Abstract

A method of measuring the performance of the company to assist in knowing the health condition of the company itself. The study was conducted on the CV. Fabamus First Family with Balanced Scorecard approach to measuring through four perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspectives. In the financial aspects of performance measurement with a weight of 70%, 10% customer perspective, internal business process perspective 10% as well as learning and growth perspective 10%. Key Performance Indicators on the financial perspective in the form of profitability, activity, liquidity and the respective weights of 35%, 17.5% and 17.5%. Customer perspective with the customer retention KPI weighting of 4.5% and 5.5% customer satisfaction. Internal business process perspective of service quality KPI 5.5% and 4.5% integration of business processes. Learning and growth perspective with employee training KPI 4% and 6% employee satisfaction.The results obtained, healthcare companies in 2009 to 2010 the average in good condition but the scale balanced scorecard measurement expressed overall performance is still not good. Advice can be given the need for improvements in internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspectives.

Abstract

Employee performance is affected by many factors, one of which is occupational health and occupational safety. This study aims to determine the condition of occupational health, occupational safety, employee performance and influence of occupational health and safety toward the employee performance of the Unit Train Crew 4th Operation Teritory Of Semarang Co.,Ltd, by taking 67 employees as respondents. Analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test, and f-test supported by SPSS version 17 for Windows. Judging from the results of the calculation of the variable categorization table, occupational health, occupational safety, employee performance are in the good condition. From the calculation results of t-test, there is the influence of occupational health toward employee performance, and occupational safety toward employee's performance. From the calculation results of test-f, there is the influence of the occupational health and safety toward employee's performance. The company need to improve occupational health, especially by increase the availability of health insurance and health insurance benefits. Safety needs to be improved, especially by increase the availability of PPD and P3K complement and provide socialization and tighten controls on the use of PPD.

Abstract

Larissa Aesthetic Center is a beauty clinic with the theme “Back to Nature” and they growing so fast. However, these developments still can’t satisfy to the consumers. We can seen the fact from the high consumer complaints on the company. The purpose of doing research is to know the influence of product quality and service quality on the customer loyalty of consumers Larissa Aesthetic Center Branch Salatiga. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study using a test validity, reliability, linear regression analysis, significance test and determination with SPSS 23. The result of this study indicate that have significantly influence about product quality to customer loyalty, service quality to customer loyalty, and product quality, service quality to customer loyalty. The suggestions for improving product quality and service quality on the product inovation and optimal service to improve customer loyalty.

Abstract

Human resources have a significant role in the organization activities. One of the importance of the management of human resources is to maintain the employee's performance. the organization have to pay much attention to the  working environment and enact labor discipline  around the employees that can influence their ability to carry out their duties and to make consistent performance of the employee.This study aims to determine the effect of labor discipline, the influence of the work environment, and the effect of both of labor discipline and the work environment towards employees performance at PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantations.  This study uses explanatory research methods which is research that seeks to explain and highlight the relationship between the variables proposed in the study and explain the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, in addition to test the hypothesis.  Research sample totaled 94 people taken using the slovin formula with probability sampling techniques. Then the data was analysed using validity, realiabilitas, regression, t and F tests. the results revealed that the majority of respondents stated that the labor discipline has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the t value of 47.170 > t table 1.984.  whereas the work environment have significant impact to  the performance of employees indicated by  t value 8.378> t table 1.984. furthermore both of the labor discipline and the work environment have  influence jointly on performance as indicated by F value of 1100.540 with significant value 0.000 <0.05. The biggest impact is contributed by working discipline that is equal to 98%. recommendation can be suggested that in terms of labor discipline the company should increase discipline the employee for example by applying a reducing salary for the late, provide regular training, and enact strict funishment to employees in order to bring deterent effect.  For better  work environment it is necessary to making more frequent cleaning activity. In regard to the ratio between the number of employees and the number of security personnel, the company should be able to rejuvenate for some working facilities. In regard of the employees performance the company's can provide some material and non-material motivation to spur employees to increase their  work, to increase frequency of training and to increase quality control can be done to improve the quality of employment,and  to gather employees in a gathering to further improve the relationship between the companies and employees.

Abstract

With the increase of the upper middle class community in Indonesia, then the ability of purchasing power is also higher. It makes the car companies active in presenting new brands for the wishes of consumers fullfiled. Companies like Toyota sure that the brand is their identity of their products to different from competitors. To make the Toyota brand become a favourite consumer, the company is certainly doing promotional activities. From the sales result PT. Nasmoco Majapahit Semarang during the last 5 years, one of the product like a Kijang Innova Gasoline has a drop sales. Many factor cause a drop sales Kijang Innova Gasoline include brand image and promotion. This type of research used is explanatory research. The number of samples in this study was 90 respondents drawn by purposive sampling. Multiple regression analysis is Y = 3.804 + 0.192 X1 + 0.434 X2 so it can be seen that the variable brand image and promotion is jointly positive effect on variable purchase decisions, and which has the greatest influence is promotion variable. Hypothesis test shows that the brand image variable and promotion variable is effect on purchase decisions variable. This is demonstrated by the achievement of all the variable t is greater than t table is 1,9873. Brand image variables have t 9,022, and promotion variable have t 10,086. As for the F test obtained F count of 61,793. And all of these variables were tested at a significance level of 5 %. The advice for PT. Toyota Astra Motor is add GPS monitor in Kijang Innova Interior. With the equipment, consumer can easy to  get map while driving. From the promotion side, needs a creative promotion, that introduce brand with miniseries advertise. With miniseries advertise, brand of Toyota have a different from competitors.

