Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of the perceptions halal label, brand image, and product quality on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetic products. The sample in this study were users of Wardah cosmetic products spread across the Kepanjen, Malang. The sampling technique used purposive samplingand snowball sampling methods. The number of samples in this study were 85 respondents. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis in this research uses SPSS IBM V.28.0 for windows. The data testing technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The test result obtained were that the perceptions halal label, brand image, and product quality simultaneously influenced purchasing decisions. The halal label has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has no partial effect on purchasing decisions, and product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Perceptions Halal Label, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping values, shopping lifestyle, and free shipping on impulse buying. This type of research is Explanatory Research using quantitative methods. The population in this study were students of the Islamic University of Malang. While the sample used in this study was to use Maholtra's opinion so that 80 samples were obtained. The data analysis method used is an instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing simultaneous tests, partial tests and coefficient of determination. From the results of the study, it can be seen that simultaneously obtained results that the value of hedonic shopping, shopping lifestyle, and free shipping have a significant effect on impulse buying. Partially obtained results that the value of hedonic shopping has no significant effect on impulse buying, shopping lifestyle effects impulse buying, and free shipping effect on impulse buying. Keywords: Hedonic Shopping Value, Shopping Lifestyle, Free Shipping, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of salary, work overload and work stress simultaneously on job satisfaction of Sandang Ayu Pasuruan employees. The population in this study were all employees of Sandang Ayu Department Store Pasuruan, totaling 160 people. The technique of determining the sample using the slovin formula with the level of validity of a sample, then a maximum Margin of error of 10% is used. So, the sample in this study amounted to 62 employees. While the analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS. The results of this study simultaneously salary, work overload and work stress have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The salary variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work overload also gives the same results in the form of a significant effect between work overload variables on employee job satisfaction. It is also known that the variable of work stress has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Salary, Work Overload, Work Stress, And Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green marketing on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique uses the Malhotra formula by multiplying the number of indicators by 5 to obtain 85 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, by testing the hypothesis using the t test. The results of this study indicate that green marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Green Marketing, Brand Image, Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in a study on CV employees. Pasuruan Clean Industry Unit. This type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 47 respondents and data processing used the SPSS processing program. This research has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and adjusted R square test. The variables used in this study are Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline. The results of this study concluded that the variables of Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline have both a simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of social media (instagram), celebrity endorsements, and prices on purchasing decisions for Lozy Hijab. The number of samples was determined using the Maholtra formula with a purposive sampling method and the results obtained were 95 respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2019 at the Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis in this study used SPSS IBM V.26 for windows. The data testing technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). In this study, the results showed that social media (instagram), celebrity endorsements, and prices simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of Lozy Hijab. Social media (Instagram) has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, celebrity endorses have no partial effect on purchasing decisions, and prices have a partial effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Social Media (Instagram). Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study was to determine the extent to which quality of service, pricing, and trust impact train customer loyalty at Malang City Station. A quantitative method is used in this sort of study. This study was done at KAI customers Malang City Station on Jl. Trunojoyo (West Door) and Jl. Panglima Sudirman (East Door) Kiduldalem, Kec. Klojen, Malang City, East Java. The sampling approach utilized in this study is non-probability sampling, specifically the purposive sampling method, in which the sample obtained must meet particular criteria based on the research objectives. A questionnaire is used as the method or collection tool in this quantitative study. According to the findings of this study, (1) The level of service quality greatly influences customer loyalty, (2) Price has little impact on customer loyalty and (3) Trust influences customer loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Trust, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This research is entitled "Analysis of Village Original Income (PADesa), Village Funds (DD) on Village Expenditure in the Field of Village Development (Bringin Village Study, Wajak District, Malang Regency)". The purpose of this study is to identify whether or not there is an increase in Village Original Income (PADes) and Village Funds (DD) which are used for Village Shopping needs for Development every year in Bringin Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency. The object of this study is in the form of a village revenue and expenditure budget report (APBDes) starting from the 2017-2021 period. This research data is from the APBDes of the Bringin Village office, Wajak District, Malang Regency. The analytical technique used in this study is descriptive quantitative. In the results of the inter-achievement analysis of this study, it shows that the Original Village Income and Village Fund have increased every year due to the large number of village needs, especially in village spending in the development sector. Keywords: Village Original Income, Village Funds, Village Expenditure

Abstract

Industri kecil rumah tangga saat ini banyak ditekuni oleh masyarakat dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan produktifitas ekonomi dan kesejahteraan serta untuk membantu menopang resistensi ekonomi nasional. industri Sendok kayu milik bapak Suyatno adalah salah satu dari beberapa industri kerajinan yang berlokasi di di Jl. Mulyodadi No. 63B jetak Utara Dau Malang. Tetapi beberapa masalah dan kendala yang masih dialami oleh pelaku usaha tersebut antara lain : kendalam dalam peningkatan kuantitias dan kualitas produksi sendok kayu yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor antara lain : masih lemahnya dalam pemanfaatan alat berbasis teknologi serta cara mengelola sistem keungan dan pemasaran produk. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dalam pengambdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi yakni dengan memberikan pemahaman materi, serta memberikan alat inovasi guna mengembangkan dan meningkatkan industri sendok kayu. Hasil pengabdian ini antara lain memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengembangan alat berbasis IPTEK, serta manamene keuangan dan pemasaran.
