Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of profitability, asset growth, and profit growth on firm value in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period. The research population includes 47 technology companies, from which 9 companies were selected using a purposive sampling technique to meet the study criteria. This research applies a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results of the partial test (t-test) indicate that profitability and profit growth have a positive and significant effect on firm value, demonstrating that higher profitability and sustained profit growth increase investors’ confidence, which leads to improved valuation. Conversely, asset growth does not significantly influence firm value, suggesting that an increase in assets does not necessarily reflect better performance or market perception in the technology sector. The simultaneous test (F-test) produces an F-value of 10.203 with a significance level of 0.000, confirming that profitability, asset growth, and profit growth collectively exert a significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.489, meaning that 48.9% of the variation in firm value is explained by these three independent variables, while the remaining 51.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this model. These findings imply that firms should prioritize profitability and profit growth strategies to enhance their market value in the competitive technology industry.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review investigates the interplay between liquidity shocks and corporate resilience, focusing on the roles of trade credit and bank financing in firm performance. The review synthesizes existing research to elucidate how firms navigate liquidity constraints during economic turbulence, emphasizing the critical importance of strategic financial management. The findings reveal that liquidity shocks often compel firms to adopt conservative financial practices, which can limit their growth potential. However, effective utilization of trade credit serves as a vital buffer, allowing firms to maintain operational flexibility and mitigate risks associated with funding constraints. Furthermore, the review underscores the necessity for firms to employ diversified financing strategies that integrate trade credit and bank loans to enhance resilience and long-term performance. The study also highlights the evolving landscape of financial technology, which presents new opportunities for improving access to credit and supporting corporate sustainability. This review provides a foundation for future research into the complex dynamics of liquidity, trade credit, and bank financing, offering valuable insights for practitioners and policymakers alike.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review explores "Dynamic Workload Adjustment in Condition-Based Maintenance: A Review of Robust Optimization Approaches for Production Systems." The study synthesizes recent advancements in condition-based maintenance (CBM) frameworks, focusing on the application of robust optimization techniques to enhance production efficiency and maintenance decision-making. The review highlights the importance of dynamic workload adjustment as a crucial strategy for aligning maintenance activities with fluctuating production demands, ultimately aiming to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization. By analyzing eight key studies in the field, this review identifies the strengths and challenges associated with the implementation of robust optimization models in CBM practices. Key findings indicate that while robust optimization significantly improves maintenance outcomes, challenges remain in terms of complexity, required skill sets, and organizational culture. The review concludes by emphasizing the need for further empirical research and the exploration of hybrid models to fully realize the benefits of dynamic workload adjustment in diverse industrial contexts. This study provides a comprehensive overview that will aid researchers and practitioners in understanding and advancing condition-based maintenance methodologies.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative review of game theory models in market transactions, focusing on the dynamics of matching between agents with diverse preferences. By examining various recent literatures, this research identifies two competition regimes in the market related to connectivity levels, namely "weak competition" and "strong competition." In weak competition, the outcomes tend to be more evenly distributed among agents, whereas in strong competition, there is significant unfairness between sides of the market. This study emphasizes the importance of effective matching system design to enhance agent welfare. The findings also indicate that understanding agent preferences and stakeholder participation in system design are crucial for creating fair and efficient markets. Although this research provides important insights into market interactions, several limitations should be noted, including the lack of representation of external factors and specific market contexts. Therefore, further research that combines quantitative and qualitative approaches is needed to gain a deeper understanding of market dynamics.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review examines the regulatory trade-off in legal investor protection, focusing on the dual role of minority shareholder and creditor protection in influencing firm investment decisions. The findings reveal that robust minority shareholder protection enhances equity market confidence and encourages long-term investments, while strong creditor rights reduce default risks but may limit managerial flexibility and risk-taking. The study highlights the contextual dynamics of these trade-offs across legal systems and market maturities, with developed markets benefiting from complementary protections and emerging markets facing prioritization challenges. This review underscores the importance of balanced legal frameworks tailored to specific economic and institutional contexts. Limitations include geographic bias, reliance on secondary data, and limited stakeholder focus. Future research should explore cross-country analyses and the role of technological advancements in corporate governance.
