Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU. The data collection technique in this study was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires to a population of 32 people. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the partial analysis results, there was an influence of the workload variable on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Cooperative with a t-count value of 9.991 > t-table value of 2.045, and there was an influence of the work stress variable on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU with a t-count value of 2.674 > t-table value of 2.045. Simultaneously, it was found that there was an influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU with an F-count value of 63.619 > F-table value of 3.33. The determination coefficient (R²) obtained was 0.814, indicating that the contribution of the influence of workload and work stress on turnover intention among employees of Rapdos Jaya Savings and Loan Cooperative, south OKU was 81.4%, while the remaining 18.6% was influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study, such as perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and other factors (Riani et al. 2017).

Abstract

This study discusses the Influence of Product Quality (X1), and Price (X2) on Purchase Decisions (Y) a case study on Dona home food and snack industry in Baturaja. The population in this study is consumers who shop directly at the Dona home industry food and snack store in Baturaja which totals 88 people. This study is quantitative research with the analysis method used, namely Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which uses Validity and Reliability Tests. The results of the analysis show that Product Quality and Price Variables affect Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R2) was obtained as 0.595. This shows that the contribution of Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) to the Purchase Decision (Y) of the Product is 59.5% while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this model such as promotion, distribution channel (Kotler, P., & Keller, 2016).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-commerce and productdesign on the purchasing decisions of Keripik Dona Baturaja throughthe Shopee application. Data collection was carried out by distributingquestionnaires to 80 respondents. The data analysis technique usedwas multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, the ecommercevariable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions,with a t-value of 5.693. Likewise, the product design variable also hada significant effect, with a t-value of 5.914 and a significance value of0.200 (α > 0.05). Simultaneously, e-commerce and product designjointly had a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with an Fvalueof 101.092. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.724,indicating that 72.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions wasinfluenced by e-commerce and product design, while the remaining27.6% was influenced by other variables outside the scope of thisstudy, such as product quality, price, and promotion (Buchari Alma,2018:96).

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the economic activities of rural communities. However, limited digital literacy, technological access, and the ability to utilize digital platforms remain major challenges for rural communities. This community service activity aims to empower the people of Lubuk Leban Village through the implementation of the digital economy to improve their quality of life and economic well-being. Implementation methods include outreach, digital literacy training, mentoring in the use of digital media for productive businesses, and activity evaluation. The results of the activity indicate an increase in community understanding of the digital economy, the ability to utilize social media and marketplaces for marketing local products, and increased motivation to become entrepreneurs. This program is expected to become a model for sustainable digital economy-based village community empowerment.
