Abstract

Abstrak Organisasi bisnis dunia saat ini banyak memanfaatkan sistem informasi digital untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai manajemen proses bisnis yang mereka jalani. Pemanfaatan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan contoh teknologi dalam manajemen proses bisnis. Melalui sistem ini perusahaan dapat membangun dan mengembangkan proses bisnis. Selain itu, perusahaan juga dapat menyesuaikan proses bisnis secara cepat terhadap perubahan yang terjadi seiring bertambahnya kebutuhan dan informasi, berubahnya kondisi pasar, atau perubahan kebijakan. Sehubungan dengan perubahan proses bisnis yang sering terjadi, maka aspek fleksibilitas terhadap model proses yang dibangun harus ditingkatkan. Dalam mendukung peningkatan fleksibilitas tersebut tentunya dibutuhkan sebuah model untuk mengukur tingkat flesibelitas model proses bisnis. Model tersebut yang kemudian dapat digunakan oleh analis untuk melakukan perbandingan sehingga dapat diperoleh model proses bisnis yang paling fleksibel dan cocok dengan perusahaan. Hal ini dapat dianalisa dengan melibatkan aspek-aspek fleksibel yang telah diteliti pada penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Dalam paper ini akan dilakukan penelitian mengenai aspek fleksibitas dalam model proses bisnis untuk menghasilkan model metric yang dapat melakukan kuantifikasi tingkat fleksibilitas pada model proses bisnis. Model metric yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini mampu melakukan perhitungan fleksibelitas pada model proses bisnis secara kuantitatif. Utilization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is an example of technology in business process management. Through this system, some companies can build and develop business process and can quickly adjust it to changes that occur with increasing needs and information, changing market conditions, or changes in policy towards the business process. According to changes in business process that frequently occur, then the flexibility aspect of the process models are built to be upgraded. This is because the process model can early describe the business process that run. So that the process model must have a high value of flexibility to deal with changes that happen. It can be analyzed with the involvement of the flexible aspects that have been investigated in previous studies. In this paper, we will do research on the flexibility of business process model to produce a model of metrics that can quantify the level of flexibility in business process models.Metric models in this study were able to perform calculations on the flexibility of business process models quantitatively. Abstract

Similarity calculation between business process models has an important role in managing repository of business process model. One of its uses is to facilitate the searching process of models in the repository. Business process similarity is closely related to semantic string similarity. Semantic string similarity is usually performed by utilizing a lexical database such as WordNet to find the semantic meaning of the word. The activity name of the business process uses terms that specifically related to the business field. However, most of the terms in business domain are not available in WordNet. This case would decrease the semantic analysis quality of business process model. Therefore, this study would try to improve semantic analysis of business process model. We present a new lexical database called B-BabelNet. B-BabelNet is a lexical database built by using the same method in BabelNet. We attempt to map the Wikipedia page to WordNet database but only focus on the word related to the domain of business. Also, to enrich the vocabulary in the business domain, we also use terms in the business-specific online dictionary (businessdictionary.com). We utilize this database to do word sense disambiguation process on business process model activity’s terms. The result from this study shows that the database can increase the accuracy of the word sense disambiguation process especially in particular terms related to the business and industrial domains.

Abstract

Similarity calculation between Business Process Models (BPM) has an important role in the process of managing BPM repository. One of its uses is to facilitate the searching process of a model in the repository. Similarity calculation between business processes is closely related with semantic string similarity. Semantic string similarity is usually performed by utilizing a lexical database, such as WordNet, to find the semantic meaning of words. The problem in WordNet is that this lexical database contains terms wich have more than one meaning or polysemous. Selecting the wrong meaning will  decrease the accuracy of similarity calculation process. In this study, we will try to improve the accuracy of similarity calculation of business processes using Word Sense Disambiguation (WSD). The main purpose is to eliminate the ambiguity of polysemous words before calculating the similarity value. WSD is performed by unsupervised methods based on the value of graph connectivity. Then, we used a lexical database that is focused in the business and industry field. The results from this study is able to achieve higher accuracy of the sense selection process for terms especially terms that are related to business and industrial domains. It will also increase the accuracy of similarity value calculation between the business process models.

