Abstract

Kondisi persaingan di bidang komunikasi di Indonesia saat ini begitu ketat, hal ini menjadikan perusahaan penyedia kartu seluler berlomba-lomba memberikan tawaran yang menarik. Pelanggan biasanya lebih memilih produk yang menurut mereka memberikan banyak keuntungan dan fasilitas. Oleh karena itu , kartu Telkom flexi harus selalu waspada jangan sampai pelanggannya pindah ke perusahaan operator lain. Loyalitas pelanggan memiliki peran penting dalam sebuah perusahaan, mempertahankan mereka berarti meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Loyalitas pelanggan dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan hambatan berpindah. Loyalitas pelanggan berawal dari penilaian pelanggan terhadap produk yang diterimanya, Pelanggan akan merasa puas jika kualitas yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan switching barrier terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kartu telkom flexi. Tipe penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory research, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara lisan dan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling (teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan). Teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, uji T dan uji F dengan alat bantu SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan switching barrier kartu Telkom flexi dapat dikatakan cukup tinggi. Loyalitas pelanggannya juga sudah termasuk dalam kategori  tinggi. Besarnya pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 41% dan tingkat keeratan hubungannya sebesar 0,414 sehingga dapat dikatakan hubungan liniernya sedang. Besarnya pengaruh kesadaran merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 59,2% dan tingkat keeratan hubungannya sebesar 0,596 sehingga dapat dikatakan hubungan liniernya sedang. Besarnya pengaruh switching barrier terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 40,2% .dan tingkat keeratan hubungannya sebesar 0,412 sehingga dapat dikatakan hubungan liniernya sedang. Secara simultan besarnya pengaruh nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan switching barrier sebesar 76,8% dan tingkat keeratan hubungannya sebesar 0,848 sehingga dapat dikatakan hubungan liniernya kuat, hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan switching barrier maka akan mengakibatkan semakin tinggi pula loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan secara parsial maupun secara simultan, nilai pelanggan, kesadaran merek dan switching barrier berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kartu Telkom flexi dan mempunyai tingkat keeratan hubungan yang kuat. disarankan perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kualitas yang baik sehingga nilai pelanggan dan kesadaran merek meningkat, sehingga tingkat perpindahan pelanggan dapat berkurang dan loyalitas pelanggan semain tinggi.

Abstract

Purchasing behavior approach, Shoham and Dalakas said physical factors can influence costumer purchases. This study establishes the design of the product, the price and location as the house base purchasing decisions. This means the product design factors, the price, and the location is the basis of consumer consideration before deciding to buy a house in a residential Bukit Mutiara Jaya Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research, by using a self questionnaire administrator as the data research. The tools used are interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study are those who buy and simultaneously inhabit a residential home in Bukit Mutiara Jaya Semarang. Calculation of the sample using non-probability sampling technique, the type used is purposive sampling with respondents 86 people. Analysis of the data used is linear regression analysis. The conclusion from this study is that there is influence between product design, price and location of the house buying decisions in the Bukit Mutiara Jaya Semarang. Product design influence by 18,9%, price by 25,4% and location by 18%. Jointly influence the design of the product, the price and the location of 28% while 72% is influenced by other factors. Advice: the company must conduct periodic evaluation and improvement of the design of the product to be made so that a better product in the eyes of the consumer, the price set by the developer to be more attractive and viable for the consumer as well as the location of housing that must be considered by both the developer of the facilities and infrastructure, access, as well as the need for clean water is a strategic location in order to be trusted by consumers.

Abstract

Human resources is one factor that has an important role in improving employee productivity. To increase the productivity performance of the employees need to be posed. Given the important role of human resources, the company must pay attention to the factors that affect employee performance. One is the application of good leadership, so that employees can be persuaded to work according to standard and put aside their personal interests. Motivation will encourage someone to work more work spirit. Work environment will create a sense of comfort in the work so as to increase productivity. This study aimed to determine the effect of the variable of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Tengah dan DIY. This type of research is explanatory research. Technique slovin samples formula was used resulted 94 people for sample and  the spreading using the method of Probability Sampling (Stratified Random Sampling).  Likert scale was used as measurement scale. Simple linear regression test and regression test with SPSS 16.0 program were used in the data analysis. The conclusion of this research is 65.7% of the respondents classified as good leadership, 47.8% of respondents stated motivation is quite good, 76.1% of respondents said the work environment in either category and 52.21% respondents claimed to have good performance. Variable leadership influence on the performance by 19.2%. Motivation variables affect the performance of 56.6%. Environment variables affect the performance of 17.1%. Taken together the leadership, motivation and work environment affect the performance of 76.4%. This means more and better leadership, motivation and work environment are expected to increasingly higher levels of performance. Based on the results of this study led PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Tengah dan DIY could further increase the frequency of meetings to communicate the company's rules and policies, so as to steer employees are clearer and more attention to the conflict in the company. Providing incentives or bonuses should be increased to boost employee morale. Have good working environment should be maintained, because the working environment comfortable and conducive environment will improve employee performance