Abstract

the most important elements in an organization is the human being. So that organization needs employees who are skilled and improve the performance continual. This research aims to describe  the influence of the role of supervisor and training on the salesperson performance of PT.Nasmoco gombel. Collection data methods was  using the study of library research,questionnaire and interviews. The sample method is  census of the entire population of 39 respondents were sampled. Measurement was using Likert Scale.Analysis technique was using qualitative and quantitative method. the results it can be concluded partially variable training have more influence  than role of supervisor. It can be proved by regression test that the role of supervisor has positive influence on salespeople performance  of 38,1%,and  the variable training has positive influence on salesperson performance of 63,6%. Simultaneously variables role of supervisors and training has a positive influence on the salesperson performance of 65.9%.

Abstract

The car is a land transportation that loved by many people. Like Indonesia whichgrow in crowded people causes Indonesia’s families choose car as their main transportation,mainly Low MPV. One of popular automotive industry is Honda. Honda produce Low MPV,named Mobilio. Since launched at January 2014, Mobilio can get the second position of LowMPV, which it below Toyota Avanza.This research aim is to find the influence of brand image, product quality, price andbrand awareness to buying decision of Honda Mobilio. This research is include inexplanatory and using 96 respondent as research sample from Mobilio’s consument inSemarang. The sample was taken by using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling.Data were collected using questioner and was analyzed using simple linear regression,multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, t test and F test.The questioner was tested by using validity and reliability test.The result of this research showed that there positive impact and significant betweenbrand image, product quality, price and brand awareness towards buying decision of HondaMobilio in Semarang either partially or simultaneously. The variable brand image is thegreatest effect on buying decision of Honda Mobilio in Semarang than product quality, priceand brand awareness. Base on the result of this research, it can be concluded that there isinfluence of brand image, product quality, price and brand awareness to buying decision ofHonda Mobilio. It means that improving brand image, product quality, price and brandawareness can also increasing buying decision of Honda Mobilio.Advice can be given for Honda and the need to increase product quality be done byrepairing and doing inovation, also increase brand awareness be done by intensive promotionso buying decision of Mobilio will be increase.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of cultural variables and the company's commitment to corporate social behavior within the company employees of PT. BRI (Persero) Branch Semarang. The population in this study were employees of BRI Semarang branch office. Samples were taken 60 respondents. Measurement scale using a Likert scale. In the analysis of the data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 15.00. Based on the survey results revealed a corporate culture category expressed a strong 71.7%, 70% category of the company's commitment powerful states, and categories of social behavior in the company (78.3%) stated either. F test results and corporate culture variables firm commitment variables are jointly significant effect on the social behavior of the variables in the company Fhitung> f table (4.0099> 24.031) so that Ha is accepted. The employees have a shared commitment to the work culture that generates social behavior and provide a positive impact to the company. Means to establish good cooperation between employees on corporate culture has a strong commitment to continue working in the company. Suggestions are given for PT. BRI (Persero) is to further improve the social behavior of the employees in the company should have a social life by providing the best service and It should further increase the commitment of employees to achieve work satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly strict business world, accompanied by the times that requires every company to be able to improve the performance of each employee. One of the services that can be affected by the times are insurance. Insurance services become important to see how health condition can be uncertain for every people so that they need a protection called insurance. However, in the period 2011-2014 year results that insurance agent performance of AJB Bumiputera branch Pandanaran fluctuated. If this is not addressed then feared insurance agent of AJB Bumiputera branch Pandanaran can not meet the targets from company and making them increasingly lagging from other insurance company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competency and compensation on insurance agent performance of AJB Bumiputera branch Pandanaran. This research method is explanatory, with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used saturated technique sampling. The respondents are 57 peoples whom are insurance agent of AJB Bumiputera branch Pandanaran. The analysis technique used was quantitative. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability, cross tabulation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, as well as the significance test (t test and F test). The results of this study showed a relatively good level of competency. Compensation is in high category, although there are still existing in the low category. Good insurance agent performance, but still there are insurance agent who have bad performance. All independent variables, namely competency (X1) and compensation (X2) together (simultaneously) or individually (partial) affect insurance agent performance dependent variable (Y). Advice can be given that adding some facilities that can make insurance agent work easier. In addition, companies need to provide advanced training for insurance agent and guidance from their supervisor, considering the standard of the company that changes according to market conditions at that time. And the need for continued research by the company or outside the company regarding other variables that can provide additional contributions to improve insurance agent performance.

Abstract

PT. Bank BTPN Branch Semarang is one of the company's core banking business on the retirees, especially in the distribution of Pension Credit. To face tight competition, companies are required to always improve the quality of performance through improved employee satisfaction. Low job satisfaction will result in high employee absenteeism or employee discharge. In order to improve the job satisfaction of employees needed good leadership and a supportive working environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate and examine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee job satisfaction BTPN Semarang branch office. This research uses explanatory research approach of 32 respondents that taken with saturated sampling method. Collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed analysis using linear regression analysis. Based on the results of analysis of leadership variables positive effect on job satisfaction variable by 19%. Variable work environment has positive effect on the job satisfaction variable by 19.8%. Leadership and work environment variables have a significant effect of 35.3%. Good leadership and a supportive work environment that will increase employee job satisfaction. Advice that can be given to the company, the company should rethink about welfare of its employees. The companies should rethink about leaders how can nurturing employees. Companies should rethink the physical condition of the work environment, especially on the frequent changes in layout. Which in turn can increase the productivity of employees in line with the increase in employee satisfaction.