Abstract

Recently cloud computing technology has been implemented by many companies. This technology requires a really high reliability that closely related to hardware specification and management resource quality used. Adequate hardware would make resource allocation easier. On the other hand, resource allocation will be harder if the resources are limited. This is a common condition in a developing cloud service provider. In this paper, a load balancing algorithm to allocate resources in cloud computing environment that has limited resources has been proposed. This algorithm is developed by taking the advantages of the existing algorithms, Equally Spread Current Execution and Throttled. We merge those algorithm without losing the advantages and we try to eliminate the shortcoming of each algorithm. The result shows that this algorithm is able to give a significant improvement in the limited resources environment. In addition, the algorithm also able to compete with the other algorithm in the more adequate resource environment. Based on the consistent results, this algorithm is expected to be more adaptive in different resources environment.

Abstract

Produk batik dari industri di Kampoeng Batik Laweyan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi. Hingga saat ini terdapat sekitar 70 Usaha Masyarakat Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak di bidang produksi batik di kawasan Laweyan. Salah satu yang menjadi fokus dari Kampoeng Batik ini adalah melakukan proses digitalisasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk terus meningkatkan daya saing produk batik Laweyan. Saat ini sebagian besar UKM di Laweyan masih mengelola bisnisnya secara manual sehingga implementasi proses bisnisnya masih kurang efektif. Pada pengabdian ini, telah digandeng 2 mitra yaitu Batik Mahkota Laweyan dan Estu Mulyo untuk melaksanakan pendampingan pemanfaatan aplikasi point of sales (BosToko). Program pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam 4 (empat) tahap, yaitu tahap analisis permasalahan dari mitra, tahap penyusunan modul tutorial pelatihan, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan aplikasi BosToko, dan tahap pendampingan. Evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terhadap aplikasi setelah pelatihan. Pelatihan aplikasi BosToko dapat dilaksanakan dengan lancar meskipun beberapa kali terkendala teknis yaitu aktivasi akun BosToko yang memerlukan waktu cukup lama. Berdasarkan hasil observasi menggunakan kuesioner dapat diketahui bahwa pengetahuan para peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan dan lebih mengetahui tentang aplikasi BosToko yang dapat memudahkan untuk mengelola transaksi penjualan produk-produk yang dimiliki.

Abstract

Hate speech is a major challenge in Indonesia, a diverse country with multiple languages and a dynamic online landscape. This research explores the phenomenon of hate speech and its detection, particularly in language contexts with limited resources. We introduce a new abusive words lexicon, created by collecting words from various sources, adapted for Indonesian, Javanese and Sundanese. Our study investigates the practical implementation of this lexicon. We conducted extensive experiments using different datasets and machine learning models, aiming to improve hate speech detection. The results consistently show a positive impact of the lexicon, which significantly improves detection, especially in languages with fewer resources. But this research paves the way for further exploration. The lexicon can be expanded, broadening its scope. Additionally, we suggest investigating more sophisticated models, such as transformerbased models, to more effectively detect hate speech. In a world where hate speech is a growing problem, our research provides valuable insights and tools to combat it effectively in Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk pengelolaan keuangan yang kurang efektif di banyak lembaga pendidikan. Salah satu contohnya adalah SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga, yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan transaksi keuangannya. Program Pengabdian Teknologi Tepat Guna (P2TTG) ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi berupa sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan berbasis web. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan di SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga melalui pengembangan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, pelatihan penggunaan sistem, dan pengelolaan website sekolah. Metode pengembangan sistem ini mengikuti model siklus hidup pengembangan perangkat lunak V-Model, yang melibatkan tahapan pengembangan, perancangan, realisasi, pengujian, dan dilanjutkan dengan tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi kepada pengguna. Hasil P2TTG ini berupa sebuah sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan yang diimplementasikan di SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi keuangan yang telah dikembangkan dapat digunakan untuk membantu SMP dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan telah memiliki fitur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Implementasi sistem ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan di SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan yang diberikan kepada siswa.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Era digital yang berkembang pesat berpengaruh terhadap penyelenggaraan pembelajaran di semua level pendidikan. Guru yang memiliki peran krusial dalam pembelajaran harus memiliki kemampuan yang adaptif terhadap perubahan tersebut. Namun, banyak guru khsusunya pada level Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam proses pembelajaran dan pengajaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pada guru anak usia dini. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu dengan melakukan workshop yang berisi deskripsi pemahaman literasi digital dan praktik membuat materi ajar melalui software digital. Eskperimen yang melibatkan 49 partisipan dari 20 PAUD dilakukan untuk mengukur efektivitas implementasi workshop literasi digital. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket pretest dan posttest, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan literasi digital memberikan peningkatan literasi digital pada guru. Temuan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan faktor sosial memberikan kontribusi terhadap keberhasilan training dalam program. Pelaksanaan training digital literasi dengan mempertimbangkan elemen-elemen teori kognitif sosial menjadi alternatif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD dalam praktik mengajar. Kata Kunci: guru PAUD, literasi digital, pelatihan, kompetensi [English]: The rapid development of the digital era affects teaching and learning practices at all levels of education. Teachers who play a crucial role in learning must have adaptive skills to respond to these changes. However, integrating technology into the learning and teaching process remains challenging for teachers of Early Childhood Education (ECED). This community service program aims to improve digital literacy in early childhood teachers. The workshop method was used in this program through the introduction of digital literacy understanding and practice of creating teaching materials through digital software. An experiment involving 49 participants from 20 PAUD was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the digital literacy workshop implementation. Data were collected through pretest and posttest questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The results show that the training in this community service program can improve digital literacy in teachers. The findings show that self-efficacy and social factors contribute to the effectiveness of the training program. Digital literacy training for early childhood education teachers involving elements of social cognitive theory is an alternative way to improve their teaching and learning practice competence. Abstract

