Abstract

Abstrak: Literasi keuangan merupakan keterampilan yang penting dalam rangka pemberdayaan masyarakat, kesejahteraan individu, perlindungan konsumen, dan peningkatan inklusi keuangan. Digitalisasi merupakan suatu proses pembelajaran dari manual atau analog menjadi teknologi modern atau online yang memberikan manfaat bagi pelaku pasar, dalam pasar modal yang merupakan tempat bertemunya perusahan (emiten) dan investor untuk mempergagangkan surat berharga. Investasi bukan lagi konsep baru dikalangan publik, mulai muncul kesadaran pentingnya investasi untuk perencanaan finansial masa depan. Generasi Z atau Gen Z disebut sebagai generasi yang lahir setelah generasi Y. Generasi Z disebut juga sebagai iGeneration atau generasi internet atau generasi net. Generasi Z yang diharapkan menjadi bonus demografi tenaga kerja beberapa tahun kedepan, sebaiknya dibekali dengan literasi keuangan agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing dengan lingkungannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tentang literasi keuangan dengan melakukan edukasi tentang pasar modal dan pengenalan IDX mobile, edukasi cara berinvestasi dengan mengenal saham. Prinsip dasar berinvestasi, proses pembelian sahan, perusahaan sekuritas dan aplikasi yang digunakan, perusahaan sekuritas. Promosi kampus serta mengenalkan Galery Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia STIE Pancasetia dengan materi terkait dengan profile dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah dilakukan secara local, nasional dan internasional. Kegiatan sangat baik dan berjalan dengan lancar, peserta sangat antusias, berpartisipasi aktif serta luar biasa dalam memberikan pertanyaan. Narasumber memberikan materi dan tanggapan dengan sangat baik. Kegiatan ini mendukung LPPM dalam peningkatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan mendukung dalam program kolaborasi kampus dengan swasta dan para praktisi dibidang keuangan.

Abstract

Karya ilmiah adalah hasil tulisan berisi pengetahuan dan informasi yang didapat melalui studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Banyak ditemui kesulitan pada mahasiswa untuk menulis karya ilmiah, hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan dan motivasi akan kegiatan menulis. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis ilmiah pada mahasiswa. Pelatihan ini menggunakan penyampaian teori dan praktik kepada 89 orang mahasiswa semester 2 dan 4 Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarbaru, materi penulisan ilmiah dilakukan dengan metode ceramah diikuti dengan praktik penulisan artikel ilmiah oleh mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan berupa kenaikan pengetahuan penulisan karya ilmiah mahasiswa yang terlihat pada kenaikan skor post test yang dilakukan. Pelatihan ini berjalan dengan lancar, peserta menyatakan mereka termotivasi untuk mempelajari penulisan ilmiah. Hasil artikel ilmiah yang telah dibuat dan dipraktikkan pun akan ditindaklanjuti dengan pendampingan hingga mampu diterbitkan minimal pada jurnal nasional ber-ISSN.

Abstract

Purpose: This study evaluates the strengths and limitations of traditional and innovative budgeting approaches and their impact on resource allocation efficiency in public and private organizations. The research seeks to identify how hybrid budgeting systems can address the challenges of traditional methods while enhancing flexibility, accountability, and responsiveness in financial management. Research Design and Methodology: A qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted to synthesize insights from relevant studies on traditional and innovative budgeting frameworks, including Performance-Based Budgeting (PBB) and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB). The research draws from peer-reviewed academic articles, case studies, and financial management reports to comprehensively understand budgeting practices across various organizational contexts. Findings and Discussion: The findings reveal that traditional budgeting provides stability and control but lacks adaptability in dynamic environments due to its reliance on historical data and fixed expenditure categories. In contrast, innovative approaches such as PBB and ZBB enhance resource allocation efficiency by linking budgets to performance outcomes and encouraging critical evaluation of expenditures. However, these methods face challenges related to technological infrastructure, managerial readiness, and internal resistance. The discussion highlights the potential of hybrid systems that combine traditional approaches' stability with innovative methods' flexibility to create more adaptive financial management systems. Implications: This study offers valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners by recommending adopting hybrid budgeting approaches supported by cloud-based financial systems and comprehensive training programs. By fostering a culture of accountability and transparency, organizations can enhance resource allocation, improve financial performance, and build resilience to economic and policy changes.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Pengabdian ini membahas tentang Indeks Kerukunan Umat Beragama (IKUB) di Kabupaten Tapin. IKUB merupakan kebutuhan pemantauan  dan penilaian  keseluruhan terhadap kerukunan umat beragama di tingkat lokal. Keberhasilan  pembangunan kerukunan umat beragama menjadi sebuah tolok ukur penting untuk mencerminkan kondisi kerukunan yang mendasar di Kabupaten Tapin.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of Lenovo laptops for students of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin. This researcher needs because to know the effect of which variable dominates. The type of research used is correlational research. This research is quantitative in nature. The population and sample in this study were 38 students at STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The independent variables in this study are product quality (X1) and price (X2), while the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a Lenovo laptop for students at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin, and the more dominant variable in this study is product quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the Madrasah Principal's Leadership, Work Motivation, and Discipline on Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin in Rantau. The research method used is an analytical survey. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin in Rantau in 2020 as many as 40 people consisting of 15 PNS teachers and 25 honorary teachers. The sample in this research is using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observation. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on research instruments. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test. The results showed that the Madrasah Principal's Leadership, Work Motivation, and teacher discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau. Madrasah Principal Leadership, Work Motivation, and teacher discipline have a partially significant effect on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau. The leadership of the Madrasah Principal has a dominant significant influence on the performance of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo in Banjarmasin. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. This type of research is causal associative, namely research that explains the influence of product variables, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo in Banjarmasin. The population in this study was 2903 who were customers of PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using the accidental sampling method. The total sample is 97 people calculated using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable product, service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin. The product variable has no partial significant effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable has a partial significant effect on customer satisfaction and the price variable has a partial significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price variable is a variable that has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence partially and simultaneously Organizational Culture and Work Environment on the performance of employees PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. This type of explanatory research is intended to explain the relationship, difference or influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment variables on performance variables. The population in the study were employees at the office PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans Tanah Bumbu Regency has 52 employees. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample, which means using the entire population in the sample as many as 52 employees. The research results explain, 1). Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. 2). Organizational Culture and Work Environment partially influence employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. 3). Work Environment is the dominant variable that influences employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency.

Abstract

Productive employees will have an impact on performance effectiveness which will be an added value for the Inspectorate. The importance of competence, independence, and high motivation that must be possessed by auditors has an impact on increasing the effectiveness of the performance of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate's employees. This study aims to analyze and determine the partial influence of independence and motivational competence on the audit quality of the Tapin District Inspectorate, the simultaneous influence of independence competence and motivation on the audit quality of the Tapin District Inspectorate and the most dominant influence of competence, independence, and motivation on the audit quality of the Inspectorate. Tapin District. This research is correlation research with quantitative approach with total sampling technique. The subjects in this study were all 40 employees of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The types of data analysis used in this research are Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothetical Test with the help of the Statistical Package for The Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23.0 computer program. The results showed that there was a partially significant effect of Competence, Independence, and Motivation on the audit quality of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate, a simultaneous significant influence of Competence, Independence, and Motivation on the audit quality of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate and a dominantly significant influence of Independence on the audit quality of the Regency Inspectorate Tapin.