Abstract

Bank as financial institution that serves as financial intermediary, necessary grades of healthy for know bank condition. Health or not a bank can see from bank financial performance. The ratio of financial analysis the content in financial performance a bank beneficial to do a prediction agains the provision of credits the future. With a good performance, the bank can do one of the main function is to give and distribute the credit to debitor. The troubles in this research is the presence of dissent from the result of further researches first and the phenomenon of bank lending has not been optimal. The research aims to find the empirical facts of the influence of financial performance with CAEL method to credit loan.The research belongs to “explanatory research”. Analytical method used in this research is a simple regression test to the test partially the significance test using t test and regression test to simultaneously test for the significance test using the F test. Object in this research is a national private commercial banks foreign exchange 2010-2012. Number of samples used were 21 bank in the sample.Result and discussion indicate from partial test show the CAR and NPL variables have negative influence and significance to the credit distribution. ROE variable has positive influence and significance to the credit distribution. For ROA and LDR variables does not influence to the credit distribution. While based on the results of simultaneous hypothesis tests (F test) showen that the CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE and LDR has a significant influence on the credit distribution. The result of coefficient determinated is 0,337. This suggests that the major influence of the independent variable is CAR, NPL, ROA, ROE and LDR of the dependent variable (credit distribution) of 33,7%, while the remaining 66,3% can be explained by other variables outside this model.Suggestion that can be conveyed based on the result analysis indicated that the management of the bank necessary attention to CAR and NPL. Because both the ratio of the bank financial is variable the most dominan in effecting a decrease in credit distribution. It is a need to study further about factor influence to credit distribution, from internal or external factors a bank.

Abstract

The development of a dynamic business world and followed with the level of competition to encourage businesses to increase their productivity. To improve employee productivity, good work discipline required that supported also by maintaining awareness of safety and health at work. In addition, the ideal work environment needed to create the convenience of employees during work. All these aspects must be mutually supportive to achieve the objectives of the company. This research method is explanatory, with the technique of collecting data through interviews with questionnaires, observation, and study of literature. Proportionate random sampling technique is used with a sample of 64 people. The analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative. Results and discussion showed higher labor discipline, the higher the productivity of employees, the better the health and safety of employees, the higher productivity, and better working conditions, the higher the productivity of employees. Categorization of work discipline is high, but quite a lot who are in the low category. Employee safety and health is good, but quite a lot of that is in the low category. Work environment the company is in excellent condition, although still quite a lot that assess the condition is not good. Good levels of employee productivity, but there are many employees who have low productivity.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out how much influence of Behaviour consumer towards Buying decision of Yamaha Mio in Yamaha Agung Motor Semarang. Research type which used in this eksplanatory research. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling, by distributing  questionaries to 94 respondents. Data analysis using quantitative analysis, validity control, reliability, data normality, muliticollinearity, heteroskedasticity, simple linear regression, double linear regression, coefficient determiasi, t test and f test with SPSS program. The result of statistical analysis know simple linear regretion equation between Product Quality and Buying Decision was Y  =   -0,286 + 0,340 X1. For Promotion (x2) with Buying Decision the equality was Y  =   -0,206 + 0,434 X2. For Social Factor (x3) with Buying Decision , the equality was 2,979 + 1,117 X3. For Psychological Factor (X4) with Buying Decision , the equality was Y = 1,645 + 0,858. Simultaneously influence of Product Quality, Promotion, Social Factor, and Psychological Factor towards Buying Decision be see using double liniar analysis the result was Y = -1,026 + 0,115 X1 + 0,139 X2 + 0,336X3 + 0,190X4. The can see from the value of the coeficient of determiation as 0,851 shows that variables have positive influece. That means the iflueces of Product Quality variable, Promotion variable, Social Factor variable, and Psychological Factor variable towards Buying Decision of 85,1 percent, while the rest 14,9 percent influeced by others variable. Suggestion that can be delivered to Yamaha Agung Motor is to provide a more satisfactory service workshop for customers and giving quality spare part of yamaha matic mio from yamaha factories to show up their quality products. Hopefully Yamaha Agung Motor customers can get alot of information about Yamaha Mio Matic motorcycle and they want to have it as well as the promotion. It’s better if Yamaha Agung Motor could give their customer information on television comercial, because most of our people spent their time by watching television.
