Abstract

Currently, it is undeniable that almost every hour or even minute, social media is always enjoyed by all groups, especially generation Z, social media is an interaction between one person and another creating, sharing, exchanging and modifying ideas or ideas in the form of virtual communication or internet networks in real time. The social media platform that is currently often in demand or popular in Indonesia is Tiktok. With Tiktok, a person or group can be famous or become viral because of the content they make, one of the TikTok accounts that is currently viral is the Pandawara Group. The Pandawara Group itself is a group of young people from Bandung who create content on Tiktok with clean-up actions in various places. This study aims to determine the influence of Tiktok Pandawara Group content on the environmental care attitude of Generation Z. This study uses a quantitative approach and positivism paradigm. The sampling method in research uses non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods. The results of this study indicate that Pandawara Group's TikTok content has a moderate positive influence on environmental care attitudes, namely 57.4%, while the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This article discusses the development of social media, especially Instagram, as a promotional platform for the Jakarta Parkour community. Social media makes it easy to build relationships and interact with other users. Instagram, with 22 million active users in Indonesia, is an effective choice for promotion, especially for the Jakarta Parkour community. The article also notes the development of Parkour in Indonesia and the establishment and development of the Jakarta Parkour Community through social media, especially Instagram. This scientific article discusses how Instagram social media can be effectively used in promoting the Parkour Jakarta community using the Uses and Gratifications theory and using the AISAS model to identify the promotional effects used by Pakour Jakarta on Instagram social media. This research aims to understand how Instagram social media fulfills these characteristics in the promotional effects used by the Jakarta Parkour community. The research approach used is qualitative. The results of this research are the Jakarta Parkour community's Instagram social media with reference to the Uses and Gratification theory which includes audience characteristics. This community has fulfilled various characteristics such as using Instagram to fill free time, escape from routine, create social bonds, provide entertainment, interact socially, provide information, provide relaxation, and create joy. The promotional effect of the Jakarta Parkour Community through Instagram social media using the AISAS model, shows that the use of this platform provides various benefits, including the ability to attract attention, create interest, facilitate information search, encourage action, and support information sharing. This research highlights that the use of social media Instagram effectively strengthens promotional interactions and participation in promoting a community.

Abstract

Knowledge management is a procedure that assists companies in executing the processes of sorting, identification, arrangement, dissemination, and transfer of information as well as fundamental skills that constitute the competency of the company. The objective of knowledge management is to provide an understanding to all individuals regarding the managerial system. The primary resource that needs to be professionally managed is human resources, aiming to establish a more effective and efficient organizational management system. In an organization or business, each employee can experience the benefits of implementing knowledge management without having to start from scratch. Conversely, they can swiftly acquire such knowledge and enhance their individual competencies as part of leadership values development that will ultimately lead to organizational development. This article constitutes a library study and identifies that knowledge management plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational leadership capacity.

The article also addresses challenges companies face in managing cybersecurity risks, data privacy, and the need for robust regulations to protect personal information. Additionally, digital technologies like e-learning play a crucial role in facilitating the learning and personal development process, especially during the pandemic. Collaboration between sectors and nations is key to addressing these global challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran penting teknologi keuangan (fintech) dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Perkembangan teknologi digital di Indonesia menunjukkan kemajuan signifikan dengan jumlah pengguna internet mencapai 210 juta pada tahun 2022. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur komprehensif, menganalisis dokumen dan publikasi dari lembaga pemerintah serta riset terkemuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor fintech telah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap ekonomi digital Indonesia dengan nilai transaksi mencapai USD77 miliar pada 2022 dan proyeksi pertumbuhan hingga USD130 miliar pada 2025. Kehadiran lebih dari 2.300 startup, termasuk satu decacorn dan beberapa unicorn, menunjukkan potensi besar industri ini. Meski demikian, masih terdapat tantangan seperti kesenjangan akses digital antara wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan, dengan 12.548 desa belum terjangkau internet. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan fintech memerlukan kerangka regulasi komprehensif dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan untuk mendukung inklusi keuangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimal design of whistleblowing programs, focusing on the effects of incentives and the dynamics of whistleblower engagement. Through a qualitative literature review, the research explores the impact of financial incentives on the effectiveness of whistleblowing programs and how factors such as organizational culture and management support influence whistleblowers' decisions. The findings show that while financial incentives are effective in encouraging reporting, excessive incentives can reduce the quality of the information provided. On the other hand, factors such as anonymity and protections for whistleblowers significantly increase their engagement. This study highlights the importance of a holistic approach that combines financial and non-financial incentives with strong protections for whistleblowers to ensure program effectiveness. Furthermore, policy implications suggest the need for continuous evaluation of whistleblowing programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective in detecting violations across different sectors. Although this study provides valuable insights, several limitations, including its focus on literature sourced from the United States and the absence of empirical data, affect the generalization of the findings. Therefore, further research is necessary to test these findings in various organizational contexts and environments.

Abstract

The era of Industry 5.0 marks a paradigm shift in the global business landscape, integrating advanced technologies with human-centric values to create more agile and responsive organizations. This study explores the application of Management Control Systems (MCS) in the digital era, focusing on technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The research method involved conducting an interactive webinar via the Zoom platform, including material presentations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions. Evaluation was carried out through participant feedback to improve the quality of future activities. The findings reveal that implementing digital technologies in MCS enhances operational efficiency, flexibility, and organizational competitiveness. However, challenges such as workplace culture resistance and cybersecurity risks remain significant obstacles. Proposed solutions include continuous training and interdisciplinary collaboration to support sustainable digital transformation. With the right strategic approach, organizations can leverage the opportunities of the Industry 5.0 era to achieve sustainability and innovation.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review explores the signaling mechanisms and communication strategies that influence crowdfunding success in entrepreneurial fundraising. By examining the role of social proof, narrative framing, visual signals, and communication strategies, the review identifies key factors that enhance the effectiveness of crowdfunding campaigns. The findings highlight the importance of creating trust, emotional connections, and sustained engagement with backers through transparent and consistent communication. While signaling mechanisms such as social proof and compelling narratives have been shown to increase credibility, the review also emphasizes potential limitations, including cultural biases and resource constraints. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of how entrepreneurs can leverage communication strategies to maximize crowdfunding success and offers directions for future research on platform-specific and culturally diverse contexts.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review examines the influence of index fund ownership on share recall behavior and proxy voting outcomes. Index funds, as passive investors with substantial ownership stakes, have significant power in corporate governance, especially through their voting decisions. Although typically less involved in shareholder activism, their voting behavior can shape corporate outcomes, providing stability in governance. However, the review also highlights concerns about the lack of active scrutiny over management decisions, potentially leading to suboptimal outcomes in companies with weak governance structures. The review compares findings from various studies, emphasizing the evolving role of index funds in corporate governance and their impact on shareholder value. It also discusses the limitations of existing literature and calls for future research to explore the behavior of different types of index funds, as well as the potential influence of ESG factors on corporate decision-making.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, the concept of "Think Globally, Act Locally" emerges as a key strategy for managing creative and innovative digital businesses. This study aims to explore how companies can integrate global approaches with local adaptations to enhance business competitiveness. The research method involves literature analysis, interactive discussions in webinars, and case studies on digital strategy implementation. Findings reveal that the success of digital businesses is highly influenced by their adaptability to local market needs while maintaining a global vision. The study implies the significance of innovation and creativity in developing culturally relevant products and services, along with leveraging digital technology as a strategic tool. Strategies combining local and global perspectives have the potential to foster sustainable business growth.
