers to complete duties, the principal's leadership style in improving teacher abilities, namely the participative style applied during internal teacher council meetings and other meetings and the principal's leadership style in increasing teacher responsibility, is a delegative style, namely dividing authority among members to carry out organizational tasks. It is hoped that supervisors and school principals can provide encouragement and direction in the work of discipline, commitment, ability and responsibility of teachers effectively and efficiently to improve performance in schools.

Abstract

The elderly are a group or population at high risk of experiencing health problems. Health problems often experienced by the elderly are caused by decreased function of the body's systems. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of education on joint pain management through complementary therapy in older people based on warm salt water soaking videos. This research is a research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study was 37 older adults who experienced joint pain. The sampling technique uses a total sampling technique. Soak in warm salt water once by dipping your feet and soaking your feet 10-15 cm above the ankles for 15 minutes. The water temperature used is 32°C-35°C. The study results showed that educational actions were effective in treating joint pain through complementary therapy in older people based on videos of warm salt water immersion (P=0.000). Soaking feet in salt water can be an alternative therapy for older adults with joint pain.

Abstract

Student completeness in learning mathematics is still low and interest in learning is relatively low, because the learning media is less varied and less interesting, and there are still students who have not achieved learning outcomes above the minimum completeness criteria. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of digital comics in improving mathematics learning outcomes. The research approach used is qualitative and the type of research used is a literature study or literature review. The stages used in this literature study research design include the focus of scientific articles, data collection, data analysis, and conclusions. Based on the results of the literature review, it shows that technology-based innovative media such as comics are learning resources sourced from objects close to students, so that students feel familiar with the media used during the learning process. Technology-based innovative media such as digital comics can increase interest in learning mathematics, by involving students' real experiences. Learning that interests students is influenced by teacher creativity. Utilization of comic media in learning mathematics can improve students' learning outcomes, through the senses of students can observe and listen to the teacher's explanation properly as exemplified by the role in comic media as digital media.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a HOTS-based Merdeka Curriculum science module for class VI SDN 17 Banda Aceh in accordance with the Merdeka Curriculum. The development method used is Research and Development (R&D), namely using the ADDIE model to produce certain products and testing the effectiveness of these products. This research involved 25 class VI students at SDN 17 Banda Aceh and one teacher as respondents. The research instruments used were validation questionnaires and observation sheets. Analysis techniques are used to determine the feasibility of the science module that has been assessed. The results of the research show that the HOTS-based science module developed has a level of validity, namely the first validator for the language aspect is 82%, the design aspect is 82%, and the material aspect is 80%, while the second validator is the language aspect 86%, the design aspect is 89%, and the material aspect is 89%. The evaluation question test validated its effectiveness with scores of 94% and 86%. The implication of this research is that the module developed can be used as an effective learning resource to improve students' high-level thinking abilities in science learning at SDN 17 Banda Aceh. Apart from that, this research also contributes to the development of a curriculum that is relevant to the needs of the times and current global challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the leadership style and emotional intelligence of school principals on the performance of Gugus Kindergarten teachers, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive type with survey methods. This research was carried out at Gugus Kindergarten, Simpang Kanan District, Aceh Singkil with a sample of 32 respondents. The sampling technique in this research used cluster proportional random sampling. The results of the analysis prove that there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership style on the performance of the Simpang Kanan Aceh Singkil Kindergarten Teachers with a correlation coefficient value between these two variables of 0.713. There is a positive and significant influence of the principal's emotional intelligence on the job satisfaction of the Simpang Kanan Aceh Singkil Kindergarten Teacher with a correlation coefficient value between these two variables of 0.607. 3. There is a positive and significant influence on the principal's leadership style and the principal's emotional intelligence together on job satisfaction at the Gugus Simpang Kanan Aceh Singkil Kindergarten with a correlation coefficient value between these variables of 0.605.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of an integrated education system and the motivation of diniyah teachers on the quality of education in state junior high schools in Aceh Besar. The research approach that will be used is a quantitative approach. This research uses a type of causal association approach, namely causality (cause-effect). Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the integrated school education system has a positive and significant influence on the quality of Aceh Besar State Junior High School education. The large percentage of the second contribution can influence teacher performance by 12.3%. The T test calculation shows that Fcount is 4.401 which is greater than Ftable which is 3.150 (Fcount> Ftable) which means the multiple regression value is significant. Thus, the integrated education system and the motivation of the diniyah teachers simultaneously influence the quality of education at the Aceh Besar State Junior High School.