Pengenalan peta Asia Tenggara merupakan salah satu pokok bahasan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SD. Dengan metode pembelajaran manual konvensional, siswa mudah bosan dan menyulitkan siswa untuk tertarik dengan hal tersebut. Permainan edukasi dapat dijadikan alternatif terhadap metode pembelajaran konvensional untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Keuntungan dari permainan edukatif dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran tradisional adalah memiliki lebih banyak visualisasi dan interaktivitas. Pengembangan game edukasi pengenalan geografis Asia Tenggara yang disebut 'Eksplorasi ASEAN' dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SDLC dari Royce dengan model waterfall. Permainan ini diharapkan mampu membantu siswa dalam belajar tentang geografi Asia Tenggara. Uji coba permainan dilakukan dengan purposive sampling di "SD Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta" melibatkan tiga guru kelas enam dan 20 siswa kelas enam dengan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan pengujian Blackbox dapat disimpulkan bahwa game berjalan seperti yang diharapkan pada smartphone dan komputer pribadi. Pada penelitian ini, tes pada game dari validasi ahli material berada pada kategori 'Sangat Layak'. Adapun hasil tes SUS yang dilakukan oleh siswa, sistemnya masuk kategori 'Acceptable'. Hasil tes menyimpulkan bahwa permainan edukasi telah memenuhi persyaratan materi dan layak dijadikan sebagai bagian dari media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Automatic text summarization (ATS) has become an essential task for processing huge amounts of information efficiently. ATS has been extensively studied in resource-rich languages like English, but research on summarization for under-resourced languages, such as Bahasa Indonesia, is still limited. Indonesian presents unique linguistic challenges, including its agglutinative structure, borrowed vocabulary, and limited availability of high-quality training data. This study conducts a comparative evaluation of extractive, abstractive, and hybrid models for Indonesian text summarization, utilizing the IndoSum dataset which contains 20,000 text-summary pairs. We tested several models including LSA (Latent Semantic Analysis), LexRank, T5, and BART, to assess their effectiveness in generating summaries. The results show that the LexRank+BERT hybrid model outperforms traditional extractive methods, achieving better ROUGE precision, recall, and F-measure scores. Among the abstractive methods, the T5-Large model demonstrated the best performance, producing more coherent and semantically rich summaries compared to other models. These findings suggest that hybrid and abstractive approaches are better suited for Indonesian text summarization, especially when leveraging large-scale pre-trained language models.
